James was incredible! He helped all the way through the purchase and delivery. I would highly recommend James because of his knowledge of the Land Rover we purchased and his professionalism. At first I had a bad experience due to the work not being done properly but after speaking with management specifically Isaac and expressing my concerns he made me feel comfortable catered to me 100% answered all of my questions and was very customer friendly in terms of compensation and making me feel at ease answering every single one of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this dealership being one of the top rated customer friendly customer service and making you feel like he’s one of the best range rover dealerships in the tri-state area

Honestly first time I am very pleased with a car dealer (at least in the city). Most other treat you like royalty to buy but then the service department is below standards and unpleasant (like everything is your fault).To a point that I switched car brand many times because of an awful service experience (even under warranty).This is my third Range Rover. 5 stars. A huge thank you to the man, the myth, the legend - Jesse Strauss. There are two kinds of people in this sector: Those that push, and those that listen. Those that listen are few and far between and Jesse is the best one I have ever met. He simply wanted me to get the car that I was dreaming about. He spent a long time carefully listening to what I wanted and simply helped me reach the best decision. Once we ordered the vehicle, one of the biggest container crisis arrived upon us, and Jesse kept things perfectly in control and sent me a text update at every step. Once the car arrived, it was a very short wait and you could tell that Jesse was genuinely excited for me to get the vehicle and told me several time to always reach out if I need anything. I would deffently recommend JLR of Manhattan, Issac and Sacha are true gentlemen. They truly put the customer first, no hassle no pressure and a great deal on a dream car. These two men are true professionals. I had a small issue with my new car upon pick up and these two men stayed pass closing time to rectify the issue. Other Jaguar dealerships should pay attention to what Manhattan Jaguar is doing.I drove 350 miles to get. My Jaguar from Robert. It was seamless and basically i bought it over the phone. They were up ftont and no BS.it was quick and easy. I will always recommend Manhattan Jaguar. The people are the best, Do yourself a favor and visit Robert Faroni. Youll be very satisfied with the experience. If im willing to drive 350 miles you should be able to drive anywhere in the Tri Stae area.
Always A+ Service . The service advisor who helped me her name is Catherine Vasquez . All i can say is WOW! The level of attention to detail , the constant communication , and going above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is serviced in a timely manner . I was truly impressed . Will definitely be going back .
Catherine V. took care of many issues, their wait time for parts is really beyond their control, but they solved issues on my 2020 SV that 2 other Range Service centers could not. Kudos to the Tech Mr. Kimson and Catherine V. they solved and made a service visit beyond pleasant.
I had a great experience the first time I went. But this time when I went to repair my car, damaged from an accident, they took in the car for estimate and Kept it for seven days after which no estimate was still available. I tried to contact the service person and my emails were not responded to.
In person experience was great. Follow up on the other hand needs improvement. Still waiting a callback from Service Agent Nelson about something that could not be completed on the day of service. I made 4 calls over the period and still waiting.My most recent service visit on May 6, 2022 was great. Service Advisor Mark Resende was truly a people person. He was there at drop off and at pickup. Ensured my Range Rover Sport was washed. He took care of the little things.
HORRIBLE Experience, purchased my vehicle in March with salesmen Jermaine. TPS light was on, rim was dented & they put too much oil in the car which kept making the service light come on .. instead of fixing the issue before they sell it, they LIE as if these vehicles are in great condition. The mechanic’s ARE HORRIBLE & NOT EDUCATED ON CARS .. We spend thousands of dollars for poor service. DONT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE.
Car was promised at 9;30am next day but not ready when arrived at 10:30am because tech allegedly did not complete the job the night before. Waited an additional 45 Min. And finally got my car dirty. It was not washed. Glad I did not approve $4400.00 in additional work needed. Lost my business.
I have had pleasure dealing with Frank on few occasions, and Craig helped me out financing my second F-Pace. They are always very professional, courteous and helpful. I had a very complicated situation with my car’s registration and they did absolutely their best to help me. I would definitely recommend Frank and the Jaguar Land Rover team.
Im posting this review on behalf of I. S. who recently had repairs at this location...NEVER AGAIN. They didnt thoroughly find the problem until she had to bring the car back within a day of supposingly being fixed. In addition to a worker leaving their phone in the car.. Customer service is the worse. AND THEY DONT LIKE WEARING MASKS with this COVID. Not professional. All the older workers who use to work there are gone and missed. They had work ethics and were professional. Very disappointed in the present staff. And I hope to not return to this location.

Third time buying a car from jlr Manhattan, best experience ever , Frank, Craig, benny and the rest of the sales people are amazing to work with they are very helpful and knowledgable and most important they did their best and went out of their way to help me out when it came to solving a DMV issue I had . This my 4th car purchase at Land Rover Manhattan, 3 Evoques and a Velar. Working with Jermaine Velasco was the best yet. Jermaine was knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Because inventory is so limited he sold me my latest car while it was still on the ocean coming from the UK. It arrived and was ready for pickup exactly when he said it would be. I would wholeheartedly recommend Land Rover Manhattan, and especially Jermaine, to anyone looking for a new car.
