Very unique floral hardware shop that also includes basics like knives and candles. If you like something or sell a sample for an event, be sure to buy the quantity you need ASAP, as inventory is often limited.
Love this place! The block theyre located on has many options for shopping, but Ive learned they have better prices on most items. They have a large selection of beautiful decor items including vases, crystals, flowers, etc! Check them out.

Great store with a wonderful selection. Take your Pinterest board inspo and photos you took at the fancy expensive home decor place and come here! They have everything at very affordable prices. Staff is friendly and very helpful. My go-to for plants and accessories.
The quality of the very expensive glass domes is horrible! They all look dirty and used! The glass is more opaque than clear. When I tried to return my order, not only was I expected to pay a 15% restocking fee but $140 to FedEx for return due to size of the box. I am now forced to keep it. Customer service was also rude via email. Horrible purchase!>>>IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY: Upon you saying you would not accept my return, I had no choice but to open the boxes to find the POOR QUALITY, over-priced jars.
Look elsewhere for your plants. I was excited to find a garden supply store in the neighborhood but the water meter didnt work and the potting soil was full of mold. I wont be coming back.Edit: the customer in the response below was not me and the potting soil I purchased with absolutely blanketed with mold. It was unusable. This is my personal experience.
We are a florist up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We order our tools from Jamali and love them. Yes, the shipping costs and exchange can be a bit of a challenge, but honestly, it is so worth it. We ordered tools last week in a variety of beautiful colours, and they arrived today. The team absolutely loves their tools, in matching sets. The service from Jamali is always quick and professional. They let us know shipping costs before anything is sent, to be sure we are ok with it. I would highly recommend them for any florist in need of quality tools, local or from afar.
Awful for customer service needs on online orders. My item is lost in transit or severely delayed and the tracking # given doesnt show up in Fed Exs system upon calling FedEx to figure out the issue. When I call the store to get to the bottom of it, they tell me to.call their one warehouse and nobody picks up the phone.
This is a great spot for reasonably priced plant accessories. They have a wide selection of pots, stands, and artificial plants. Professional staff
I was asking for an advice how to set up planter boxes outside of my window and merchant sold me brackets ensuring they work for most windows. I asked if it doesnt fit would I be able to refund the item, they ensured me that it wont be an issue. Brackets were completely useless and I returned to the store next day. They refused to give me a refund pointing at my receipt saying that it says on the receipt that they do not offer money back. Managers came out said ”No” and walked away. They stole my money and didnt even apologize. What goes around comes around.

Seems like a cool store to buy from until we tried to return something.Do not buy from here. They would not honor their refund or exchange policy. Purchased items 2 days ago and they wouldnt let me return / exchange. Packaging was never opened. Items was as bought.They told me and my friend we could return it as long as we had the receipt. When we went to return /exchange it , we were told we couldnt do either.Be caution when purchasing from this place. Two stores up (C.C. Floral trading) honors their return policy.
The product was nice and worked well for our needs, but we ended up purchasing too many items and didnt have a use for all of them. We didnt realize there was only a 7 day return policy (our fault) before leaving on our honeymoon out of the country, and we were left stuck with the product that wouldnt be needed ever. After spending $500 on one transaction, youd think they would be willing to make an exception to help us in this situation, but no they did not. We have brand new unboxed items that we were only looking for a store credit on, and they wouldnt look to help us.
This place sell a very extensive selection of beautiful vases in all sizes and materials. You are free to roam the isles and check out their inventory. They also sell polished petrified woods that they sell at a fraction of what they cost at the fossil and gem rocks stores. They close early at 5 pm though so plan your trip there accordingly.
One of the best places in town if you are in the decoration (plants and flower based) industry. Most of the things you can get them in Amazon for a better price. But still, at Jamali you can get what you need right away, with a great product mix and excellent service.
Literally the most wonderful store on planet earth. They have an amazing selection and just the right SKU assortment. And the people? They will bend over backwards for you! Love this place. Perfect to pick up unique wedding decor or just decor for the house. Amazing!!!
I dont live in New York, but I ordered a couple of lanterns from their website. Shipping was quick and the lanterns are exactly as pictured / described. Would not hesitate to purchase from here again.
As a props master it is so good to have such diverse items in a one stop shop. Make this a stop if you are visiting the city and are a designer, maker or crafts person. They have everything from Horn bowls, Buddha’s and brass/glass vases. The staff is very helpful if you don’t see something just ask.
Of all the wholesale garden supply stores in the area, this one is the best combination between a wide selection of stuff and attractive/aesthetically pleasing stuff. They also have all kinds of soil in large and small bags. Good for a one stop shop. My go-to.
Their items are good quality, however, their customer service and online ordering are AWFUL. The customer service representative (Pemba) is very difficult to work with. They dont seem to value their customers. Their check out system appears dishonest. The order total you receive online and via email are NOT the ACTUAL total. The additional tax is not shown in the order total. It does NOT appear until you check you credit card statement. VERY SHADY. Like I said, their items are decent quality if you want to deal with a dishonest company with poor customer service.
We love going to this fun store. Plant accessories, shells, votives, and lots of other fun items displayed on 2 floors in the plant district. There are many pots for plants and many sizes to choose from.
I purchased $40 candle holders from this company. I didnt have a chance to check them for over 2 weeks, when I opened them up, 2 of the 8 were damaged. Jamali will not exchange the damaged goods.I guess I should of made the associate open every box to show me that the candle holders werent damaged. WHAT A JOKE. ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE.
Very poor customer service. They are short, unhelpful and do not display any sort of desire to help you.When you order online, BE AWARE that they will replace anything that is damaged, but they will refuse to pay for overnight shipping, even when it is their fault.We will never use them again.
The staff is knowledgeable but allows you to roam the store without asking if you need assistance upon entering. I bought items and had some shipped to the store to avoid shipping.

I am only able to shop online but shipping is incredibly expensive. They more you spend, the more shipping increases. Maybe consider offering free shipping or a discount on shipping a few times a year
This company doesn’t refund your order and if you want to return they make you pay for shipping and charge you a restocking fee. Don’t recommend this company. The customer service is very poor as well.

2022-04-05Hands down the most wonderful place for fresh cut flowers and plant related items in a myriad variety and up-to-date styles. They sell vases, planters and home decor accessorries for the professional and hobbyist alike. They also carry incredible crystals from Madagascar. The service is second to none due to a incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I personally shop here several times a week for the last 20 years and I love this place!

2021-07-02The place is amazing. You can find just about everything! From candles from tapered to pillars to square in various sizes. Every pot ranging to terracotta to glass to ceramics. Its overwhelming but the staff needs better training. But everything is priced affordably. Its worth going!
