Pomerleau Real Estate is a Burlington, VT-based company that manages over 2 million square feet of property. Though most of our properties are in Vermont, we do a fair amount of business in upstate New York. We have a restaurant site in Albany that was available for lease. Its hard to maintain and show a property from across Lake Champlain! Mike Donlon of J.D. Michaels was and continues to be a great help to us. Whether a prospective tenant wanted to take a look inside or an alarm went off or there was ice in the parking lot, we could count on Mike to take care of things.