I leased for 3 years my discovery and going to the dealership for fixing the flat tire and replaced the cap on the same rim and the advisor tell me that have to buy for all of them (rims) because my separate insurance tires and rims that’s not covered!!!! That’s ridiculous!!!Mr frank (advisor) prefer lost costumers?
I love my 2018 convertable Evoque! The last of its kind. The Manhattan Team just detailed my baby and I almost cried with how BEAUTIFUL a job they did! On the way home I drove 5 miles out of the way because I just wants to stay in it longer! Shout out to my service Guy, Jairon! Great job!
I had an outstanding experience at this location. I worked with Michael Cooper and he helped me surprise my wife with a Range Rover Velar. Michael is the one to go to for all your Land Rover needs ! My Jaguar F-pace broken down in Manhattan. I had to towed my car here. However, the service guys continue said my car is not in the system and we will call you back later. I made phone call every week! They never give me respond and kept my car for one month without any repair! DO NOT FIX CAR HERE! Unless you have time to walk in and check they are really doing something.
Highly disappointed by the service I received from the sale person Sacha and the finance agent James. I was rushed during my purchase and was reminded numerous time by the sales person that the office was closing soon. I was rushed to the point that the finance agent James forgot to charge my card and I left without paying a down payment. But in the following days was haggled to pay my down payment. I was not offered any refreshments, no hospitality, no small talk to feel welcomed by either person that I dealt with. The car was disgusting with gum stuck on the seat. Black finger prints on the ceiling. Claimed to have washed the vehicle but the rims was dirty. I spent 2 weeks with customer care to activate my infotainment system which could’ve easily been done with Sacha. Purchasing my first vehicle from Land Rover I was expecting white glove service but all I inexperienced was rushed service and quite frankly not welcomed. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from this establishment. I will however recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a Land Rover to go to the Land Rover dealership in Paramus NJ as they were much more accommodating to my needs.
I purchased my new Jaguar XF 2022 model from Wael. This guy is awesome!!!! Super patient and charismatic, he does whatever he needs to do to get you the car you want. He keeps you up to date on everything happening with the process and makes sure you get the most out of what you want. He is reliable and he truly cares about the customer. The service of my Jaguar Fpace at Jaguar Manhatten is the worst experience I have ever encountered. I had 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, pads and windshield wipers replaced. This was a very expensive endeavor but I trusted their service from previous experiences.When my car was returned to me, I was missing my weathertech trunk liner, Yetti cooler and snow brush. Ive been in contact with the service manager Ben and service rep Catherine. There has been no urgency or care to rectify my stolen property. The service department should be ashamed. Manhatten Jaguar and Land Rovers owners beware !
When I took my car there , My lights was working all of it but was not functioning in the right way , diagnostic took 2and half weeks , the service advisor was called repeatedly and no return calls back . They claim to fix 3 things on the car and purge valve ,clear dtc and calibrate pcm . But I got my car back and NO lights is working anymore , overpriced , no follow up and you bring your car out worst than you took it in , the manager Ben was helpful by driving me up to the 4 floor where they do the service and everyone is sitting around chatting and I bet all these rich clients are waiting on their vehicle . The guy who fixed my car told me he never touched anything on the car but thats a bold face lie because he wanted me to fix the struts for 356 dollars and how would he know that . He opened the car .off I am to find a solution to the problems . British auto in the Bronx has best reviews . The one star is for Ben leuny the service manager for his fast response .
Booked my car in for a simple job, 10 days in advance. Dropped off on time as agreed. I was told I would be contacted within a few hours and that the car would be available the next morning as planned.Having not heard from them for a day and a half, I was then sent a two line text to be told it was still in the line to be worked on and that they would update me on Monday (they are shut at weekends). Called and spoke to the Service Manager who said there is nothing they can and will do and that I just have to live without the car, which has left me an hour to either cancel my weekend plans or scramble to find a rental in time at my own expense.This garage does not care about customers. They know people have no choice in Manhattan and therefore they treat people like rubbish.If there had been any communication to help at least come up with an alternative plan rather than a late in the day update, it might at least have helped.
Please please stay far away from this place . My car was in their possession for 1 month and not one single thing was done to the vehicle. Then upon me requesting to take my car to another shop I set a appointment to pick the car up and I arrived too on time and was asked to wait nearly 2 hrs for them just to bring the car down from storage. I requested my battery be charged witch it wasnt nor was a replacement battery installed witch I also requested . 100% pure headache at this location. Oh and dont bother calling they will never answer and if they finally do its a ditsy blonde receptionist who has no knowledge of any thing . They will asked you to leave a name and number and will never return a call .
