She was so wonderful to speak with and very knowledgeable about throughout the entire selection process. I am so overjoyed to have the exact engagement ring that I wanted. Thank you 🙏🏽 Jennifer. We saw Myriam Varela on our visit today - she was so wonderful to deal with :)So knowledgeable and personable. I’ve had some issues with my ring that I wasn’t too happy with and when I brought it back in the past - it didn’t get resolved, and I was told it couldn’t.Well, Myriam got to the bottom of it today and I left a very happy and satisfied customer!! She handled it immediately and would not let me leave until the issue was corrected! Thank you Myriam!It was interesting to learn some facts about diamonds that we didn’t know as well. We will be coming back to see her for our wedding bands.Her service and knowledge was top notch!
Myriam Varela was absolutely wonderful. I commend her for her professionalism and expertise in my opinion. I came in for an inspection on my engagement ring and was impressed with how thorough she was. She pointed out my center stone was chipped and advised for it to be sent out for replacement and other minor repairs to the band. I was hesitant because it had to be shipped out to another state. She gave me reassurance and gave me a a copy of the work order in great detail on EXACTLY what needs to be done. I highly recommend Myriam for your inspection needs and her impeccable knowledge when it comes to your jewelry needs. I will definitely request her EVERY TIME it’s time for my inspection.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! During Christmas I purchased (2) necklaces for my wife. While I was there I asked if they could send my watch out to be refurbished & cleaned up. Watch was in good condition, just needed some detailing. They said no problem & I even purchased another watch while I was there.Watch came back damaged & the staff appeared as if they never had to handle any type of situation like this before. I was even told that (It would have happened eventually anyway), (Watch is now missing (2) stones).ANYWAY, Staff is clueless & need major training both for in person dealings & especially on the phone! They are horrible, cocky & clueless.NEVER WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN.
I came in on 6/20 to pick up a bracelet that I ordered online and shipped to store. Never having seen it in person, I wasn’t too happy with what I had purchased. Myriam was helping me with my pick up, she took notice of my dismay and had me look at some others. Myriam helped me find a better bracelet, at a better price, for better value. WOW! What a professional. Could not be any happier that I came in and she so happened to help me. Next time I come back to the store, I’ll be sure to check that she is in. Going to Jared was my best decision. I have sentimental jewelry that needed to be fixed & I was afraid to have just anyone work on them so I decided to go to Jared. After meeting Gerard I knew I was in the right place. He advised me on what would be best to save some old pieces & I decided to do it & he was absolutely right !! They came out beautiful!! I couldn’t be happier with his service & the quality of craftsmanship. Just go to Jared !!!!
John and Gerard are the absolute best. Not only are they knowledgeable about the products but they are personable and make sure you have a smile on your face for your entire experience. I can’t say enough good things about these two and the store itself! If I could give 10 stars I would!
I brought several pieces in for inspection, the service by CJ was professional and friendly. I also brought in another piece for repair, a very special piece to me, a family heirloom, which CJ found out was platinum! I had no idea. I will not shop there ever again. They make it so difficult to pay off your balance over the phone. They wanted to charge me 9.00 to pay off a 16.57 dollar balance. Went to store to pay it off told clerk the problem and he blamed the bank then turned and walked away. They were happy to make the sale but very inconsiderate when I walked into the store to pay. I’ll be shopping at Kay jewelers from now on.
I called in to jared because i wasnt satisfied with the qualty of my engagement ring. I spoke with Gloria from lake grove location and she was nothing but the best from the time we spoke. I went in the next day and she was AMAZING!!!! She explained every detail and made sure that i got the ring that i loved!!! I strongly recommend jared lake grove location and make sure you ask for GLORIA shes everything just like my ring!!!
CJ greeted us as soon as we walked in (without an appointment) and had my ring fixed right away. I was expecting to have to leave it for a few days but to my surprise and delight, it was fixed and polished within minutes. She was very friendly and went out of her way to help us. Thank you CJ!

A while back I purchased a Bulova watch from this Jareds, for my best to celebrate her new job. The service was impeccable, the store was very clean, well lit and extremely organized. I appreciate the service I recieved as well as the knowledge associates, who could answer any question I had.I hqve been in a few times since to find other pieces of jewelry or to help a friend pick something out, and every time the service and store appearance is unwavering. I will continue to come to this Jared as I know that when I visit, I am going to get the service and knowledge that one needs when finding fine jewelry.
