The staff are friendly and attentive, they assist with the proper form for the various exercises and are available to answer any questions you have. When you get there, youre seen within a couple of minutes.By the time my session is over, my hand and wrist feel so much better. Setting up appointments are quick and easy. Im happy with the service, staff and treatment.
I am so grateful to all the wonderful therapists, aides, and other staff members for making sure my time at Jag-one PT is pleasant and well-spent. The front desk staff are courteous and friendly. The PTs there are knowledgeable and amazingly talented. I have been coming for about a month now, and have benefited from Mike, Alex, Helen, and Shweta’s expertises and talents. I feel so much better after a session with these wonderful PTs! The aides there are so helpful and friendly too! It’s so nice to be greeted by Wendy, Gabby, or Val. They make sure that I do my exercises correctly, they help with getting and/or cleaning off the equipment, and they’re just super fun to talk to too! I leave my sessions feeling so limber and much more functional than before, and I guess that’s what it’s all about! I highly recommend Jag One Physical Therapy on Ocean Ave, between Kings Highway and Quentin Road.
The staff is very helpful and curtious. They work with you very well. The physical therapist is very attentive along with the aides and front desk. They helped me get back on my feet within3-4 months up to 70-80%. My doctor was shweta and I would totally recommend her.
Hi everyone Dr Shwete has been taking very good care of me. I am very pleased with her work I only want her to work with me if she is not at work I dont come. I trust her completely my family is so proud of how much progress I have made with her. I very much do reccomend her 100%. I was working with someone before and they were not present , and I had her . Ever since that day I stuck with her, she has patience and she is phenomenal physical therapist. Ive watched her work with other patients like me and she has so much patience and does such a great job. I want to say special thanks to her ,Thank you so much Dr Shwete for everything .
I have been going to Jag One for three months and have rave reviews for their gym and everyone working there. I personally worked with Dr. Shweta and her two assistants Cory and Valerie. They were extremely knowledgeable and caring. After being bedridden for four months I could barely stand. Now I am leaving here with stronger legs, ready to get rid of my cane.
When you need physical therapy care the very best is Jag-one on Ocean Ave in Bklyn. Dr Alex is extremely competent and his pleasant demeanor and caring approach are unsurpassed. I have been treated by him for plantar fasciitis and herniated discs and with his encouraging guidance I have found long lasting relief. The support staff Daniella, Wendy and Andre do a great job of guiding you through the exercises using proper form. They also are friendly and caring. The receptionist Shohnoza provides you with an appointment schedule that works for you and has a pleasant friendly personality. This therapy center is the best.
Ive been treated by this office on multiple issues - knee, back and arms.I have been their client for over the past 3 years. I am a strong believer of PT now, but before I was very skeptical. Undergoing 3 knee surgeris and having PT sessions after each never gave me such radical results as I got from JAG-ONE PT. All therapists are equally great, but Alex is absolutely exceptional. He goes an extra mile and gives his whole heart and soul. He is not just there for the check, he truly cares. I am forever greatful that Ive found this office because without them I wont be able to live my life to the fullest as I do right now. Thank you!

Mrs. Shweta is so understanding and compassionate, she is very flexible with her hours. She is able to multitask with many patients at the same time. As well as being punctual, Ive never had to wait for her she is always on time. The staff are very kind and will attend to your needs or questions immediately.
Most of my physical therapy is being done by Shweta and assisted by Valerie. My experience with those two individuals has made my painful visits easier to tolerate because of their professionalism, their mannerisms, and emphathy they treat their patients with. Great coming here ! When it comes to my health there is no place better for physical therapy. Very nice, professional , caring and kind front desk Girls and physical therapists. Looking around I can tell that they invest in their facility and their medical supplies and equipment to give the best care to the patients. !!! Strongly recommend
So far this has been the best of my experience when it comes to physical therapy treatment. I have been trying some other offices in the past. But the only place I was able to find the right treatment and the right assistance is at the Back-to-Health physical therapy at 2148 Ocean Ave location (aka JAG-ONE). Until now I had 3 issues, that I needed the treatment for. This was post wrist fraction, back mussel stretch, and lower back pain. All was treated well. So I’m happy with these professional doctors and their assistances’ help. Great customer service, good time management and great follow ups. Keep up a good work guys!