Update: I was contacted by the general manager who addressed my concerns and took care of the problem. Giving back two stars.——— Original: While traveling on business, I visited Land Rover Manhattan to view a Certified Range Rover I’d seen advertised online. I was rushed and needed to get back to the airport so they finalized the deal after I left and arranged to deliver it to me in a few days. Without time to haggle, I payed full sticker price and even paid for delivery(5 hour drive). Even though a certified vehicle, the inside wasn’t that clean and there were a few minor scuffs in the clearcoat around the vehicle. The only thing I asked for in the deal was that the vehicle would be fully buffed and detailed before delivery which they assured me would be done since I was surprising my wife with the vehicle. Four days later they delivered the vehicle to my house and to my chagrin, it had not been detailed, was still dusty and dirty inside with old food in the cupholders. The salesman was apologetic and promised that I could get it detailed anytime I’d like if I brought it to the dealership [I live 5 hours away!!!] I called the dealership and spoke to Lew the manager who was very apologetic and agreed that a full detail was owed to me. I requested them to arrange a detail at my local Land Rover dealership and he assured me he’d call them. That was two weeks ago now. Since our first call, I’ve left Lew two voice messages and received no responses or return calls. Jesse the salesman was very nice and accommodating and I highly recommend him if you visit. The management... not so much. It’s a nice looking and busy dealership, Just make sure you get everything agreed upon “before” paying for the vehicle.
Im so glad to see new Service Advisors in the service department. The SA Javier assisted, he was polite, professional and i left feeling satisfied. Despite LRM being overpriced LOL, I will continue to support the business because the work is done properly and Im always pleased at the end. Lastly, Ben Leung [Asst. Service Mgr.], is always courteous professional, and knowledgeable when I have questions the SAs are unable to answer. Overall, cheap stuff isnt good in good stuff isnt cheap and Ill be back
Purchase process was easy and delivery was professional, but then they did not respond to a simple issue regarding activity key and were unable to transfer my license plates after they assured me they could. The person responsible would not return my calls, I was emailed from a manager that I am free to go argue the point with DMV. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this dealership based on this.
Jermaine is amazing! The best of the best. We had a bit of a hiccup with the car insurance process and he worked endlessly to help us find the best solution so we can take our dream car home. We ended up getting the latest Range Rover velar model we wanted and within a super fast timeline. We are forever grateful for the diligent staff and will definitely come back again for our next cars!

It was a great buying experience. James was very professional and his experience shines through his enthusiastic personality. He throughly explained the finances, the extended CPO warranty of what will be covered and even took plenty of time to explain the vehicle features. I would highly recommend them.
Single worst customer experience I’ve had with a dealership. A basically new car with a warranty claim has been sitting at the service center for 4 days, not even been looked at, and no loaner car has been provided. Repeated promises of returned calls not kept, and indicative timelines missed. To make matters worse, I sat on hold for nearly an hour AND THEN THEY CLOSED WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME! Unfortunately, they leave a lot to be desired.
Love my new 2021 Range Rover Evoque! This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Fitzroy Stewart in the Manhattan dealership! He is professional, knowledgable, & goes above & beyond the call of duty to find you the perfect vehicle! Because of his white glove service & level of experience I would purchase a Range Rover again and again! Not to mention the SUV’s are second to none! I would refer him to close family and friends because I know they’re in good hands!
I love it here the manger Marcelo fixed my problem I went everywhere else no one wanted to fix it they told me I need a engine and I bought it here and the manger told me I don’t need no engine it was something else I love it here I recommended here they are fast and quick my car went in Thursday came back out on Monday and the car drives brand new again
Took my car for a quick damage assessment a couple of days ago. I already expected top service since it is Land Rover. But the service I got was even better than what I expected. Karen Casado, the body shop manager, is the best! She was so helpful and friendly not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Among other things, the service people washed my car, added anti freeze, and had it delivered to my home. Really appreciated.
Jesse Strauss was the one who helped me with my purchase and it was great. He helped me customize a land rover defender and ship it to the dealer. Due to COVID, imports were delayed and I was harassing the poor guy to get it on time prior to my departure. He always answered my e-mails on a timely manner.. At the time of purchase everything was ready and there were no hurdles.i would definitely buy here again.
Received an email saying my car was due a service and to make an appointment. I made the appointment online, got the reminder the day before and dropped my car off. Next day I picked up the car they said they did not perform a service because my car was not due. They did fix another small problem with the electronics. Regarding the service 1. Should your email notification check to see if a car is due a service before sending an email informing that the car is due and to make an appointment? 2. Once a service appointment has been booked couldn’t you double check before the date of the service to see if a car is due or not for a service? Other than that everything else was fine, Jay who I spoke to there was professional and courteous.
