Do not purchase from this store!!!!!. Went to this store spent $1200 cash on a mirrored fire place. Delivery men were extremely rude. I had the fireplace for about 8 days and one of the led strips came down inside the fireplace. I called right away and explained this to them they asked for pictures I sent pictures. They asked for my receipt I sent them copy of my receipt. They offered me $100 store credit. I said excuse me? I purchased this item in cash and it hasn’t even been a good two weeks and it’s defective. I was told we will have someone contact you to come out and make repairs. Another week went by no one contacted me. I continuously called the store no answer. I’m extremely disappointed with both the merchandise and customer service. However I did save myself a lot of money and headache because I was planning on furnishing my living room and bedroom with their furniture. Now thankfully I will not waste another dime with them. I will call my handyman and pray he can come fix this issue for me. Never again!!!!!!!!!!
We are so happy with our experience at Jannah Furniture. Ehab, Katherine and Omar were so accommodating and friendly. They had so much patience with us and showed us a variety of setups. We will be back to purchase more items for our home. The quality of the furniture and the quality of their service is just exceptional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thanks guys we look forward to seeing you guys soon for our other rooms.
Great experience here! Delivery was on time and my bedroom set came perfect! Loved the way everything came out. Workers were super helpful and answered any questions I had with patience. Definitely buying there again, it was worth the price! 10/10 would recommend to a friend/ family member!
Horrible company. I always see people complain about them and never believed it till I experienced this my self. I got a bed set from them and when I opened it, it was a completely different set. Ugly and cheap. I called and asked if they could take it back and bring the correct one and he said it’s probably not even in stock anymore. He didn’t give a care in the world to make the situation better or even help. Do not waste your time.
Despite having ordered my bed a week prior to delivery and the delivery being rescheduled multiple times, when the furniture was delivered the delivery guys were super nice and accommodating, they helped me move my current furniture around to help me. My furniture was the color and size I expected. Everything was in tip top shape ! Thank you! Would order from them again, if you do order just be flexible with the delivery schedule and patient. Other than that everything was great!
Please read if you are planning on buying at this furniture store:I never do google reviews but the service was amazing, I just had to. As soon as I walked in, I had asked about payment plans and delivery charges because I was curious. They told me not to worry about it , to pick out what Id like to order and I would get a group discount. They let me walk through the store at my pace, which took about 35 minutes to fully pick out what I liked. They wrote out my receipt and told me they would keep me updated on delivery that was 2-3 days. I got a call the day after my order and they let me pick a time frame for my delivery. The day I got my delivery, the men were very professional and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Hands down the best service
I ordered a bedroom set a fireplace and a couch about 4000 total. I realized three weeks after that the silver painting on the dresser is stripping and it has been stripping more since. There’s also a lump. The fireplace had a brick like design thats falling apart since it was seemingly glued on. I called to rectify the situation and they told me that since I didn’t report the issue three days after delivery it was invalid. I was very excited for my furniture it’s very appealing to the eyes but it’s bad quality. The bed squeaks as well and the threading in the coach is unraveling. Now I’ll just have to wait a next couple years until it’s time to buy a new set. Very disappointed 😔
Beautiful furniture. And the customer service was pretty good. Was able to work out a great price and Kat was very pleasant. My only issue is the delivery crew. They are so lazy. All they want to do is drop off your furniture without assembling anything. But standing with a hand out for a tip.
I am absolutely in love with my new impression vanity set . everyone was so professional and kind and easy to deal with from sales person Elib I believe was the salesperson name to the delivery and setup guys. All was smooth and painless great customer service. The finance process for so easy , fast and seamless . I highly recommend them I will be a return customer for sure .
Absolutely love this store, the costumer service is wonderful and the prices are affordable. Unlike any other furniture store I’ve even been too. They don’t hassle you to buy and let you take your time and decide the right piece for your home. I got next day delivery and will be furnishing my entire home with them!
Do NOT Waste Your TIME. Saw there ads online and on insta . . Loved their pictures. Messaged themTo see if the things I want are in stock. . They Replied Yes. Ok so i drove there 1 and half drive from Long Island to Bronx. When I got there I picked a bed set and the sales guy said it is available but won’t be able to deliver till next week 7 days later. Ok no big deal fine. . Waited all week. . They finally come. . Wrong color!!!!! Told them this is not we ordered. . They kept saying yes it is blah blah! Fighting and convincing us that it is. Then after back and forth manager “Mike” said he will find the color we want. . Few days go by . . And nothing! Then I drove again 1 and half hour to Bronx. . Spoke to the manager trying to resolve the issue cuz we did spent 4K on furniture. . But now everything thing we want based on our color is not available for another few weeks or month. So I decided to keep the bed, and they gave me about $100 store credit. but,Now the box spring for the bed was the wrong size. . Told them they said they will deliver the right one. Few days later the delivery guys came and still wrong size. Great . . Kept waiting few more days. . Now they can’t deliver cuz our house is not on there “daily” route, even though he kept saying it’s not an issue they go there everyday so they will deliver. After 4-5 days once again decided to rent a car big SUV (to bring right furniture by ourselves) and drive again 1 and half hour to go pick up the right size for our bed. 2-3 weeks of night mare! Then another issue being chest had different knobs and the side tables and dresser had different knobs and Mike did change them for us but issue still being that knobs r still don’t fit. With that being said it was a huge disappointment overall, they have nice stuff in store a lot of catalogs to choose from and I would say decent price. But I don’t think it’s worth the headache unless you want wrong color which u can find at other stores too. And there communication is horrible, Not once they called back. I had to call none stop to get answers or show up at the store.Picture on the catalog is what we wanted a blue and the other is grey which they delivered.
