Our experience with Chef Jaime was nothing short of AMAZING! She is a master-trained chef, a consummate professional, and knows not only how to prepare delicious food but also to make every detail of the experience something to remember. For our private dinner party, we requested that Chef Jaime prepare 2 options for each course which definitely added to the work involved for her. Chef Jaime was able to complete the tasks masterfully and every course was presented beautifully and was, of course, nothing short of delicious. This was a Michelin-star experience in the privacy of our home and I would not hesitate to hire Chef Jaime again for future events!
Chef Jamie was amazing! She was very responsive and delivered exactly what I wanted, my guests were blown away by her food. The attention to detail was remarkable, I would recommend her to everyone!
My fiancé and I love Jaime! She has cooked for us at the Heckscher State Park cottages twice now!!! Once for our engagement dinner and then a year later for our 5 year anniversary as a couple. My goodness when I tell you that Jaime is a true delight it is falling short. She was my chef for my best friends birthday. The location barely had a kitchenette and she did was her thang!! She made a lobster avocado salad followed by a surf and turf( yes! In a kitchenette) followed by a 3 leche cake dessert ( in an air fryer!!) that we tore up!I highly recommend chef Jaime she will not disappoint.
Jaime was easy to reach and she was able to customize the perfect surprise dinner menu with just a few days notice!!!Food was delicious and she was a pleasure to work with
Jaime couldnt have provided a more pleasant dining experience! She was prompt, organized and provided an excellent meal not missing any of the small details to make it special . She was polite and friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy her craft. Couldnt recommend her enough for any sort of special occasion be it a shower, bachelorette, or just a fun night in with friends. Every little detail was absolutely amazing! She made my 5th year anniversary dinner something to remember. The food was phenomenal. So good I barely had room for all four courses! The service was superb. She was pleasant and extremely professional. Thank you Jaime for a wonderful evening!

2021-12-07Jaime is the best! I invited our team to a drinks reception followed by a four course seated dinner. Jaime came to our house with a car full of grocery bags and prepared almost everything fresh from scratch. We selected Jaime because she made the most inspiring suggestions for the dinner. The food was amazing and beautifully arranged. Her team delivered outstanding service throughout the entire evening. When Jaime and her team left, our kitchen was impeccable clean. We will certainly book her again.

2021-11-14Chef Jaime came to our home to prepare a five course sit down dinner for ten people. The occasion was my wife’s 60th birthday.I had wanted to do something very special that our dearest friends and my wife would remember.Chef Jaime delivered. The food was five star as was the service. I am now looking for a reason to have her back again! I would not hesitate to recommend her, and the experience of having a personal chef come to your home.If you are looking for true fine dining, Chef Jaime is obviously very talented, the food was amazing. Her friendly calm professionalism made it a pleasure to have her in our home. 2022-03-17Chef Jaime was absolutely wonderful! Her food was delicious and the kitchen was cleaned impeccably when she left. Our group could not get enough of her penne alla vodka and are still dying to know what the recipe is. Could not recommend Jaime enough. 2021-11-22Jaime and her team could not have been more amazing. Everyone was warm and friendly. The food was out of this world. It was wonderful to have someone of her caliber come and make what was essentially a small backyard party into an incredibly memorable event. My 5 year old daughter, who basically eats pasta and rice asked her if she was a famous chef and ate everything that came around.This experience was worth every penny. Thank you!

2021-12-26Jaime made a beautiful, delicious, wholesome, inventive Christmas dinner for our family - delivered to the doorstep of our Covid stricken home! 2021-12-28If I could give Chef Jamie 10 stars, I would! While searching for a chef for my birthday dinner, I came across Chef Jamie’s Instagram page and the pictures of her food blew me away. But it doesnt even come close to the taste! Everything was so delicious! Thank you, Chef!