I purchased a 2018 RANGE ROVER Evoque from Land Rover Manhattan in NYC. My car salesman was Michael Cooper at Jaguar Land Rover.From our first encounter when we met at the dealership he was very courteous professional and respectful.I knew what vehicle I wanted when I came in and he showed it to me. Micheal gave me a verbal description of the model. He answered all my questions about the vehicle as well as the warranty for the vehicle. I started it up, inspected it and was impressed with the specs of the vehicle and the low mileage.I came in on a Wednesday, Michael was very prepared with all the paperwork and signatures he needed from me. I had my insurance cards emailed to Michael’s email. They supplied the tags and registration. Michael received my check. He told me to come back the next day, he would clean it up, do the inspection and have it ready for me. I went back the following day and drove out with the vehicle on that Thursday. Oh yea and I had a full tank of gas.Michael Cooper is an awesome Salesman. He even checked on me afterwards to see how I was enjoying ny new purchase. I have recommended him to all my NYPD coworkers, if they’re looking for a Jaguar or Range Rover. My experience was so smooth and at ease. I brought my CA Range Rover Sport to NYC and when I registered the car in NY it needed to be inspected.I decided to make an appointment at the Land Rover dealership instead of going to a gas station and I’m very happy with my decision.Everyone was very nice and helpful, the waiting area very comfortable and the job was done on time and the car returned washed.Thank you! I will definitely go back for the routine service.
In early December My discovery developed had a major leakIn the windshield-which was a defect not caused by anything I did- I took the car to Manhattan Land Rover - I could not drive the car because it wouldFill With water if it rained- so I leftIt at the dealer until a windshield came in - which took almost a month- I was toldI could not have a loaner car- but I could rent a car at my Own expense (however they would reimburse me $45/day) I rented a car for a week which cost over $800 and then decided it was way to costly to continue renting, so I returned the rental and borrowed a car from family. All the while I was communicating with a customer service rep at Land Rover who was very nice but did not help Me at all. Manhattan Land Rover service was impossible to get in touch with- however my car was fixed - almostA month later and it’s is now February 12th and I still have not been reimbursed for my rental car expense- by the way Land Rover is onlyCovering half of the rental expense- this is myFirst Land Rover and I really do love it but myLease is ending in May and after Such horrible service. I don’t think I will be leasing another one!
The main (only) reason I got another lease at Manhattan Land Rover was because of the impeccable customer service of Roman!! He is outstanding in every way and would lease a car from him hands down over any other dealer or sales representative out there. I shopped around and Roman beat the other deals by a landslide 2 leases in a row and especially in pandemic times where there’s no inventory and prices have gone up he still amazed me with the deal he was able to work out for me and so quickly!!! Essentially gave me exactly what I wanted...unbelievable!! He’s incredibly professional, pleasant to work with and makes you feel like the #1 customer!!! I could not say enough good things about him and giving him my business is a true pleasure!!!
I worked with Jesse Strauss is Sales to get my new Range Rover Sport. I have bought many luxury cars in the past and I have never had service like Jesse. He was personable, thorough, made me feel supported and clear through the entire decision and purchase experience. He even drove my car to my place so I didn’t need to go to Range Rover since I had already given my car away. I would recommend that you ask for Jesse Strauss if you want exceptional service. And he says he will be available if I ever have questions. And so far he has stood up to his word.
I couldnt be happier with my experience at JLR Manhattan. At this point, I might have to bring a bag of cash to just elicit a response.Ever wanted to buy something but couldn’t. Well if not, you’re in luck with Land Rover Manhattan. This place will surely frustrate even the most patient of people. The group here are far more suited selling used cars in NJ than Land Rover’s in the city.Here is my story - I went down with the wife to purchase a new RR Sport. Before even arriving, I made sure to make an appointment and even provided my exact specification so that we could quickly get in and out.Once we arrived, we were told our sales person wasn’t available but we would be introduced to someone new. Our new sales associate was truly nice but lacked any real knowledge on the brand or car. Again, not a big deal as I did my research.Here is where things go south. After nearly 2.5 hours, we were becoming exhausted. So to save energy, we decided to grab launch before going over numbers. Before I left, we set another appointment in the afternoon.When we arrived back to the showroom, we were never greeted by our sales person. The revolving door had begun and we became a ticket in a line of too many appointments with too few associates. Not a major deal but certainly not something you would expect when making two appointments. After another 45 minutes we decided to leave as we were becoming exhausted and frustrated. However, before leaving, I left a message with the receptionist to let our sales associate know we still wanted the car.As of today, I still haven’t been able to buy the car. In fact, I haven’t been able to connect with the sales associate to discuss my spec, pricing or terms. I just keep getting automated texts saying “it was a pleasure to assist”. At this point I’m willing to go to Long Island or NJ. I guess Land Rover is the new Ford dealership in the city.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough. The service department, specifically the manager Ben, bent over backwards to make my experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. While my service was only an annual checkup, the level of detail shown on the car was extraordinary. Typically, going in for any service of a vehicle is the worst. However, it was apparent to me that this service department took great care and thought to make the client experience special.

