Recently purchased an over stove mount Microwave and Refrigerator.Although we did have an issue with the ice machine functioning correctly when we got the fridge home, they were great about trying to fix the unit in a timely basis.After 2 attempts at fixing, and much technician head scratching, they delivered a replacement and took back the malfunctioning Fridge.They are our new Go to Guys for appliances. We are totally satisfied with our experience with Cory and his staff.

2021-11-15Customer service was excellent, Freezer had small issue which was repaired within the week, very good sales associate, answered all my questions. Highly recommend for any of your at home appliances. Will definitely be returning for a microwave in the near future.

2021-11-15I just purchased a stanless steel silver Kenmore two door fridge with bottom freezer. Love this company! They provide great delivery service! In addition provide service men to take care of repairs should you have problems. They truly care about their customers! 2021-11-14If you are looking for a broken appliance right before the holidays, look no further! J&C appliances prides themselves on delivering the customer the best headache that money can buy along with world class inept service. I hope others see this review prior to visiting this nefarious place that they call a business. Here is the story:I purchased a JennAir refrigerator at a seemingly great price (they sell floor model appliances that may have dents, scratches, etc). The owner of the store seemed polite and accommodating at the time, stating that he would send someone out to install the refrigerator (including running the water lines) along with removing the old broken refrigerator. A week later their experienced technician arrives with the new refrigerator and attempts to remove the broken refrigerator. The technician pulls out the old fridge without disconnecting the water line resulting in a BEAUTIFUL LAKE in our kitchen and basement. After cleaning up the mess, courtesy of J&C appliances, the technician plugs the refrigerator in without running water lines and leaves the broken refrigerator in our kitchen.4 weeks later...Our beautiful JennAir fridge stops working resulting in throwing away hundreds of dollars worth of groceries. We place a service call to J&C and are met with a technician about a week later. We are told that we need a temperature control board that is responsible for the controls on the front of the fridge. We are also told that the part will be ordered to the store and that we will be contacted to set up another service call.3 weeks later...After a few weeks with no contact from the store I decided to look into my crystal ball to see if the part had arrived. No luck. I decided to go with plan B and try to contact the owner of the store, several times... The part had arrived! I was perplexed as to why I was never contacted with this wonderful news. The owner gave his spiel and told us he would have a technician out to us in 2 days then 3 days then next week. At this point my confidence in resurrecting this fridge had dwindled so I decided to contact the manufacturer (JennAir). The JennAir technician arrived 3 DAYS after placing a service called. The JennAir technician opened the fridge (see pics below) and told us that the fridge had multiple broken components-including a motherboard that is no longer in production. I was told that the repair would cost an additional $500-$600. Yikes!ConclusionAfter consulting the JennAir manufacturer and then contacting J&C to try to resolve this nightmare I was met with the world class inept service that J&C is known for. I was told that my warranty was voided due to having the company that MAKES the refrigerator service the refrigerator (JennAir). The owner of J&C simply said there is nothing he can do. No refund, no accommodations and over $1000 down the drain. The best part of this whole experience was seeing this beautiful appliance in the environment that it was meant to be- AT THE CURB.
