What a space! Its my job to explore spaces in NYC and this one has all the office perks. Great team in charge, awesome atmosphere that encourages a friendly & successful work environment. Easy to get to and access to amazing city views. Looking forward to our next project with Jay Suites and team!
I recently rented a meeting space at Jay Suites 1441 Broadway location and had a great experience! The facility is spacious, clean, and has a lot of modern amenities. The staff was a pleasure to work with, and my attendees all enjoyed our meeting very much. The staff also handled all of my catering needs and the food was wonderful.I will definitely use Jay Suites again for my next offsite meeting!Thanks again to the staff at 1441 Broadway!
The folks at Jay Suites are accommodating, diligent, and very kind. I am a young producer who was making a short film, we were desperately trying to find a location that was in our budget and fit our requirements. Only Jay Suites could accommodate us. They gave us a good rate and they let us work on a Saturday. I cannot recommend jay Suites highly enough for any filmmakers looking to shoot in an office setting .
We were tenants at Jay Suites in midtown for over three years, using three different offices as our needs changed. They are a class act. Juda and Mark were very professional, straight forward and honest. Denny in reception is extremely helpful as well. The offices are clean, and the conference rooms are professional and well kept up. The location is hard to beat. Overall, I would highly recommend Jay Suites.
Choosing an ideal office space is crucial for a companys image. I was looking to satisfy my companys current needs while also looking to the future. Jay Suites gave me everything I was looking for. The location, in Midtown Manhattan, made it extremely accessible to all my clients. The space itself was able to accommodate my whole team and I was very pleased with the overall positive atmosphere. Renting an office space here undoubtedly went a long way in terms of cultivating the office culture I wanted to promote and project. It definitely created a positive, lasting impression. Highly recommend.
So glad we found Jay Suites for our Sales Training Meeting. The space has a very professional look and feel and their staff, particularly Michelle, who greets you with such a welcoming and warm smile at reception and Shanik who makes you feel at ease with all logistics, were beyond appreciated. My colleagues were quite pleased with the private spaces where one could make a phone call or even have a confidential conversation with another colleague. Needless to say we will be keeping Jay Suites in mind for our future company events. Bravo to their seamless hosting skills!
We rented office space (3 offices) at the Times Square location for two years. (Were a fintech company.) Great experience working with Jay Suites. Their staff are very attentive, responsive, and quick to resolve issues. Im certain we dodged a bullet, had we worked with another office rental/sharing company. I would highly recommend Jay Suites, especially Mark Mitchell, GM. Pricing is reasonable, they wont gouge you with add-ons, and youll have a professional space to work in.
Meeting space was nice and the location was very convenient. The process to book was very smooth. We did have to cancel food and was offered a credit for our next rental which was ok. The team did decide to get water while on site and they charged us an additional amount for the the water instead of using the credit. Not a great business practice.

The size of the office was exactly what I needed, the reception and cleaning staff are always friendly and effective, and working with Judah and Mark has been a pleasure. I highly recommend Jay Suites if youre in need of professional meeting space in the heart of Manhattan! They are incredibly quick and efficient on the customer service front. I have reached out to book a large conference room with them twice over the past week and theyve been able to quickly accommodate me both times - large 25+ person meetings. The owner, Juda Srour, accommodated me himself - impressive!
Dont use them by ANY means!! Ive been renting here and during several occasions, they have lost, misplaced, mismanaged my mail. Dozens of times. Jackie the manager is as useless as tree branch. Maybe worse. She never (EVER) returns calls, rarely responds to emails. The issue here, is that the owners of this Jay Suites incompetent company pays people $0 per hour. So, the turn over here is so high. Every month, someone new is working at this place, its worse than Walmart.And Jack and Juda, thank you for losing and misplacing my mail. Thank you for NOT notifying me of official state mail I received, sat in this place for months. Buyer Beware!!Stop Nickeling and Diming your employees. Pay them a decent wage, maybe youll hire competent people. Maybe theyll stay longer.And all these wonderful reviews, are fake. People pay companies for positive reviews
We had our first company offsite at Jay Suites, and it was a great success, in no small part, thanks to the help and organization of the Jay Suites team. Good conference rooms, very competent staff and management was very flexible to our needs. We certainly plan on using Jay Suites again for future conferences.
I just started my own business and had looked everywhere in NYC for the right office. They also have so many amenities which is always a plus. This space has been by far the best place I have ever working at.. I truly recommend it.