What an amazing experience I had here. I started shopping for an engagement ring and Jared was the first store I had gone to as per my brothers recommendation. My brother had bought his ring there and due to their professionalism and great quality recommended me to go there as well as multiple others prior to me who all were very happy with the services Jared had provided as well.We walked in, I was greeted by Gerard who introduced me to Jean. Jean was professional, asked what I wanted and drew up exactly what I had in mind and did not try to sell me on anything other than what I wanted. None of the staff were pushy whatsoever and I felt as if I was in control for every decision and was guided to make the best decisions by Jean. I had such a great experience and I was so comfortable with Jean and his staff that I decided to not even look at any jewlers and put the down payment for the ring I wanted.Jean was constantly in contact with me updating me along with the process. They had to special order the diamond I wanted so he made sure I liked the diamond before proceeding with putting it in the setting. Less than a week ago I got the ring and all I can say is it exceeded all expectations and looks absolutely amazing. I still have it next to me and I casually look at it every day and smile and I cant wait to see the smile on my girlfriends face when she opens the box and gets to see it. I felt like all the staff at Jared was very professional, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone and would go back to them for all of my jewlery needs in a heartbeat. From the start of the ring search process, Pooja has been nothing short of incredible. She spent time explaining the characteristics of diamonds and helped us choose a ring that we both loved. After getting my engagement ring, my fiancé and I sat down with Pooja and Stephanie to find our wedding bands. They truly showed patience and knowledge of what would look good with my wedding band. Their directness helped narrow doing the choices for my fiance. This is THE spot to go for any of your jewelry needs, you will be in the best hands.
I recently got engaged and took my ring to resize somewhere else that completely took advantage of us and making my band crack open. I came to Jared’s feeling nervous and emotional. Gerard made me feel well taken care of and assured me they could help me. He took everything very seriously and was very professional. Thank you to the gemologist who fixed my ring and the great customer service for being kind during a vulnerable time of mine. I will be returning here for as long as we live in Long Island. Went in to look for and purchase wedding bands with my fiancé. From the moment we walked in the staff was excellent. Gloria was amazing to work with. She made my fiancé very comfortable and showed her many options without being pushy and just treating us like a sale. She even cleaned my fiancé’s engagement ring that we didn’t even purchase from them. Would give 100 stars if I could. Highly recommend using them.
Awful, awful..I would never do ANY business with this company. I was asked to wait in a sweltering hot vestibule to be assessed to ask a question about a watch repair was told to come back on Monday to talk to the General Manager. Was looking for a battery for an inexpensive watch..but also wanted to look for a present for my mother. I will NEVER set foot in this place again…
This has to do with their online shopping service. They have adds for the sale of a Garmin Marq watch for $900. I found the watch on Google shopping. I go to the Jared site. I add the item to my shopping bag and use my $25 off coupon. I purchase the item using Apple Pay/Amex and then nothing. The item is still in my shopping bag, I still have a hold on my AMEX and customer service says “sorry, we are out of stock”. The discounted price was considerable and I believe this was a case of bait and switch or they realized the price was too low and then claimed it was out of stock. Poor service and would never buy from them.
Gloria is wonderful. Helped me and my fiancé pick out a ring and she was super patient.Came in on another occasion with my fiancé and both times the blonde younger lady has this sort of short attitude the kind that’s like I’m being nice because I have to but really, you don’t belong here type of attitude on two different occasions. I like Jared but I won’t come back to this location again unless I’m helped by Gloria.Customer service needs to be stepped up!
I am basing this review based on the two times I came into the store. Absolutely FIVE stars goes to Gerard Ladd hes the general manager and he was absolutely AMAZING. I only want to see him when I come in! You could tell he was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My ring broke after only a year because it was platinum and I made the mistake bringing it to a small shop that when resizing to a smaller size they put 14k over my platinum ring and on top of that made the band thinner than it originally was (avoid Dore Jewelery in Commack). Gerard took a look at the ring and knew right away without me having to tell him the metal of the ring. He reassured me they can fix it and even get it back to me as fast as 2 days!! He really is such a pleasure, I already told my fiance that when he shops for jewelry for me in the future he should go to him. I always want to support good people.Now the reason for the 1 star off was because another time I went in I got a woman who made me play my voicemails to her when I told her someone at Jareds left me a message my jewelry was ready for pickup because she didnt believe me. I wish I remembered her name but that was the most ridiculous thing I couldnt believe it.