I really love this place, the staff are amazing and caring people. The Physical Therapist Anna Kanter is taking care greatly, identify exactly where is the pain and work on it very intensively. My recovery is impressive and I am very happy. Highly recommended.
I live in Staten Island but travel to Brooklyn Back To Health for Lymphadema therapy. The long trip is well worth it, it is my first time going to Back to Health O/T and I can;t say enough about the people there. Staff and Therapists are polite, sensitive & very professional to their clients at all times, I am always greeted with a smile. My therapist Beth is thorough, warm and friendly. I have had 5 different Lymphadema Therapists since 2005 and after my visit to Back to Health, this is my permanent choice for therapy. The best office receptionists I have the good fortune of meeting. Highly recommend this practice to all in need.

This place is great! My PT Doctor is Daniel Friedman. He treats people with smile and respect. He is listening to his patients problems and working on it. His assistant Max is also treating patients with smile and respect. The reception area is good. The only one CONS I can say:This office need a bigger space for the exercise room.

Over the years Ive been to multiple physical therapists due to my knees problems. And I have to say that Anna Kanter is the best! She is professional and very knowledgeable. She doesnt just do her job, she actually wants to do her job, wants to help and wants to make sure I feel better. She is very attentive; she listens and explains, and takes her time to teach me so I can do it the correct way on my own. And one last thing, its very important that a health professional has empathy to a patient. It creates trust! And I trust Anna.Mariya Taran.
Leaving this review as both a former patient and employee for this company... so to start off, Im going to say that they have very good therapists(at all locations). The issue I had with this place is the management/reception. How can you just forget to submit an authorization, lie about submitting it twice after admitting you forgot, and leave a post-op patient without therapy right after major surgery , then hire them.......Just to fire them for finding out the truth( which is that they forgot to submit an authorization, then they “lost” my paperwork and refused to take me back as a patient who developed major complications after surgery) absolutely unbelievable... the manger Paula is extremely unpleasant , during my 2 week employment there( after I explained that I really need therapy, as a patient who is in severe pain due to lack of therapy and no guidance for rehab following a major knee surgery) this disgusting female made me stand for over 2 hours during my “training” , then the boss Alex D fired me because I kept asking them to please take me back to therapy and fix the mistakes they made with authorizations, I even offered to pay out of pocket if I have too, they still denied me! Personally, I think its because I knew a few people from high school who work there and maybe they just did not want me working there but to allow someone to physically heal wrong and deny them necessary PT is just cruel....
I want to thank all of those beautiful people at Jag-One Ocean Avenue Brooklyn, who literally helped me get back on my feet. My therapist, Gleb Kartsev was so knowledgeable and professional and truly instrumental in expediting the healing process. The therapy team was supportive and always extremely helpful. A special shout out to Joe, who always went the extra mile to explain the exercises and insure that I was doing them correctly.
I had a wonderful time with this clinic. The PTs treated my injury swiftly and professionally, and I got me back on my feet in no time. All of the staff was very polite which made the entire process a pleasure. Thank you Back To Health for bringing me back up to speed, and I will definitely be referring my friends and family!

