I honestly go here so much because its very convenient for myself, and the staff has always been fabulous. Im NOT picky to a fault, so they help me find what I would like; Ill give them a general idea of what Im looking for and they will bring that to the next level with amazing juice options. You might be lucky enough to see a cute cat or pup too. 👌
A friend of mine bought a mod from here and it was not working. The store has a no refund policy, but the kind employee there helped my friend out by offering a free exchange for another mod. My friend was extremely happy for this service, I wont forget to mention that the mod he got was way better than what he was trying to purchase in the first place.I myself buy juice from here from time to time, I always try something new and the staff here has always recommended something great for me. I will add that one time in there, a woman came looking for a very popular brand of juice and flavor, and the shop didnt have it in stock, I dont hold that against them, for this is a likely scenario at most shops. Just something to keep in mind if you cannot find a particular brand or flavor here.
Great vape shop for all your needs, Emily has helped me out my first two visits... she not only answered 500 questions I had, she takes the time to make sure you walk out with what you need. They have like a thousand juices to choose from and your able to try them out. I love that they are dog friendly, as I entered with Kaianne my Pomeranian. On top of it all Emily is a very attractive young lady 😊
This was easy to get to on the bus and they have a very solid selection of juice. The staff is friendly and never tried to rush me. I can be very picky when it comes to flavors and they were understandable. They asked my favorite flavor, looked it up and made a note of it for the future.And while I just went in to buy juice, I ended up buying other stuff as well including the Coil Master toolkit and a replacement RBA for my tank. Theyre fairly new and Id like to make sure they stay in business a long time.

Just went there after reading all great reviews. Just as everyone else is saying GREAT service. Im a newbie too and the very beautiful young lady IS the owner with her brother, So yes would be great to see them stay in business... She was very patient and willing to teach me a thing or two and answered all my questions 5 stars all the way!!
Great vape store! Very welcoming and the ambiance almost feels like home. You can sit back and vape. The staffs are very helpful and will spend their time working with you and best part is if you work EMS, you get 15% off!! Everyone else can get 15% off if they go at happy hour.

I do not know how they have such a great feedbacks. Their ejuice sucks and overpriced. I rather get something from internet for 80% lower price. I got these two bottles like a year ago and tried ONLY once. YES, ONCE and Never touched again ever since.
Best vape store Ive been to outside of Manhattan. Awesome, knowledgeable staff who isnt there to sell you on stuff. Always find myself going there for 1 thing and walking out with 3 but luckily they usually have some kind of deal going, especially on juices. A little tough on parking but there is a lot at the end of the strip, but that shouldnt take away from the shop itself, hence the 5 stars. This place is worth the 15-20 min drive for me so if youre looking for a vape shop you can count on this is your place. Make sure you bring a treat for the cat :)
Their staff is friendly but not the most knowledgeable about the products or inventory that they have. You can tell that some of their products have been sitting on the shelf for a while and they lose track of what they carry and what’s good and not good anymore. I personally won’t be returning to their establishment anymore.
Nice place, not a huge fan of their selection. There is a cute white girl there that knows her products pretty well. Price are slightly over a $1 or so compared to other spots.

One word for Jam Juice? GOATThere truly is no place like Jam Juice in all of Nyc.Ive been trying to give vaping a go and put an end to cigarettes, but most of the shops I have been to could really care less.Since I have been to Jam Juice, they told me everything I needed to know and have helped me transition from smoking cigarettes to vaping. Thanks for all the help. They also have a phone repair business with Mega Repairs and was able to fix my Iphone screen in minutes.

I walked in here for the first time the other day and I, the place has a great atmosphere. I was immediately greeted by Chris and he offered his expertise in finding exactly what I needed. I gave him a list of things that were important to me that I was looking for and he thought about it for a while and gave me a suggestion, so I decided to give it a try. Well, his suggestion was right on the money 100% perfect for what I was asking, in fact it was so good that I went back again with a different list of requirements. He pulled through 100% again so right now Chris is my favorite person and I definitely recommend this location …. you will not regret it! I can’t speak for the other sales people because Chris is the only one that I interacted with but everybody seemed very nice.top quality items and top quality service

2022-04-19I ran out of my ecig coils. Went to other vape stores and was tricked into getting useless leaky tanks. Desperate to find a solution. Took a chance at Jam juice, the man who helped me was more than helpful. He explained to me what works and what doesn’t with my vape ecig. Doesn’t push me to buy unnecessary things. I’ll be going to them from now on. Highly recommended. Excellent service!!!

2020-09-08The white lady was friendly, the brown guy was not.I had to go to exchange my pen twice.I went to buy a pen, it was a good experience.Nice and fast.The next day,i had to exchange the pen because it did not work. But the lady was nice about it and let me switch easily. She told me these pens usually break, and it was a common problem.Would have rated it 5 stars, if my exchange stopped here. However the new pen was also broken. And so i had to exchange it for a second time.When I went to exchange the pen for a second time the guy automatically assumed it was my cartridge that was broken (without even checking the product), and even though i explained to him that the pen didnt work.He said the pen didnt work because i didnt charge it, but the battery was obviously green and charged.And then he tested the product and realized he was wrong and that the pen was broken.Didnt say sorry, didnt admit his mistake.2 stars for being rude, selling faulty products, and wasting my time.

2021-05-22Please stop wasting your money in this store. Their E-Juices are old and left over. They are not getting any more new stock on E-Juices. They claim they do but every time I go there I do not see the new stocks. How do I know this? Because I only get one brand and go there every week.

2020-11-23I came in today in pursuit of some of their products and as this was my first time here I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and know-how of the staff. John assisted me and answered all of my questions and was able to guide me to my purchases which I am extremely happy with. Highly recommend this store to anyone in the neighborhood!

2018-01-19Staff is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a very wide selection of juices, tanks, wires, and cotton.When I went I bought a new RDA and the staff built it and wicked it for me. I cant thank them enough for all their help and patience.