Honestly the worst customer service. Go ANYWHERE else. Unfortunately we got my engagement ring custom made from them so if we go else it voids our warranty. I went in today for the second time after a diamond fell out after getting my ring back for 5 days from a routine rhodium plating. After inspecting my ring upon pick up there was a gash in metal where the diamond was replaced. They tried to tell me I brought it in with the gash– it is so deep and precise there is no way I could have done it. I was informed they would try to buff it out and polish it. It didn’t work at all. As I pointed out before they buffed and polished the ring that metal is missing, buffing isn’t going to solve anything. Very disappointed. The service representative continued to argue with me on the way out about how it came it that way. Extremely unprofessional. EVEN if it come it with a gash the warranty covers it being fixed. Very upset with the outcome.
Worst customer service ever. Went there twice and both times was treated with so much disrespect. They pick and choose their customers doesnt matter if you walk in before someone else. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Felt like they prefer helping light skin people over dark skin. Never going there again.
This is an updated review for Jared in Lake Grove, dated on Sunday, January 26, 2020. Once again, I had a fantastic experience. Lauren was incredibly kind, patience and helpful. She took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. She made sure that I was happy & satisfied with my purchase. This is the ONLY jewelry store I will frequent. The service there is above & beyond...everyone at the store are very nice. Thank you so much Lauren O’Connell...you are the very BEST...5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!I had a fantastic experience on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Jared in Lake Grove thanks to Lauren O’Connell. She is an amazing specialist. She spent an significant amount of time helping me & my friend make our Pandora selections. She was patient, kind, professional and reliable. I am now a lifelong loyal Jared customer because of her. I have make it a point to tell other people about my positive experience at Jared at Lake Groove. THANK YOU, LAUREN!!!
Please let me save you your time and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This location and this companys customer service is a joke. They were completely rude and unaccommodating.The person attending us had her mask hanging beneath her nose and barely spoke a word to us apart from pointing to a section with wedding bands. She never explained the appointment process (we walked in and called upon seeing the posted notices, a lady with a white coat allowed us in and was very polite and said since it was dead we could come in), so when I looked at the receipt and realized a date by which I assume the ring would be ready the date was crossed off. I called the location over an hour and no one ever picked up, no voicemail. I then contacted customer service and was hung up on by a Davina (sp?) from Texas. I called again and a Terry from Louisiana helped reach out to my location, who then explained to me that I had missed an appointment that no one had told me about. Terry kindly told me I should go to the store and receive my merchandise, because she agreed that making another appointment a week out (per what they told her) was ridiculous and apologized for the lack of communication. Today I called and no one picked up, I show up and another person who did not help me the original day I came in told me I would need to make an appointment, despite there being no customers in the store. Really rude and condescending staff, she claimed the procedures in place are so that no one will steal merchandise which makes no sense to me, as the doors are literally locked from the inside. I am there to pick up my merchandise which has been paid for, the only stealing I see is Jared withholding what I rightfully own. At this point I want to return both bands we purchased and take our business elsewhere, because they clearly do not want our business. Completely dissatisfied, I wanted to buy earrings and other jewelry for my wedding day and for our upcoming anniversary and I will absolutely not be returning here or any other affiliated companies.
This is an honest review for Jared jewelry store in Lake Grove & two of their team members: Lauren & Kevin. Words cannot describe how absolutely fantastic & awesome they were to me. They both took the time to answer all my questions. They were courteous & knowledge each & every time I addressed them. They made me feel valuable & appreciated. The kind of service I received on Sunday, June 23, 2019 was exemplary & excellent. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase & experience at Jared thanks to these two amazing individuals!!!
I placed an order online and received the wrong item,I went to the store to return the incorrect item and the associate charged me again instead of a return. I told her that the receipt indicates sale and she insisted that it was a return. I contacted my card company immediately and as I thought there was a second charge. How do you mess something so simple up. Unbelievable! I had an issue with an online Jared order before but gave it a second chance. Lesson learned, never will I deal with Jared again
My fiancé and I went ring shopping in November and I fell in love with a beautiful ring. I explained I wasn’t sure when we would be getting engaged we are just looking and I asked how long the ring will be in the store for. The guy Responded “this is the last one, If you don’t get it then you’ll never see it again. ” I loved it so much that my fiancé went and brought it the next day and held on to it until he gave it to me 2 weeks ago when the timing was right. He ordered a size 6, and the store measured me as a size 6 so it was in their notes and when I got my ring it didn’t fit at all, it slid right off. When I went to get it resized they told me it would take a week and after some arguing they told me to come back Friday at noon and in 2 hours they’ll resize it. When I went on that Friday, they told me that they’d have my ring back for me on Tuesday and nobody had any memory of telling me to come in Friday at noon. I was very angry and didn’t like being lied to and played by the workers. After more arguing they fixed my size 7.5 ring to a 6 in a Few hours, but honestly this mistake shouldn’t even of happened. Oh and the ring was on display still in the Exact same spot, so mine clearly wasn’t the last one. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because I love my ring so much but the customer service and the lies are horrible. Honestly if you love a ring take a picture of it and go get it custom made somewhere else
Lake Grove Jared has extremely terrible customer service to offer unless you buy a 15K ring, but that fades fast. Not sure if its the typical Long Island attitude or the consistent revolving door of new employees because they cant retain helpful and knowledgeable employees. All I can say from my experience at this specific store and other Jareds off the island are night and day different.