Have to say finding the perfect office spot to rent proved to be very difficult until I came across Jay Suites. The space was large and the office place had a very a professional look to it. The staff was very respectful and helped make sure the spot met all my requirements. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back here for any future rentals.
Yesterday, 2/7, I held a Team meeting at Jay Suites and I must say, the conference room was clean & spacious; the two receptionist I met on the 6th floor were our meeting was held, were very pleasant and warm. They Best of all, the space was lovely and we had a nice view of the Westside of Manhattan.
Michelle and the rest of the Jay Suites Times Square team have been amazing to work with. They let us host our meetup there and were so helpful throughout the entire processes (helping us plan, promote it, set up, providing is with everything we could ask for during, and staying late to help clean up). Michelle truly cares and goes above and beyond to help. Jay Suites Times Square is my new favorite spot for meetups and events. Awesome location, space and staff!
Jay Suites provides a great working environment situated perfectly in midtown with easy access to all trains and buses. The offices come in different sizes to suit all types of companies. The staff is very professional and always go out of their way to help you. The best amenity they offer is the Sparkling Water system and Starbucks coffee.

I couldnt say enough good things about Jay Suites. I was in a real jam after finding out about a scheduling conflict in my home office on 34th St. I needed space for 20 people with 2 working days notice just before Thanksgiving weekend. Jack, one of the founders, went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of and did a little swapping around to get us into the space. The space was clean and comfortable. The AV functioned without a hitch. I never thought having an offsite meeting could be so convenient. We will see you again soon Jay Suites! Thank you!
Jay Suites provides a great option for businesses of various sizes -- from start ups, to established businesses who might have their main office out of town and who need a satellite office when doing business in New York City, all the way through ramping up your operation to 20-30 people should your start-up take off quickly. Many start-ups have made their start at Jay Suites and outgrown the place eventually. This is a good place to get started. They offer flexible options, very stylish conference room facilities for meeting with clients. In addition, there are many opportunities for networking with a vibrant community of start-ups and entrepreneurs. Jay Suitess options are flexible, and if your business needs additional space for ramping up to accommodate additional employees, they can work with you to make that happen quickly. Very fair pricing structure for what they offer as well. They are tech savvy and the experience has been a very good one for my business. They get it.
Work at the Times Sq location. Perfect location for a new company or growing start up. Great conference rooms that are easily accessible and they have a wonderful and attentive staff. The 3rd floor Front Desk Manager Shanik and Floor Manager Gaven are both lovely and extremely helpful.
The exitsing place i was renting out conference rooms was booked so I decided to give Jay Suites a try for one of our events and after the experience and accomodation that was provided, I will be sticking with Jay Suites from now on. The conference rooms itself is very roomy, a lot of lighting and building is at a prime location. Perfect conference room for any event. Thank you Juda!
Had the pleasure of working with the JaySuites team for our February 2018 move in. I have worked with serviced offices throughout the globe and it was a pleasure working with Juda and Rich and the rest of the team. They found me a great option and accommodated every request I needed before move in. No nickle and diming or hidden fees here. The price is the price and it is fair for what you get. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.
Id give zero stars if I could. They overcharged me for months on my mail forwarding. I finally got that sorted out after many emails back and forth with accounting. Accounting refuses to pick up a phone or provide a phone number. So youre at the whim of Sahid Garcia or the other one in accounting.Now Ive been asking for an updated contract showing that I am at that address for a year (its my yearly anniversary). Sahid has let me know that I have to sign on for a BIGGER, more expensive, upgraded plan in order to get that contract (that seems to be a new rule, as its not anywhere on the website). Also, its taking him nearly 2 weeks to cough up that nugget, and its costing me money. But, hey, its Sahids world and were just living in it.FIND ANOTHER VIRTUAL OFFICE SPACE.
Currently renting an office space with them and have to admit that the staff is amazing and very accomodating. The building is also located at a prime location and the heart of NYC. I visted a few other places in the city before selecting Jay Suites and Im very pleased with my decision.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Almost all the reviews are fake, left by accounts which were clearly created to review only this place, as its the only review theyve ever left. The place is poorly maintained and they are total scam artists when it comes to trying to close your contract out. Wont even answer questions, just try to force another 14 months of payment out of you. Terrible business practices.