Very disappointed in their customer service. Saw some furniture I was very much interested in. I drove 45 mins from Rockland county in rush hour traffic to the bronx got there at 6:45 thinking I have at least 15 mins to look around. Nope. The employees without warning shut off all the lights while we were walking around the store and told us they close at 6:30. No concern about a loss of a potential sale at all. Why is it that your business hours are not updated on Google??? It says you close at 7 pm!!! Waste of my time, gas, and toll money. As a business owner I could never conduct my business in such a disrespectful manner. If I could give negative stars I would. Thank God there are many more stores with similar furniture. Save your money go somewhere else.
I am still waiting for my wallunit that i bought in July. They have told me a few times it will be coming soon. The last date i got was for today. I have to chase them and call them constantly and i went in person and spoke to Mike who sold me the unit. I call and text but no answer. Finally i got a worker on the phone who said shell get back to me but didnt. I told Mike the furniture is beautiful and i would order other things after the unit was delivered. I bought 4 items which i have and Im upset because this unit is for my moms birthday. Ill change my review once i get the unit or refund TODAY. I had to go to the better business Bureau for their help. I got the wallunit 2 weeks later but not my 134.00$ for overcharging me for dining room set.
Please DO NOT GO HERE! I ignored the reviews and found myself with furniture i didn’t order (wrong color) and them refusing to exchange it to the correct color! They will not work with you no matter what. I have never ordered furniture from somewhere and then leave me with furniture that is completely not what i wanted/ordered and they REFUSE to take it back or even exchange it. Now I’m $4000 down with ugly furniture. Their delivery service is the WORST! I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to try to schedule a delivery and they give me a day that never works with my schedule, after i finally picked a day, i needed an estimated time to tell my landlord so he can open a special door. They told me around 3-6. At 1 o clock the guys show up to the wrong house and calls me a million times that I’m not opening that door. Finally after giving him the right address (even though they had it correct) they show up at 2:30 and just leave my furniture not set up. Just in boxes. I call the furniture store furious and then tell me they will be there in an hour... few hours later and late at night (8:30) the guys come back to set up. After they open it, i see this is not what i ordered. Different color and mismatching color. I call the store and they said you ordered that, we can’t do anything sorry. But send us pictures so we can post it on our Instagram!! WHAT A JOKE!! please please please do not go here! Save yourself the headache and money! I’ve been stressing this furniture since i received it and am due with a baby in a month! They’re furniture seems appealing but they are the worst! They dont care if you’re happy or not. They just want your money. They are greedy, scammers and liars! STAY AWAY!Oh and i find it funny how the own employees are giving this store 5 stars! I’m sure half the people who put 5 stars are family of the owner.
This store is the best I have been to. My wife and I came in looking for a living room and bedroom set. Very pleased with the customer service. They let me know right away which items are in stock, amazing. Will be coming back to finish furnishing the other rooms in my house
Jannah Furniture341 E 149th St, The Bronx, NY 10451I had nothing but the worst experience ever. Do not order anything from them. I order a sectional coach on July 14,2019 it was delivered on July 15,2019. Guess what the delivery person damage my Sectional which I have two huge holes . I immediately took picture and video and contact them. They been giving me so much run around up to today August 7,2019 my sectional has not been replaced. I order a lamp as well and guess what they do not know lamp they ordered for me. They finally change my coach after one month of calling non-stop. They sent me the wrong lamp and now its week three and I am still waiting for my lamp replacement. I call the owner Mike regarding my lamp but its obvious they are avoiding my phone call.I would never refer any one to them or order anything else PERIOD.
Don’t waste your time buying or financing something from them. The quality and delivery is very bad. I bought a bedroom set from them last week and the bed squeaks plus the dresser draws are tough to open and close. I called them and got the run around, luckily I only spent $1300 and not more. I would not recommend them to anyone.
This store is not trusted . They sell me wrong furniture. I never received my furniture and male me pay for domething I never receivedI called the bank and complained about this.... Stay away from this furniture store they have horrible customer service and the owner blocks you if you keep calling inquiring about getting your bed serviced. I ordered a bed in december was told it was backordered with the manufacturer and would receive it in january i did not get the bed until february 13th the two guys came and screwed the bolts the wrong way 4 days later bed collapsed i called and called for them to help me i have proof of emails and texts and they ignored me to the point of blocking my number and asking me to pay an additional fee for service when they were the ones who assembled the bed the wrong way. Samira and exotic furniture are two great stores in the area. Please take your business elsewhere these people are frauds! STAY AWAY FROM JANNAH FURNITURE!
Don’t waste your time here, almost got fooled into paying more for a mattress and they don’t have proper communication with their delivery service. They will schedule a delivery date and will not comply with the date, if they don’t deliver on the date they will lie to you another date and not deliver it on the day you asked for. Make sure you read everything on the agreement cause they won’t tell you that there’s a cancellation fee as well as extra hidden fees such as: more than 2floors 25$ per floor, if it doesn’t fit they will charge you. Etc. Most of the stuff they have can be purchased online for much less.
Got furniture from here, it was pretty decent, but tooo much headache to get right stuff, had to be on their behinds for literally 2 weeks. they say they can deliver “same day or next day” total lie. They have cute stuff but amount of headache and stress you get, not worth it.
The wors and disrespectful employees they have.. Calling you on early morning to let you know the delivery truck he’s one the way. Ok!!!Waiting!!!... At 1:30pm I decide to call them and ask how longer the driver will be here the lady on the phone she said they wuld be shortly. And the way how she talk with costumer services was terrible. We still was waiting in short way the delivery arrived at 4:50pm.