Bought a diamond ring from this location after a thorough review of the market and other jewelers.I was extremely pleased with the service their manager, Gerard Ladd, provided. There were never any pushy sales tactics used and he was upfront about what Jared can provide. I scoured online and in store jewelers for the best price and service. I settled on Jared’s due to the value and customer service, which I would not receive after walking out with a ring elsewhere.Their technician, Myriam, was also very pleasant and helpful when getting the ring resized.
Jennifer often helps my husband and I out with maintenance and checks on our wedding bands. Shes a true professional and its always a pleasure to see her when we go in. Would highly recommend this location. Its a relief to not have to send our jewelry out for repair - they do everything on site.
They are not cleaning jewelry . Contract states there must be every 6 month check with cleaning. I cannot imagine during a pandemic that u wouldnt offer cleaning and still doing inspections.alternate cleaning methods for not wanting to spread steam? Not very nice or accommodating. I am shocked at all the negative reviews of this store. I have been there many times and have never had a bad experience.The first time, I went with my daughter for a specific Pandora charm that they didnt have in the Pandora store. FYI--If you want a truly terrifying shopping experience, with rude salespeople who dont even let you look at the merchandise (STAND BEHIND THE LINE! PLEASE!!!), go to the Pandora store in the Smith Haven Mall.The salesperson at Jared was friendly and helpful, finding the charm we wanted, and chatting with us about other Pandora items, without seeming like she was being high pressure and trying to sell us something else.Most recently, my husband and I went to Jared to purchase a ring for our daughters high school graduation. Pia was extremely helpful, patiently showing us many rings based on our price range, and what we told her about our daughter. When we went back to have the ring sized, we were told it would be ready on a certain day and time....and it was! When we picked it up, Pia remembered us and was genuinely happy about how pleased my daughter was with the ring.I cant imagine a scenario where I would ever go to another jewelry store. We are definitely a Jared family!
So this has always been my go to place for jewelry but this time my experience was different. I met a very knowledgeable and respectful young man by the name of Kevin. He not only helped and assisted me but he also made my time there very well worth it. He helped me with my fiances ring and also gave me ideas for custom jewelry that I will be gettin made later on. I also met a wonderful young lady by the name of Pooja also very knowledgeable and respectful and helpful. They both made me and my wife to be feel very important and special and spent all day assisting us with every intent on making us happy. I appreciate them more then they can ever know. I will definitely be returning to this location and this location only for any upcoming information or purchases just because of them. They know we will be returning aswell because my fiance has to get me my ring next lol. Thank you very much and see you soon.
While the woman helping me was friendly, the jeweler in charge of repairs quoted me a 307.00 dollar price to have my platinum prongs re-tipped because hed have to remove the stone from the setting. He told me to call him back if I wanted to schedule the repair for three days from then - his earliest appointment. It seemed pricy, but I figured that would mean a good job. So I called back while I was still in the parking lot. The new next appointment would be in TWO WEEKS! How did it go from Friday to TWO SATURDAYS FROM NOW in less than thirty seconds?I went to a local jeweler who took a way closer look at my ring than did Jareds technician, and quoted me (with full platinum) less than half the price, also telling me that he could do the repairs with a laser and not have to remove my stone from the setting. He said that Jared is famous for doing unnecessary steps to a ring in order to jack the price up. He will have my ring done in less than two days!I dont like the fact that other jewelers know to stay far away from this store. Im going to stick with my little local shop from now on.
The worse experience I have ever had at this location. Today, 02/19/2021, went to shop for my wifes birthday gift and at 1215 P.M. in the afternoon after I entered the store, the door was immeadiatly locked behind me. Having had my photo taken with and without a facial mask as required, the door was then locked .as I browsed. This will be reported to the Village of Lake Grove Fire Marshall.
