Hands down the best moving crew in NYC! They’re efficient, fast, kind, take good care wrapping furniture, take direction very well (for placing furniture and boxes in your new home), friendly…. I can’t recommend them enough! We have used them twice and a friend also used them. Go with the flat rate!

I am a real estate salesperson & often stage properties for sale, moving furniture and home accessories is part of my almost every month activity ) I cannot imagine doing it with anyone other then J&D Movers guys and have been working with them for the past 5 years. All teams are extremely professional and super efficient. They come prepared and on time, always attentive and caring with all items and I could safely say that I consider them part of my “staging team” as they take care to assemble and place all my pieces where I need them to be and sometime make the impossible - possible and fit it that couch through the garden door…Working in Brooklyn on busy one way streets and moving furniture out and in of the townhouses with 3 - 4 floors and tight spaces is a challenge in itself, but not for these guys, they do it with a smile. They are the best! They are quick, efficient, professional, and of the highest caliber. I cannot stop recommending them. They packed our entire apartment and moved us the next day. They got us out of our co-op building in a fast and efficient way, despite only being able to use one elevator. They assembled all our furniture flawlessly. They were so careful with all of our boxes and dishes. Nothing was broken. In addition, I had just refinished our floors and they didnt scratch a thing. They are really professional and top notch.

Boris and his team were simply AMAZING. They showed up right on time, got straight to work, worked extremely hard and always had a smile on their face throughout the entire move. We moved out of NYC apartment to Long Island and they were the best. Their prices are very fair and they are true professionals. I would highly recommend.

Used this company based on a referral from a mutual acquaintance who moved nearby 2 weeks prior. Ive never hired movers before, friends and beer was my go to but this move was on a weekday and I couldnt handle the labor by myself. Based on todays experience I wont think twice about how Im moving ever again, Ill definitely hire this crew. They were on time, fast, efficient and extremely helpful. 2 thumbs up!