Worst customer service I came here on Sunday with my husband looking to buy couch, a lot of stuff for the living room I was going to buy at-lease 10 items from them but they are so expensive with everything long story short I went to another place and I founded everything I wanted and they gave me good prices because I was buying a lot of things together I highly recommend you the other place don’t buy here they are robbing people rip off 🙏 The name of the furniture I went to is maddys furniture and this is the address 601 w 207 New York , trust me they will help you here and they are Dominican the nicest persons in the world
Travel from CT to NYC to look at furniture catalogs. Store is so small they dindt even have half of what you see in the pictures on the wesite.... The lady who I talk to should of told me that they dont have a the store all the furniture you see on the website instead she say they did. WOW no business from me. Sorry!😞😞😞
Dont shop here poor service ,they dont communicate with each other which makes it bad for customer,,They dont answer the phone either ,I paid un full almost $2000.00,and when the delivery men left I still didnt have my furniture, I was told by some one on a text message that the rest of the things I paid for were broken or damage,once I showed them the video .I was blocked from contacting them extremely rude unorganized and disrespectful as they block me on Instagram!!!

2022-03-26By far the worse experience ever purchasing furniture. I spent over $6000 with them and I never got the base to my dining room table. It was lost during shipping. They tried to charge me $350 to ship it again which I already paid or come to New Jersey from Pittsburgh PA to pick it up. I refused to pay $350 so I had to travel 6 hours there and 6 hours back to get my furniture. I will never give them a dime of my hard earned money ever again. They were so nice to me when I made the purchase but as soon as there was an issue they treated me horribly. One women even texted me and told me to stop calling. How can you tell a customer to stop calling when I purchased something that I didn’t receive. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

2022-01-30Horrible. I purchased a bed set in 2019. In 2021 it started to fall apart. If you look at the pictures you will see the outline of the break is zig zag. The furniture is faulty. DO NOT BUY from this store.When I contact them and ask if they offer warranty. They were quick to respond yes, 5 years. As soon as I explain my issue they said it was $500 for warranty and I did not purchase.They are tricksters and money hungry. Do not I repeat do not purchase. Learn from my mistake

2021-12-10I wish I can give this place a No star… After weeks of waiting for my purchase. It came broken. This place is a really a bad place to shop. I rather go to a place where the price is high. Literally. The workers are terrible and act like you owe them. I put $500 down for a gift for my mother, told them that I would need it by a certain date and asked would it arrive on that date they promise that it would. I am highly upset and when I asked if I can get the display with a discount due to the product has been in use for over a year they said yes but only $50 off. No communicational skills what so ever. These people will take your money and try to keep it. They are not trustworthy what so ever. They went as far as to calling the police all because I wanted my money the same way I gave it to them, in cash. I didn’t argue with them just told them I wouldn’t leave with out my cash. They lied and said I broke things in the store and I begged the police to check the cameras because they were willing to get me arrested. Thank God for the officers that take the chance in good faith and checked and found out they are lying. Save your money, time and energy. Don’t buy from here. You are going to regret it.

I bought Furnuture set back in September and they delivered defect damaged Night stand and delivery guy told us next week they will order new night stand and will deliver new one since this one already cannot be fixed , since then i always call the store and ask them with the update , every time when i call they say they dont have in stock i have to wait and when checked their instagram and asked them if they have this in stock they replied Yes they do have it! Liers !! Last year i purchased from this store same furniture in grey color for my parents and this time i got very disappointed they dont value customers and dont have responsibility at all!!!!