Frank went above and beyond to finalize my new lease agreement - considering I went over the mile limit with 4 months remaining on my previous lease. Frank was genuine, straight to the point, and kind. Spent a total of 45 min from walking into the dealership to signing the lease. Great experience in the service department dealt with the two service writers Nelson and Jay very professional took my Range Rover to check the brakes. They found out that my car also needed it and updated so they took care of the update, cleaned the brakes and did an oil change. Great Service

NOT HONEST PEOPLE! This keeps happening, I bring my car in for a repair, they tell me its fixed and send me home, but the problem kept occurring. These people are LIARS! They will waste your time and make you believe your car has been fixed but they dont actually dig deep they just send you on your way without getting to the problem! I am NEVER buying a Land Rover again! These people are crooks! STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE!

Came in looking to lease a Velar, but due to the lack of microchips inventory was really non existent, Jermaine explained and help us explore other options and I ended up Financing a later model year Velar with a whole lot more equipment than a regular Velar. I had been looking for an Evoque for months and went to multiple dealerships until I came to Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan. All staff in this facility are professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. I worked with Sacha Von Lowenstein as my sales representative and I had a great experience working with him. I received an excellent service, brand new 2021 Evoque with a great price and the process was very quick and smooth. This was my first time at Range Rover and I had a great experience with your service manager,Jay Then. I came in last minute and was in a real time crunch to have my car serviced before an important road trip. He texted me throughout the dayso I could know when my car was ready and it was delivered on time. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I was very happy with the service I received,I would definitely go back there for service.
Hands down the worst service experience I have ever received. My wife made an appointment at the dealership to repair a check engine light and inspect the vehicle. On the 3rd day, of the vehicle being out, an agent texted me saying they fixed the light but could not do the inspection because they needed to drive the car more; he noted they had already driven the vehicle but not enough. I responded to the text to which no response was given. My expectation was the vehicle was inspected.The vehicle was delivered to me this AM, late (keep in mind the its a 100k vehicle and service level expected is very high). The invoice said, completed NYS emissions inspection but no sticker was on the car. I also check the driver logs and the vehicle was never driven per the agents suggestion. In general, I would tell everyone to avoid purchasing a RangeRover as the vehicle has tons of technology flaws (like back up camera that is 2 seconds delayed) but on top of it, if you do decide to purchase, DO NOT GO TO Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan.
What can I say but getting White Glove service from the Service Department is such a pleasant surprise. You know when you buy a car everyone treats you professionally and with care. But you dread the day you bring your car in for service because then you find out all the loop holes you missed.Sean, was absolutely perfect in all his explanations. He reviewed my original purchase, saw my extended warranties and all the options I bought.What a pleasure to work with a proactive person.Sean had left Land Rover for a brief time and he returned which really made my year. I do like my Evoque and if I buy another Land Rover it be because not only due to the product but because of Sean.He calls to update me with the progress which is very encouraging. I just had an amazing experience with Sean Fitzgerald that I wanted to share with both management and the public at large. I bought a Range Rover at Land Rover Manhattan three years ago. I moved this particular car to Palm Beach about 18 months ago. As I went to trade the car in a few hours ago, the Mercedes dealer (time for a sports car) told me there was a lien on the car! I wasn’t happy since I had paid cash for the car, and I was expecting the worst.I took a chance and called the Manhattan dealership and the receptionist transferred me to “finance”. No surprise, the call kicked into voicemail. Faced with the thought of dealing with the DMV I decided to call back one more time and ask the receptionist to connect me with a live individual. She kindly complied which is where Sean entered the picture.1. Sean remembered me. Seriously impressive considering I hadn’t been to this dealership in close to two years.2. He dealt with the issue in about 3 minutes, and couldn’t have more more pleasant about it.Management: please make sure you take great care of Sean—he’s the kind of employee who creates exceptional loyalty.Public: if you want great service, ask for Sean!
James was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle specs and all the gadgets and made it an easy transition for us getting into our new Range rover sport. If I could give this a ZERO star I would. I was due to give back my Range Rover. Called my bank to confirm the proper procedure, I was directed to contact Land Rover Manhattan. I called them to make an appointment and was asked if I purchased the car from them - I said no. Then they told me to come to the location before 4:00. I came right away, after an hour waiting - they told me they wouldn’t take the car because I never purchased it from them. I’m disgusted by the service and how unorganized and disrespectful the team is at this location. Especially, the general manager Issac who refused to provide his business card. When I asked him for his last name - I was then thrown out of the showroom.I DO NOT recommend this location. I’ve heard on multiple occasions that this is one of the worst dealerships being operated. It’s a shame that loyal customers of Range Rover get treated poorly and unprofessionally.
GREAT SALES EXPERIENCE. The dealership is under new (and better) management these days, so I was introduced to a salesperson. Wael Esawi was fantastic. He was patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and went over-and-above to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I ordered my Range Rover Supercharged and received it ahead of schedule. Love the car. Not yet sure about how the service experience yet, given that the car has not needed anything, but I am optimistic.2022 UPDATE. Wael Esawi is now selling me our fourth vehicle and has helped multiple friends, some who’ve purchased more than one Range Rover from him. Super helpful.