I’m wesner , I been going to physical therapy For about 3 months at jag one the people extremely nice but I see no iinprovement and I decided to change location I went to 2148 ocean ave in Brooklyn where I meet a therapist by the name of Shweta Shenoy. She’s amazing and always in a good mood first visit my fear start going down also I think every single patient like her ( bravo ) keep up the good work !
I am giving this place 2 stars because their staff was friendly. However, someone from their main office totally messed me up by telling my insurance company that no further PT would benefit me. This was said after only a couple of weeks of therapy for torn ligaments. When I inquired as to what happened they stated my Dr must have told the insurance company that and then stated that I can pay $100 a visit if I want to continue PT. needless to say my Dr was furious and I found a much better PT place to go to.
I feel very welcome to this facility and I’m always welcomed with a bright smile from staff. All the doctors are great, especiallyDr. Daniel Friedman, is highly recommend him.I’v been getting treated at this PT facility for about 4 months and I have made drastic improvements with my leg. Every week, I travel from Manhattans East Side to see Dr. Gleb Kartsev and his Jag-One PT staff on Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn because he is simply amazing!. I believe Dr. Kartsev is one of the best physical therapists in the Tri-state area. He is professional, attentive, charismatic and patient. His expertise in treating all types of body injuries is superb. I can not take NSAIDs for pain and inflammation, and yet after one session with Dr. Kartsev my back problems diminish considerably. Hi, my name is Leslie and I am writing to share my Physical Therapy (PT) rehabilitation experience at “Back To Health Physical & Occupational Therapy” with you.For more than a year I had been suffering from tremendous pain in my right shoulder around the rotator cup area. As a result of this pain, I also experienced limited range of motion with my arm. For a while, several pain medications helped in reducing the pain; but tragically, they stopped working and the pain returned with vengeance. According to my orthopedic doctor, the X-rays taken showed that my rotator cuff was torn and surgery might be required. Auspiciously, however, my doctor also suggested that we first try Physical Therapy (PT) before attempting shoulder surgery – This is when my research to find a top performing Physical Therapy establishment with proven results began.First, I searched the Internet to educate myself about the field of Physical Therapy (PT). Next, I defined the following criteria ’s for my selection.Specifically, in order to be selected, a PT establishment MUST meet the following requirements:•Physical Therapy (PT) Doctors and PT Assistants must be highly educated and skilled in selecting and administering the proper interventions, exercises and exercise equipment.•Regular employment of best practices application of hot packs, electrical stimulations, ultra sound and cold packs as needed.•PT Aides must be extremely attentive to patient needs; proper cleaning and maintenance of all equipment used in the facility must occur continuously throughout the day.•All PT Doctors, PT Assistants and Aides must demonstrate (through their spontaneous proactive actions) that patient safety is a number one top priority.•Continuous real-time communication between PT Doctors, PT Assistants, Aides and the Front Desk regarding patient needs (i.e., special care, challenges, progress, scheduling) must be first-rate.After searching the internet and visiting several physical therapy establishments, I had to make a selection -- I selected “Back To Health Physical & Occupational Therapy” located at 2548 Ocean Avenue Brooklyn NY.The name of my principal Physical Therapist is Dr Daniel Friedman and he is excellent! From my very first visit, Dr Friedman was sincerely interested in learning the story of what was going on with me; when my pain began, how it was affecting me in my daily life, and how it was affecting my ability to perform during the day. Next, Dr Friedman conducted a series of tests to identify the different types of joint dysfunctions and tissue restrictions I was experiencing (the generators of my pain).Following that, Dr Friedman provided me with an in-depth education about what has been going on with my shoulder; subsequently creating a robust treatment plan to treat my condition. My treatment plan involves manual therapy - including mobilizing my shoulder joints to help improve my movement and the dysfunction I’ve been experiencing. Additionally, I’ve been assigned specific in-therapy exercises; and a home exercise program which enables me to take care of myself during the days that I am not attending therapy sessions at “Back To Health Physical & Occupational Therapy”.Thanks to Dr Friedman, PTAs Emil, Daniella and PT Aide Laura, my shoulder pain has substantially subsided – For a fact, I am definitely on my way to once again taking control of my life.Additionally, I would like to also acknowledge Dr Glib and PTAs Todd and Stan for the excellent care I’ve observed them provide to their patients; and also, for the regular support and guidance they unceasingly extend to me.As a final note, I would like to recognize the front desk (Christina, et al) for always providing excellent customer service - they are always friendly, polite and willing to accommodate last minute schedule changes.~Leslie

My appointment was at 3:30, at 4 a.m. I haven’t received it yet and offered to transfer the appointment to another date. To be honest, there are no sensible doctors in this place who can help, you can go there only for massage and then if there is nowhere else to go. I do not recommend .review fake 😄👎🏼

The receptionist was terrible. 2-times made an appointment and both of the times they screwed up. First time, they made an appointment on Wednesday , and u called them to confirm the time. But they said you’re Appointment is on Thursday. I couldn’t make on Thursday and cancelled it. Then asks then to make another appointment on Monday/Tuesday. And appointment was made. On the way to therapist i called them again to confirm if i am still on for my appointment, which is not my job. The receptionist (Sophie) asked my full-name, then said that should would get be at me in a second. She was gonna double check my appointment, and put me on hold for 6mins and then got back at me asked me my info again. I was very pissed off what was she doing all the this time. Then of course the worse part, she said there is no appointment under my name at all. Just wow, wow.

Thanks to Dr. Vladimir Yelyev for his professional approach to my rehabilitation. Two months after my ACL repair, mobility in my knee completely returned and I could run. I recommend Dr. Vladimir Yelyev.

