I had issues with commercial and residential AC in different locations. Reached out to J&M for solution. They responded quickly and dispatched to both locations. James and his team provided professional and cost effective solutions and fixed both issues. Definitely recommend to everyone to use J&M for any HVAC issues. James and his team installed a completely new central heating and AC system for our house, as well as a split unit for a smaller space upstairs. After we contacted him he visited us in person to gain an understanding of our requirements, and he then worked with us extensively in selecting equipment that matched our specifications. Installation took place exactly as discussed and was completed ahead of schedule. The team was professional and courteous, and they cleaned up the space afterwards and hauled away all of the old equipment. Most important, we have now used the system through a hot summer and a cold winter, and we are very comfortable. We are very happy with the new system and appreciate the hard work of James and team.

Called J&M from where we live (4 hours away) right after Memorial Day and obviously they were booked up for a week. Low and behold, they called me right back in an hour, and made time for our daughter. She received same day service! J&M was able to go to our daughters new rental in Brooklyn, and they serviced 4 Mini-Splits ( not at all our favorite machines :-/ ), in a timely manner, that hadnt been touched in probably 5 years! Filters looked like blankets! They cleaned all of the coils, flushed the drain lines, filters look beautiful now, and wiped the machines from stained yellow to white! They also charged up the condenser outside with much needed Freon, and the labor for that was on the house with them! All and all, great communication, fast on-time service, fair price/easy payment, and all 4 machines run and look great now. They even explained that the compressor was on its way out (might last another year to 2), the landlord can address that... smh Thank you, James@J&M!

Just really want to give huge Kudos to James, his team and this company J&M New York Inc HVAC. I found these guys online Google so I really did not know what I was going into but I have to say I really got lucky finding these guys. James is very professional, most importantly knows his Stuff and prices are very fair for a high quality level of Service. I strongly recommend them, if you just looked them up online and youre not sure. Contact James and these guys and I assure you, youre in good hands. Awesome Service!!

Highest recommendation for J&M!! James is prompt and courteous with communication and scheduling, and extremely professional when handling service or repair appointments. J&M is reliable, able to diagnose and solve problems quickly, and responsive to communications. After working with other companies in the past, I have found J&M to be the best and will exclusively use them going forward.

I had a problem with my LG washer at first, guys from J&M New York came and fixed the issue. Told me that the drain got clogged that’s why it was not draining. Thanks to these guys that they came so fast to fix the problem. They told me that they also fix Central Air Conditioning which I might need soon before summer. These guys are super friendly and the repair price was fair enough. Highly recommend them to fix your appliances Or Air Conditioning.