Just bought my Fifth vehicle from this dealership. Have to say the are one of the best dealers I ever dealt with. The staff is very friendly and courteous. What they say is what they deliver. Very casual and relaxed atmosphere. They where very professional and courteous. I recommended them to a few of my friends and they also purchased and where thanking me for the great buy and experience they had.
About a week ago I was in the market for a new vehicle but had a very strict budget. I called Jaguar Land Rover of Manhattan and spoke to James. James took the time to listen to what type of vehicle I was interested in and what kind of budget I had. James invited me in to the show room. He took the time out of his day to sit down for quite awhile to find me a vehicle I was going to be happy with, and was able to afford. Once I found my dream car James was extremely helpful and COMPLETELY transparent throughout the buying process. He answered every question I had with honesty and it was by FAR the best and EASIEST buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in the market for a vehicle but aren’t sure how to go about the process or if your budget is strict, I highly recommend speaking to James.

Recently got my first Rover from here and let me tell you, it could not have been easier. Everyone knows the hassle you go thru when getting a new car and how you can spend hours upon hours in the dealership. I was so pleasantly surprised when it took half the usual time, I felt like I was in and out in my new car right away. The salesman James went above and beyond. He was friendly, helpful and not pushy like your usual car salesman. He took the time to listen to what you were looking for and gear you towards the car that checked all those boxes. He was such a nice guy. So much so that he called a week after we drove off the lot to ask how we liked the vehicle and if there is anything we needed. Safe to say I found the person I will be getting my cars from, from now on. If you considering a rover or jag go to James. Im telling you, youll thank me later when it is the easier car transaction youve had.
We just picked up our brand new Land Rover from Robert Faraoni. We found the one we wanted online and called to get more information. Robert was extremely helpful and responsive. We made him an offer and it was accepted. We didnt have to haggle or go back and forth for days. It was all ridiculously simple and smooth. We feel like we got an excellent deal which makes the whole thing even better. The paperwork was sent over quickly and the deal was done within a day or so. We flew to NYC to pick it up and it was exactly as described, no hidden surprises. Everything was ready to go. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We will definitely be back in the future. If you want a great deal and excellent service ask for Robert.
Incredible customer service experience by the entire service team and my personal provider Sean. I brought my Range Rover in to Jaguar Land Rover of Manhattan (where we purchased our vehicle) for an inspection because the check engine light came on. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in a timely manner but also provided a courtesy ride upon drop off and delivered the car to my home in Brooklyn! Above and beyond.
Steven Schneir is the best! Very helpful, trustworthy, and patient sales person. He explained the features of each model of car to help me choose what was best for my needs. He made my transition to a new car very easy. Loved working with him. I highly recommend to ask for Steven if you go.
My husband, Jamie, and I worked with a competent and professional salesman at Range Rover Manhattan. Finance lead was an outlier - made several intrusive/political comments throughout signing process. Could use some unconscious bias training to better serve diverse (non-white) clients.
I had horrible experience with them. I wanted to get a service appointment for my brand new Land Rover. (Which is 15 days since I got). It came out the the AC wasn’t working.I had a very hard time to get an appointment. When I took my car I had to wait all day with my baby until they diagnosed it. They said we need to change a compressor and need to leave it for 24 hours and no Loaner, if I wanted a Loaner I have to wait another month.it means I have to drive my without an AC for one month.Then I decided to take my car to the Long Island Land Rover for service.I got a very easy appointment, they were very professional and quality customer service. I took it next day which is today and they were very pleasant, they knew their job. And of course I had a loaner without a question.Within few hours they called me and the problem wasn’t with compressor, they did whatever it was need to be done and my was ready for pick up.As you can see the difference between these poor and professional car dealers, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go for the Manhattan Land Rover to get their cars done.Thank you Long Island Land Rover!
Start to finish, this has been a great experience and probably the least painful car purchase I have ever had. Steven was professional, personable and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and our needs were met. He took the time to explain everything in detail and has even been extremely helpful and responsive after the sale. Highly recommend!
