Receiving staff is rude and does not care about the drivers delivering to them. It’s always a problem to find somewhere to park while you are waiting for a dock. The docks themselves are super tight and require multiple back and forth movements on a one way street with cars and trucks double parked everywhere. Typically $300 - $450 for the lumper fee and you better have cash or a green comcheck. The facility it self is dirty and the restroom is a joke. As far as backing into the dock it wouldn’t be too bad if they received trucks between 8pm and 5am, still tight but at least there would be less traffic and congestion from the busses and other 4 wheelers that are in a hurry to be places, they will literally drive on the sidewalks to get around all the trucks. My appointment today was 6am, I arrived at 5:45am after 3 hours of detention I was told there was still another 8 trucks ahead of me. Completely wasting my drive time at this point, because they couldn’t meet there scheduled appointment time.

One of the worse if not the worse place to deliver to with a 53ft trailer. Too many obstacles in front and on the side to be aware of. Super tight docks especially when theres trucks on either side. Manageable if you can have someone spot you. No overnight parking so sleep on the side of the street

A tight hole to back in. I had 6-8 pallets. $150. I was behind 3 trucks at 4:45am. They start around 4am. Park over on Maspeth and come in by the bus terminal. Drop off bills with phone number then go park.

Mud flap City. Doors two and three will tear the mud flaps up your truck. But this is a great place to deliver to cuz our fast get you unloaded. Just woke up backing up to the spot but other than that theyll get you in and out in no time at all so I highly recommend delivering here.

My appointment was for 7am on a Sunday they opened at 8. One of the other guys had a 5am appointment. It was my first time there, not a bad place for a NYC stop. They had my full 53 empty in 30min, just make sure you have cash or check for lumper.

I hate this place. Not enough parking, not enough money. They unload fast but if they have to sort the products, u gotta leave from a door, find somewhere to park and when they call you, go back and pick up your paper work. This is my 3rd time delivering here and I hate it more and more everytime. They are located down a one way street which is easy to get too but there is a bus terminal on this same street. Lots of trucks trying to deliever here as well as other warehouses along this street. Lots of 4 wheelers running up and down the street and parking on the side and of course the buses. Since Im a company driver, cant turn it down.

Unloading a 53’ theyre quick about it. Took them about 30mins. Place sucks to deliver to tight on the road as the morning passes it gets even more hectic backing off a street. The docks are not lined the pavement is uneven and the doors are old as NY makr it fun to tru to get straight

Delivery guys try to trick you, with short case. Three case were missed one item each. I don’t really like the delivery guys that do Brooklyn always with an actitudes. Try to trick anywhere where it is possible. Things like this backtrack owner because we have to be writing email, reviews and get verbally attack.

The best place for your products. Its not the best place if you work there. Trust me. Bad customer service plus management. The reason you get your products is because the workers are working very hard for you to receive it. Meaning that you cant leave until work is complete all orders are out. It doesnt matter if you came to work at 5pm most nights youre not leaving till 6 - 730 am sometimes later. But who cares as long as customers get there product RIGHT