I wouldnt trust Jared with any repairs. I dont know why they are so successful. If it was a neighborhood store, it would go out of business.Resent visit: Came in for screw backs for my earrings. Girl was very nice. Gave me the screw back. Went to car to put in. Was wrong size. Went back in to get the right size.Previous Visits: 1)Watch battery change. (worked for one day then quit) I then went to another jewelry store and battery worked perfectly. 2) Jewelry appraisal. Told that engagement diamond was not real. (went to another appraiser, it was real with original numbers inscribed. Went back to Jared. Told me that because it was dirty, thought it was fake. 3) had band of grandmothers ring changed because it was worn out. Had Jared replace band. Band broke off ring within a month.
Worst customer service ever. The store in Garden City is managed much better, this store is a disaster. Completely understaffed. I bought two bracelets the next day one broke. I waited a few minutes and the employee goes to put the pendant, that broke, back the same way it was previously arranged. I told him absolutely not, as it took less than 24 hours to break in the first place. He tells me there may be a charge to solder the pendant on to the jump ring. I was fine with that, and they ended up waiving the fee. I left pretty happy. I come to pick up the bracelet at 4:00 on the dot, as instructed. I am left sitting there for 45 minutes. Finally an employee comes up to me and after a minute of them retrieving my bracelet I am on my way home. Today I went to return a different item and had to wait another 30 minutes for a two minute transaction. As I waited there a couple walked out, as they had probably been sitting there for 30 minutes +. I have nothing bad to say about the quality of their jewelry but I will never shop at Jareds again. I buy my Le Vian pieces at Macys where I feel much more appreciated and accommodated.
My fiancé decided to upgrade my diamond, as we are only 9 weeks away from getting married. He went in to Jareds and then brought me. Both times he dealt with Michael K. Michael was very realistic, helpful, and kind. We were given great customer service. He made sure we knew exactly what type of diamond we were getting and compared it to other grades.Overall, when we picked my ring up, it was sparkling like it was brand new!! We spoke with the manager Chris upon pick up and assured us that what ever we need, whenever we need it to come back, and that we will.
RUN, DONT WALK…AWAY! I bought a pair of sterling silver earrings from Jared for $50 (regularly $100) with a $50 coupon about 2 years ago. They were only worth $50 to begin with, but I bought them anyway because I liked them, and I have worn them many times. The silver ball detached, and the repair was $47.71 or $47.17 when there should have been no charge. Seriously, $47 to repair 1 earring that cost $50 for the pair??? Stopped at another jeweler that I had never been to. Less than 1 minute later, fixed. No charge! Not only rip off on pricing Jared, but rip off loyal customers, too. (I had made 3 separate purchases.) Adios!
While I did purchase a diamond ring at this store I almost walked out because of the lack of anyone acknowledging our presence for at least 10- 15 minutes. I stayed in one spot in the front of the store the entire time and while I admit all the salesmen were busy with other customers it would be nice if they at least had a book to sign in or someone to greet you and tell you how many people are in front of you. There was at least one other couple waiting and the staff didnt seem to know who came in first and who was the next person to be helped. Terrible system.
Id like to start off saying that I have been using Jareds for around 10 years without any issues. Always a good experience up until I started coming to this Jareds in particular. The wait is always at least 10-15 minutes longer than they tell you, the majority of the staff is very friendly ,but also very pushy with sales and lacking knowledge. I would recommend either finding a different Jareds or using a different jewelry store altogether.
This Jared’s is the worst I have had the displeasure of visiting. I told a lady that I wanted to look at the watches she never came. I had to go over by the office to get someone to help. Even though there was a girl with glasses just chatting with someone and not actually trying to make a sell. Glasses even asked me if I was with my fiancé which I was but I told her that I wanted to purchase watches and she just looked at me. Maybe she just is not the bright not sure. However being a business owner myself I know when I have to drop a personal conversation and help a customer....
I walked in to look around for a nice promise ring that was around my price range, i did saw a couple of beautiful rings that cost around $300-600. so i told the lady helping me to help me look for a rose gold ring, which she did but it wasnt around my price range which was okay. she then asks me with an attitude what ring you looking for?? i said akwardly a promise ring.. i then asked her is there any rings that cost around maybe around $500 $600..? (keep in mind this is a promise ring not an engagement ring!) she says No no we dont have any rings that cost that price. i was like oh okay and she walks away.( ONE i knew there were rings for me because i did take a look before i asked).SECOND OF ALL IF YOU WANT CUSTOMERS TO BUY, YOU NEED PATIENCE. AND THIRD OF ALL I DID SEE SOME RINGS THAT COST AROUND MY PRICE RANGE BUT THE LADY WAS SO IMPATIENT AND NASTY TO ME. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BE COMING BACK.