Absolute worst dealership and service department! From the day I picked up my Jaguar F-pace there’s been nothing but terrible service. The salesperson had me wait almost 2 hours while closing another deal because I sealed the deal over the phone. By the time he was done with his other customer it was closing time and he never took the time to show me the cars features or even test drive it. Fast forward 4 months, the car started giving me problems... short fuses, wipers not working, rattling from under the car. I called for service and a loaner and was told the wait was almost 2 months and I should have it towed to the dealership for faster service. So, I did as told and had the truck towed there by jaguar elite service. I called 2 hours later and they told me my car was not there! Meanwhile, my Jaguar app was showing the car parked 2 blocks away unlocked! I kept calling all day but they don’t answer their phones! So frustrated at this point I called jaguar headquarters and put in a complaint. They documented it but It really got me no where except a promise to reimburse me if I rented a car from Hertz. Fast forward to 4 days later, when they finally located my truck and serviced it...I had to wait again, another 2 hours just for the truck to pull up. And again no explanation because everyone was gone for the day. Currently, the truck has 7000 miles and has been stalling out and giving me numerous computer issues. So, I scheduled an appointment for service and was told I had to wait 5 weeks for a loaner car appointment, which in my opinion is ridiculous because I never had this issue with any other high end dealership. But, I took the next availability and hoped it would work out. By week 4 I had to call jaguar elite for roadside assistance because the car just wouldn’t start and there was a gearbox default. They sent AAA to boost it and I was told the battery was defective and dead. How Is that possible in a new car with 7000 miles? Still, I accepted it and waited for my service appointment. Which brings me to today at 3pm when I got a call that they will not have a loaner car for my appointment tomorrow. (which I’ve waited 5 weeks for)because they are all out of loaners. I asked how this is possible since I scheduled this appointment almost 2 months ago and took time off from work once again! The response was “we’re short on loaners and people didn’t return the ones they had loaned”. For an elite dealership such as Land Rover/ Jaguar, to give their customers this kind of service is unacceptable! I will never ever buy a car from this unprofessional dealership again. They need new management!
I have purchased many cars in my life; this was by far the most pleasant of all of them. I worked with Robert Faraoni and I cannot say enough good things. I told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. He quickly found a car that matched my requirements and didnt run me around on price. A very honest and straight forward car buying experience. If you go here, definitely ask for Robert. A true 5 star experience and I dont say that lightly. NOTE: I cannot speak for service yet at this dealership as I only got the car last week. Will check back in after I bring the car in for service.
Had a great experience at JLR of Manhattan. They advertised a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport that they got in on a trade. Great condition, fair price. The real kicker was when the buyer of my Corvette backed out, my salesperson, Sacha stepped up and found me a buyer and met my price. Long story short... there are 2 new Corvette owners today because of Sacha and the team there. Id highly recommend them. Thanks!
Im having a tough time believing some of these low reviews based on my recent experience, All I can tell you 1-star people is explain your issue to the management, and I bet theyll go way out of their way to help you. Here is my story...My experience didnt start out so well. I leased a new RR Sport, and there was inaccurate information from my sales rep that caused me grief and extra money at the point of pick-up. None the less, I accepted the the deal because the car was so beautiful, and I had my heart set on it.I later expressed my dissatisfaction via survey, and thats when I came to realized that this dealerships commitment to customer care and satisfaction was like no other. Within an hour I was contacted by the GM, and he not only apologized but backed his words with actions, offering to do anything to rectify the situation, including ordering a brand new vehicle at no extra cost. In my life, Ive leased six higher end cars and purchased four others, and all those other dealerships could have cared less about me once the deals was done. So to see a dealership committed to me at such an extraordinary level of support after the deal was done absolutely blew my mind. We eventually reached an agreement that left me much more than satisfied and Im enjoying my new Sport much more now, knowing I have a dealership I can count on for support after the deal is done. Manhattan LR, you guys are by far the best. Isaac...YOU ROCK!!!
When I read the 5-star reviews, I was wondering if I just went to a different place. Really wanted to have a quick purchase of a landrover. This salesman, who I connected through the dealer’s online appointment system, was like having no interests showing anything. He is borderline rude by either not answering questions with details or no speaking at all. He did say that he sold 10 cars in the last few days. Maybe that’s why he doesn’t care any more. Let’s see if he can keep this pace. It’s first time ever I met a car salesman like this. Maybe I haven’t been to a dealership for awhile. Since when a car salesman acts like a Goldman banker?

The salesman James was excellent. I purchased a six figure Range Rover with an agreement to have it delivered to my Hamptons home.Management refused to paythe $250 for delivery. He basically lost the additional sale of a Jag...and a customer...for $250.STUPID move.Also, notice most of the positive reviews are from people that have made only one GOOGLE review ever?!?!
Terrific ExperienceAfter visiting many dealerships when looking for a new car, I found Isaac and John at the Volvo division of Manhattan Auto to be fantastic. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. John took the time to go through all the features of the car in tremendous detail and explained everything very clearly. Isaac was extremely helpful from a management perspective in order to get the deal done at a price I was happy with. I could not recommend these guys more, they were absolutely terrific.