I only write reviews when I truly believe its going to benefit someone and trust me when I say - Jay Suites is THE BEST. Im still blown away at how accommodating, nice and beautiful the space is. The offices are perfect and have everything you need in order to have a successful meeting. The location is also a prime location in the heart of Time Square, however once you are upstairs you do not hear any noises or busy city commotion which is great. Thank you again for making our experience great and I pray that whoever reads this will also be blessed.

With everyone working remote these days we moved out of the city and this space worked perfect for hosting numerous meetings throughput the day. The pricing was fair, rooms were pleasant, good wifi and most of communication with Juda and team a breeze! Highly recommend if you need meeting rooms in NYC! Thanks

2022-06-07Juda was very helpful in the reservation process for this jay suites in Times Square. We needed the space for a film production. Juda and Juli helped us have an seamless booking process, their space was very beautiful and that’s why we wanted to go for it. For the whole day we had access to any things that we wanted from the receptionist. We ordered catering and the receptionist was so lovely that he helped us set it up. Top notch service and I would recommend their space to anyone who is looking for a classy, modern office space that is right in the middle of Times Square!

2022-01-24Just used a conference room through Jay Suites for Miami Universitys Wall Street Week. The room worked out perfectly, as it was central to our hotel and our guests speakers work locations. Communication was great and helpful to resolve any issues we had. We will definitely look to book with Jay Suites again in the future.

2021-06-11Ive hosted large team meetings and leadership photoshoot at two Jay Suite locations - both meetings went flawlessly. The meeting suites have the latest AV system, comfortable seating, and IT support onsite. Their customer service pre and during the events was impeccable. I highly recommend!

2021-10-05Just perfect! Ive said before, months ago and say it again! At first, the plan was to stay for a few months, but for me, it is hard to leave. This place is so inspiring to ambitious creators and all kinds of work development. Through these times, I have seen how much this Jay Suites care for quality, and every time I get here, the vibe is renewed and empowered. Thank you all. It takes an honest effort to keep things this cool and a bit of gratitude to recognize it.

2018-09-27We have been members at Jay Suites Times Square for several years now and cant think of a better place to run our business. The pricing is extremely reasonable--especially given all the services and benefits. The staff and customer service is superb, and our receptionist Denny, and manager, Mark, are wonderful to work with. Conference rooms are easily scheduled, fully equipped, and very professionally set up. Clients and colleagues who visit us always comment on how nice the public areas and conference rooms are. That in turn makes us look good..

2018-02-08Ive been renting office space at Jay Suites for many years and cannot say enough good things about it. I wanted my office to have a home in Times Square, but I needed the flexibility for space at certain key times during the year. Jay Suites offers many customized plans to fit my changing needs and the management staff and personnel treat me like family and respect my business. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. 2016-09-20We had a very happy experience renting a conference space with Jay Suites for a writers workshop & discussion. The room could easily accommodate our 50 heads, and when it felt a little warm, it was a pleasure to dial the thermostat way down! Mark the manager was helpful, courteous and on call from beginning to end. Big-screen A/V setup was great. Restrooms clean and convenient. Generally everything is spanking fresh and shipshape. Well probably be there again soon.