Highly unsatisfying store. My boyfriend and I walk in looking for an engagement ring and are not greeted at all. We walk around the store twice and arent acknowledged once. Once we settle down in one spot is when someone finally decided to come up to us. The person we spoke with did not seem knowledgeable at all. It was just a very disappointing experience. I suggest you guys try a different store. Kay jewelers (Ashley), Zales (Colleen?), or Helzberg (Jeff?). We had a great experience at all three stores all friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all.
Ordered two rings. One of them broke where they cut for the sizing, no big deal things happen. The ring was brought to the store where the gentleman with the out of style handlebar mustache helped sort it out and said a new one was being ordered. A week later I call and to my ultimate surprise, they have no history of that order ever being placed. Get the good old run around on the phone. Try to call back to ask another question, phone rings for as long as the Marianna’s trench is deep. Only reason this gets a 1 star is because I can’t put it any lower. 0/10 would not recommend. Next time I need jewelry I’ll remember the little jingle “every kiss begins with...” well you know the rest

They mail you a coupon code. The coupon code arrives with a laundry list of products for which the coupon is void. Now they have your information and you dont have a usable coupon since anything worth buying there is listed in the exclusions.Their offer says nothing about restrictions, no fine print, no asterisk, no nothing. It was a simple and fair exchange until they pull the old collect your info scam in exchange for nothing. If they are this dirty and unscrupulous BEFORE you become a customer I can only imagine how mistreated one would be AFTER becoming a customer. Think twice before doing business with companies that behave this way.Customer service chat says I can opt out of the lists Im now on. Well I wouldnt be on the lists but for this scam! I shouldnt have to opt out. I wouldnt have OPTED IN if I knew beforehand that their offer was a SCAM or anything worth buying was excluded from the coupon. I hope I save someone some money and aggravation before you enter these stores or shop online!
Purchased right Friday had to leave it there for resizing until Sunday. When i went to pick up i wasn’t greeted or asked if i needed any help and i wasn’t sure where to go ended up standing on a long slow line and asking a CUSTOMER if I’m standing at the right spot for pick up. Do not do business here. My wifes $12,000.00 diamond engagement ring chipped and I am being denied my warranty because I did not have the ring inspected at their six month intervals. This is a diamond, not an apple, it does not go bad. They are now trying to replace the diamond with sub-par replacements. BE WARNED!

I highly recommend shopping at Jared jewelry, as their customer service was absolutely impeccable, and Gloria’s professionalism and knowledge could not be beat. She was also a lot of fun, and I did not want to leave! There was also a very nice man who changed my watch battery while I was there, who was also incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, eager to please, and kind.I don’t think I can shop elsewhere, as the selection of jewelry here at Jared is outstanding. 2022-03-05Gloria is the most kind salesperson … we worked with her on my engagement ring and wedding band. We knew exactly who we had to see when we wanted to pick out an anniversary band. We went straight to Jared and found Gloria. She looked at my rings and knew exactly what would compliment them!! We love the service at Jared and would highly recommend them. When you stop in, ask for Gloria! You will not be disappointed!

2022-01-07I needed to get a watch sized and was referred to Jared as they are an authorized dealer for the Michele Watch company. Im so glad I visited the store! The GM Gerard Ladd was not only personable but also very knowledgeable on many of the name brand jewelry lines I like to shop. He swiftly & expertly took care of my watch sizing but I didnt leave the store before falling in love with a brand new watch design that Gerard showed me by the same manufacturer. It will be a pleasure to shop for fine jewelry close to home in the future. I highly recommend visiting the showroom but do call ahead as they currently work by appointment.

2022-01-26Have been coming to this location for about 2 years. Staff is always friendly and willing to help, whether I come in for a repair on a watch or to buy a whole new piece of jewelry for family or friends. I have worked with Pooja, Gloria, and Stephanie throughout my times as a customer and have always walked out with something that I love for myself or a loved one. On one occasion, all I did was show a picture of my significant other to help find the perfect anniversary gift and then a year later they were able to pull up that exact transaction and find a matching pair of earrings to go with it. I highly recommend this location for something as small as a repair all the way to shopping for a one of a kind piece. The staff is super helpful and selection is great.
