Alan went far out of his way to help me find a small electronics part. He answered emails when the store was closed and followed up with me right away. All for a part that only costs a few dollars. True customer service!

Great people to deal with. We purchased DVR system from them a few years ago and had trouble viewing the video recently. Luis, and the rest of the team were super helpful and worked with us to get the viewer back working correctly. They even actually called us back to provide other information of a new download. Great service even after the sale! Try that with a internet company!

I looked EVERYWHERE for an RJ9 connector for a project i was working on. On line shopping was to expensive to ship a tiny part, no big chain electronic shops had them. Walked into a mom & pop shop in the Bronx.... they had tons of them. Leave it to the little guy. Going back now for another project.