Ive been in JAG_ONE office on Ocean Ave in Brooklyn 2 years ago and I was very thankful for their service, and when recently my low back sends me signal for maintenance I have no doubts where I have to go physical-therapy, of cause its JAG-ONE. Make appointment was very easy. When I came for first visit Elizabeth on front desk meet me with smile and help me fill out papers in a minutes. By the way, waiting time for visits about 5-10 min. My friend recommended doctor Alex Dehtyarev and that recommendation was brilliant. Alex is really high quality professional with huge knowledge, great skills and very friendly attitude. Plus he has really magical hands. He is using wide range of procedures depend of your progress and end result is always excellent. Im still doing PT procedures but already feel much better. All personal in office is very skillful and friendly, they help you doing exercises and procedures. Another benefit is this facility, room is huge with a lot of air and there many exercise machines and a lot of procedure room. I truly can recommend this office for sure for all patients of all ages. Thanks guys.I was already at the JAG_ONE office on Ocean Ave in Brooklyn 2 years ago and then I was very grateful to the staff who put my lower back in order. Therefore, when recently my lower back let me know about itself again, I had no doubts where to go to treat it and relieve all my pains. The appointment was very easy. When I came for the first visit, Elizabeth at the reception helped me fill out all the paperwork in a matter of minutes. In subsequent visits, I waited for an invitation for procedures no more than 5-10 minutes. I chose the doctor Alex Degtyarev, my friend advised me. The recommendation turned out to be accurate. Alex, like a real magician, does wonders and you leave after the treatment full of energy and without pain. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and besides, it is just pleasant to talk to him. I have not finished the course of treatment yet, but I have already felt an improvement. In addition, it changes procedures and different treatment approaches depending on the progress of your treatment. It should be noted that all the staff are very knowledgeable and always with a smile help you to do the procedures and exercises. Another plus of this office is a large room in which there is always fresh air, a lot of exercise equipment and a lot of treatment rooms. I can sincerely recommend this office to patients of all ages. Thanks guys.

2022-07-06So I started having this pretty sharp pain in my heels out of the blue and shortly after seeing the Podiatrist I was referred to JAG ONE PT by my mom. I was given a warm welcome by the entire staff including the front desk, who were pretty courteous, attentive and really accommodating especially Lawrence who is my DPT. Lawrence was extremely knowledgeable and skillful in terms of diagnosing what was the problem with my feet and where was the pain coming from in the first place, in my first session. We worked with many procedures based on the treatment plan Lawrence provided and the pain was gone completely for the most part. Once again, I’m beyond thrilled and grateful to my DPT, Lawrence for his dedication, knowledge and treatment plan to help me out. I also want to give thanks to rest of the PT’s and staff out there who assisted me throughout the PT sessions.

2022-03-15Phenomenal place and staff!!! Very welcoming and they manage to supersede my expectations. I explain to PT Bryan the surgery that was performed and he had me walking again in less than expected time. If you want to fully recover, I can assure you here’s the place to visit.

2022-08-07I have been going to Jag-One for about a month. I have seen the most progress in recovery to my back injury here. The staff is very friendly and well trained and Lawrence has helped me significantly in being able to walk up right again. I appreciate their work and highly recommend.

2022-03-16Pain in the elbow of the left hand has been bothering me since October 2021. Literally after the second visit to JAG -ONE PT in March 2022 the pain practically disappeared. It is amazing how well the treatment plan is drawn up! I am very grateful to Megha for her high professional skills, attention and care.

2021-10-19Thanks to the staff at the Ocean Avenue location. They were friendly yet very professional, respectful and always ensured I was doing my exercise routine correctly. Kudos to Shweta who was extremely helpful throughout my healing process. She worked with me for two separate ailments and both times she was knowledgeable, thorough and patient.

2021-04-06JAG-One and its therapists were recommended to me by various friends and family members. Unfortunately, they were outside of network for my insurance. I tried several other locations, was not satisfied and decided to try JAG-One anyway. I absolutely loved my first visit and I have been coming to see them for the last 4 months. The staff are courteous, professional, accommodating and hard working. Alex Dekhtyarev, one of the therapists on staff, literally has the magic touch. He spent almost 30 minutes explaining to me what my problem was and his plan for fixing it. He told me which exercises to do at home to speed up my recovery and to keep the issue from recurring. His therapeutic sessions and electrical stipulations were excellent. I started feeling much better after the first visit and have almost completely recovered after additional 4 sessions. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for caring, skillful therapists who put you back on the road to recovery.

2020-09-13I have been visiting this establishment for quite a while and my opinion about the PT doctors and staff has not changed. Everyone in the office is very professional, kind, attentive and everyone is doing their best to help patients improving their health. Gleb and Alex are well known by many patients and do not require a lot of introduction and praise. Shweta Shenoy, on the other hand, is relatively new in this office. However, she is very good at what she does and she is really a very nice person. I would confidently recommend everyone with needs in physical therapy to use this office.

2021-07-15Shweta is an amazing PT. From the first session she made my arm feel better. Every session she knows exactly what to work on. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. The girls who assist the PT are also very attentive and assist during all the exercises to make sure Im doing them correctly. I highly recommend this office.