Land Rover Manhattan is the absolute worst auto dealership I have everdealt with.My experience doing business with them has been nothing less than anightmare.Let me start off by saying that I love the Range Rover that I bought,and I purchased it for what I believe was a fair price.Other than that, I have nothing good to say about the dealership, thesalesman or the finance manager.Like any other vehicle purchase, I was sent to the finance manager wherehe tried to sell me some extras.I opted for the wheel and tire coverage as I know that these rims damageeasily and are very expensive to repair or replace.The cost of this insurance plan was $1580.00 plus tax for a total of$1716.28.I paid in full before I left with my new car. I left with my receipt and I was told that the policy would be mailed to me within two weeks.The policy was never mailed to me, and because I didnt need to use it yet, I totally forgot about it.About nine months later, I called the dealership because I needed work done on the rim as one got damaged.I called and called and left at least five emails to my salesman and to the finance manager, to see why I never got the policy.The man who sold me the car told me that he would look into it.After two weeks I finally got a hold of him by cell phone. I feel as if he was ignoring my calls, so I called from a different phone and he picked up right away.The salesman told me that there was a mistake, and that the dealership never registered the coverage with the vendor.I asked him to either register the policy or please refund my money.He told me that he was not allowed to do either one of those things because between the time I purchased the policy and the time that I needed it, the dealership filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and my claim is a pre-petition debt.He told me to either go to the bankruptcy website and file a claim or to file a claim with my credit card.The credit card company couldnt do anything, because it was over six months.I have proof of this all in writing and will post.I asked him if he could make it up to me with some discounted services from their service department, as the one year service costs about $900.He had no authority, but got back to me later and offered me a free oil change.Thanks, but no thanks.After reading some of the other reviews on this site, I would never let them touch my car.In a nutshell they took my $1716.28 and didnt give me anything for it. They legally stole my money and hid behind the bankruptcy law instead of using common sense and some goodwill towards a customer who spent almost $90,000 on a vehicle.NOT ONLY IS THIS DEALERSHIP FINANCIALLY BANKRUPT, BUT THEY ARE ALSO MORALLY BANKRUPT.
Yet another terrific buying experience with JLR Manhattan. My sales advisor, Sacha, was amazing.... again (Ive purchased a Jaguar and four Range Rovers from him over the years). Having moved to Connecticut, I had other Land Rover dealerships to choose from that were more convenient, but the buying and service experiences have been so positive and seamless at JLR Manhattan, I chose to keep my business with them.
I ordered a vehicle back in September of 2018, took delivery of it January of 2019, and in July of 2019, had my first service visit with JLR Manhattan. So I thought now I have experienced with a few sides of JLR Manhattan, I would be able to write a better reviews.First of all was the sales experience. Jermaine Velasco was my sales rep. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with him. When the car was delivered to the warehouse, I was on a business trip and couldnt come back until 2 weeks later, he went the extra miles to hold the car for me. I subsequently had a few follow ups on registration and later a service appointment, can always get responses from him on a timely manner. Hes always ready to help out. So I would wholeheartedly recommend this place and the sales experience.I also brought the car in for computer software upgrades, rep was extremely patient and friendly. They are willing to listen to me about issue descriptions and offers timely updates on the progress.Overall, a very pleasant dealership experience.
When you buy high end cars, you expect high end service. The service department took my Car from my location, had it all day, did nothing to it (seriously, not one thing), then dropped it off to me 2 hours later than we scheduled. I stood in the cold for 2 hours waiting for my car. They were aware I was picking up family from the airport and still came with my un-serviced car 2 hours late. While I love my jaguar and love the service I get in white plains, I will never go back to this location. There was no accountability nor any apology. Horrible experience. Will never go back to this dealer.
My husband and I moved to Manhattan in October of 2015. Since then we have taken in our 2008 Range Rover to Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan twice: The first was for a routine service, and the second was for a routine service, a State Inspection and a car detailing. Both times we were extremely satisfied. They delivered on everything that was promised at the time it was promised. We had two different Service Advisors, Benjamin and Heather. Each was professional and a good listener. Each followed up in a timely fashion to tell us what service was needed. Thankfully, not much was needed at our first visit, and nothing was needed on our second. I feel we were treated honestly and the cost was very fair.
One thing that I can say about this great group of people is that they are dedicated to excellence, very, very slowly lmao! They get it done and done right! From sean the service guy to the salespeople and all in between, my experience with the lot is memorable. Btw, I appreciate the slow because getting it right all the time takes skill, patience, empathy, world class customer service and a New York City attitude. I will be buying a car from them because of all that and the love that comes with it.

2022-02-04My car was towed in for repairs.Xavier, Marcello and the Range Rover team at the service department took care of my car and my insurance issue marvelously. Best dealer experience! 2022-03-01They were fabulous! Even though you shouldn’t have to replace a radiator on a Range Rover after a year, they took it in asap and got it done right away for me. The ladies in service for fantastic and the General manager took care of me taking an Uber while they fixed it. Thanks so much for everything! You all were fantastic

2022-06-30I’ve dealt with other jaguar/Landrover dealers all over New York, Everyone at this place is so professional. I lost my car key and had my car towed in to get it programmed. Everyone there was so understanding and so helpful I swear the hospitality at this place is so awesome. My service advisor along with the young women and young man at the service desk was so helpful. I love this place. I made sure to tell the manager that I was so satisfied with his staff!
