The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable of everything in the store. They are helpful and will get you in and out with what you need quickly. The store is always well stocked and organized. My 1st choice for professional tools and paints! !
Janovic paint in LIC has been a solidly reliable supplier for us. As the production manager of one of the top frame shops in the country, dealing with the biggest galleries, there is no room for compromise with quality and meeting tight deadlines. Janovic has always gotten us what we need when we need it and meets our high standards. I recommend Janovic for both professional and consumer jobs.

Janovic LIC is the ONLY paint store I shop because Althea always gives me the right advice . She answers the phone and helps me with my orders efficiently and shes always happy . I enjoy shopping at this location because everyone knows my name and it feels like a family. From Jose to Marvin to Joe they always make my day better . They have the worst costumer service that I ever seen also they are super slow and they always are busy in the morning and just have 2 cashiers available, I always spend at least 45 minutes in that stores just trying to find some paints 😒👎🏻
Im a very picky person and just couldnt find out how I wanted to decorate my livingroom... 5 coats of paints later I gave up and just knew I needed help! I called and set up a consultation and I told them what I liked and my ideas... They showed me the exact idea I had and helped my ideas come alive. It was very affordable and they had everything I needed!
Helped to go there with names/numbers of paint in hand as employees werent circulating the floor much. Employees were generally helpful.

I just cant get enough words to describe my feelings. they worked with a lot of professionalism and my house was painted clean. everyone coming to my house is admiring on how the house was painted.
We were arguing with my husband on the best service providing company that would come and decorate our living room,we never come into a proper understanding because everyone had his favourite choice .a friend of us adviced us to use javonic.and to our suprice it turned out to be the best we lived everything they did.

2022-02-10I cant say enough about the professional service I received at this Pro Shop. My salesperson Elijah was super accommodating to my project needs. Was able to computer match color to my sample. Store has rich inventory of various paint supplies. Will definitely keep returning.

Fast service with parking lotCame across this Benjamin More paint reseller and find out more selection of products than what I need it.They have a very accesible parking lot and work very fast. 2021-11-14They have a decent selection of paints to choose from. On the pricy side $$$$. Had to wait a long time for someone to come help. Are they short staffed, or maybe they want you to to browse around the store and fill up your cart to pass the time.

2017-10-23This is my 2nd time shopping at Janovic. I bought wall paper for my new apartment and I am extremely happy with it. Its great because if i ever decide to move out i can easily peel it off without any damage! Thank you Janovic.

2021-07-19My old review mysteriously disappeared.Once again I waited almost an hour for Miss Busy Bee (no customers ahead of me and 5 people behind the registers)to check if they even have the base for my paints. After I started being frustrated, some other person came and went to check for me. I was told that they have it but I have to wait 10 more minutes... that was 20 minutes ago, still waiting. Absolutely outrageous how they treat their customers.

Ive been a customer for over three years and they are definitely my go to paint store. What really makes them stand out is their customer service. Everyone there is incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous, especially Althea. She has been at Janovic for over 25 years and knows the store inside out. 2019-12-06I have shopped at the LIC Janovic for years now. My experience is always fantastic, the entire staff is great, but my go-to employee is Althea. 2019-12-02Went to Janovic Paint and Decorating center. I met Althea who helped me choose my blinds for the Apartment. She was amazing, great customer service and gave me great ideas on choosing the right blinds and Color. She is patient, friendly and great at her job. I would definitely recommend going to her to get the best blinds for your place.
