I really wanted to love this bakery but unfortunately I was not impressed. We ordered 28 cupcakes with grass for my daughters birthday. We provided the toppers. Totaled around $90. The cupcakes were extremely dry and broke apart when the kids tried to eat them. The mousse inside had hardened as well. There was a sticker on the box that said “keep refrigerated” so I am not sure how long the cupcakes had been refrigerated before pickup day. The frosting was pretty grainy as well. It stunk because I was hoping to have “good” cupcakes for the party but I now feel like I should have just gone through the grocery store.Update: Jessica was so sweet and refunded me. Seems like an honest mistake that doesn’t happen often. She’s great to work with 👍

Always try to make an ice cream stop at JessiCakes when visiting B’ville. Even though they were technically closed when we got there, she was still able to make us ice cream shakes to finish our night. They are always great and last night was no different. Well worth the short wait! Look forward to a few more stops this summer.

I was traveling for work to Baldwinsville and needed some individually wrapped cookies made to give as a gift, made in less than 24 hours. I called JessiCakes for an order and she was able to make my order in the time needed. They came out amazing and tasted great. Thank you so much Jessica!!!

Located in Baldwinsville jessi cakes has some of the best cakes I have ever tried.. First had one of her cakes at a friends birthday party and was extremely impressed. So recently it was one of our realtors birthdays and we order a cake for everyone in the office. Everyone loved it and asked where it came from. Procopio Real Estate highly reccomends Jessicas in Bville.

Brownie sundae was good. Unfortunately, only 2 people working and many people in line, tough wait. No place to sit, picnic tables were across the street, and the only garbage was a disgusting dumpster with flies everywhere and a bad smell...not what I want to smell while having ice cream.

I have been to Jessicakes a few times and have yet to be impressed with anything from there like others claim they are. But I always like to support small, local businesses. But I have to say after the experience my son told me he had yesterday I can honestly say I will never return. My son was discriminated against by a guy at their ice cream window. There’s a lot I can tolerate but discrimination in any form isn’t one of them, especially to treat my son badly because of the color of his skin. And to tell him that you needed to shut the window because there have been issues with people at the window lately after you just left it open for the 3 white people that were ahead of him. No justification for this. It’s very upsetting.

The ice cream was so good and large servings. The customer service was lacking which is why they lost a star! Big disappointment was when my husband asked for the Nachos on the menu, the employees (2 of them) said she didnt even know how to make it so he couldnt order it! We told them they should remove it from the menu and they said, So what did you want? WOW!! Training is a must and possible menu change!

I called about 6 or 7 different bakeries on Saturday looking for some one to make me a rainbow cake for my daughters 15th birthday party the next day. I was told by all that is was to short of a notice. How ever after I called JessiCakes and explained my situation and she must have felt my pain..lol.. and agreed to make one for me. That in its self should have been enough for a positive review but the finished product was WAY ABOVE what I expected. The Cake was both AWESOME & DELICIOUS. Everyone complimented me on how I was a Good Dad and the Great Job I did for finding the perfect cake..lol. So it goes without saying I will be calling again...THANKS JessiCakes!

Drove well out the way with my daughter on NYE for buy one get one free cupcake special. After all the pictures and reviews I had seen and read , I couldn’t wait to get there and pick some out. There were a few cookies behind the glass but the cupcakes were not visible. The person gave me a run down of what she had and never offered to show us anything. She stood there with a irritated attitude and was impatient while we were trying to remember what she read off. My daughter and I walked out of there and the first thing I said was that I will never ever buy anything again from that place again just based on that attitude. The cupcakes were pretty, but just ok flavor wise. Definitely not worth $3 each in my opinion. NEXT !
