JB used to have great customer service, but my last three experiences with them have been awful so I will not be flying with them any longer. The latest - I booked a flight in October 2021 for August of this year. I used travel credit that was good through March 2022. Now in June, JB canceled the flight and wants to keep my “expired” travel credit. Fraudulent.
I had a flight on a Sunday night so I could get back to my responsibilities, flight got cancelled Sunday at noon due to plane maintenance and I was rescheduled for 24hrs after my original flight. I had to call and argue with customer service for them to check every possible route they could use to move me, they said there were none, and I specifically asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they could switch to a flight to another carrier (which youre allowed to ask for) the only word the supervisor really said to me were no. I asked first to be switched to another carrier - no (annoying but within their rights). They did offer to refund that part of the trip, with other carriers charging $2000 for tickets for that night, it was never going to be enough. I asked if there was no other support they would provide me, specifically mentioning hotel/food accommodations - no. That is literally in their contract to their passengers. I had to physically go to the airport that I wouldnt be flying out of for 24hrs to get a hotel voucher. Its the worst airline I have ever flown on. Id rather fly Spirit for the rest of my life than give JetBlue another cent.
I booked a flight and we got on the plane and we had to wait an hour because it was over weight with the suitcases then we were there for 2 hours and 3 hours later they said they needed to put gas in the plane and we were still there and after 4 hours just sitting down on that plane they canceled it. Once we got out we were waiting and then they said our flight isn’t canceled and we had to wait until 2 am, 2am comes and they say it’s canceled and we had to get our suitcases and they were trying to send us to jersey to then Florida and then Sandro Domingo I am never traveling on this airline again!!
I recently flew with JetBlue JFK to RDU which is literally a hour flight . Upon arrival to NC JetBlue end up losing my luggage. Wasn’t too bad cause they were able to track it and it came on a later flight .then headed back to NY flight attendant had us on the jetway for a hour cause JetBlue was so back up and there wasn’t jet bridge available for us to get off .thank god I didn’t have a connected flight flight attendant were so unpleasant trying to rush the process ( Carlos . Sarah and Ashley ) literally the worst experience yet but what top it all off was waiting 90 mins to receive luggage from the conveyer . Trust me I do understand there’s only So much they can do being short staff but at least have good customer service to make up for everything else
Extremely rude flight attendant on our flight from jfk to Tampa. I would give negative stars If I could! Im actually in disbelief how awful,rude,condescending and passive aggressive this attendant was. We always chose jetblue but I can confidently say we will NEVER fly with them again
Might be the slowest help desk for JetBlue or any airlines ever. 3 clerks twenty people in line 1hr later. This is why people hate jfk. Beyond the traffic this is why people hate this airport. The lines, that are created by poor or understaffing is only a product of bad planning and bad training.
Our flight to Puerto Rico was bought months in advance and they cancelled our flight 4 hours before we were supposed to depart. No reason behind it, just an email saying the flight was cancelled. I’ve been on hold for 3 hours on more than 1 line. Also on 2 separate chats online with agents. Also for almost 3 hours! It seems as though they just put everyone on hold and never speak to their clients. I’d be surprised if anybody picked up at this point.

What I’m really reviewing is their online ticketing service. Blue basic shouldn’t exist. How am I to know that i costs extra to literally do anything? And I can’t just switch to a different ticket. Just charge everyone Blue fees, and provide basic needs. US Airlines really screw people over don’t they.
Jet blue is the worst airline to exist I had carry on included on my flight than got a notice starting sept 7, 2020 all carry on has a FEE which is the same price as a 50 pound bag.I called to see what was going on they said since it’s effective they can’t do anything than we said we want to pay for a 50 pound and a carry on they say it’s a “special package” deal so it would be 125$ wanted to cancel the flight they said I can but will have credit only to ride with JetBlue a joke of a air flight. AA and Delta doesn’t do this this is what I get for choosing this airline.
TSA is ratchet and dont know diddly about their jobs at JFK, Jet Blue delayed us twice and left is on the Tarmac for over an hour while FINALLY loading our luggage.JetBlue, changed the carry on for international flights. I ended up paying an extra $240 to check my carry ons! 2 delayed flights one on tarmac for 45 mins with NO explanation... Eff them!!
Recently used Jetblue for my trip to the Caribbean. I can confidently say that I do not plan on using Jetblue for my personal travel. Delayed planes, seating issues, slow boarding process, overhead bin storage issues to name a few. Not to mention my brand new checked luggage was DAMAGED during this flight. I had bought new luggage just for this trip.. just unbelievable. It looks like it was thrown on purpose, definitely not normal wear and tear. See the before and after pictures for yourself. Note that my bag was 7 lbs UNDER the weight restriction, and still received horrible treatment. The frustrating thing is that the bag has bumper pads on the corners to protect from these sorts of things, but that was still not enough to prevent it. Before this flight, Jetblue was one of my favorite airlines to fly in, but I feel as though the quality has been severely lacking recently. Will be taking my business to Delta as I have not had any issues flying with them for business travel.
My favorite airline is JetBlue and fly on it whenever I can - whether it be to Florida, Las Vegas, or even to the Caribbean! Staff is friendly and service is great. Everyone has a tv monitor and dont have to share (one time my tv wasnt working at all, but the flight attendant provided extra snacks etc esp for the long flight home). I wrote to JetBlue and they some credit towards the next flight.Enjoy in-flight movies - I get to catch up on movies I havent seen or re-watch some that I have...or take a nap. Watch tv shows or listen to music. Flight tracker shows distance to destination.Free snacks and non alcoholic beverages - who doesnt love the popcorners or terra blue chips (which runs out quick). Theres also inflight purchase for other snacks and alcoholic drinks.Remember to bring your own earphones if you dont want to pay for them.Free high speed wifi while in the air...remember to set phones to airplane mode!Dont forget to join TrueBlue for miles...they dont expire, which is great!
As a former Summit Guard this slave like place was brutal and they would lock us up in 2 cages BOB and Liquor Room and I would stand for hours and hardly get a break. Until it was time for lunch and the Summit Supervisors would treat terribly Manoo and Baksh and if you mess up they insulted you in front of Flying Food Employees. 100% of the Flying Food workers bust there ass and was very nice and got a long well. Its just that we dont get any incentive or rewards for doing good work or completing tasks ahead of time. It would be nice to see JetBlue Corporate give something back and treat them well after all the money there making in sales on flights.
Worst experience here…the staff are rude, treated you like youre stupid, felt really uncomfortable, and can hear them talking down on you. Racist staff is what I felt…they are not polite and have zero patience. But from reading the review, maybe they are treating customer with terrible attitude because they are in bad working environment?
The worst thing that you can not happen is to travel through this airline they are the most irresponsible and the worst customer service that there is for now 😡 they sell the flights and they do not respond they blame the customers that we are the passengers guilty of their irresponsibility in short is when They want you to travel after you have paid the established rate and they wish not when the contract that you paid says I do not know where the authorities of this city will be to put an end to these that there are many complaints about how this airline is treating it Dominicans, a North American company, never before behaved in this way with their irresponsible customers, they do not have cordiality, they do not respect corresponding authorities put an end to these irresponsible customer service) this happened to me when I had more than an hour in advance before traveling in the jfk nyc 10-11-2021 5:30 in the morning before the flight leaves to sti santiago rd

2022-04-30My flight departing was a great experience. The plane was clean, the extra room seats were totally worth it and they actually had healthy snacks. I just wish they would get their website sorted out.

2022-06-22Really miss the early Jetblue airlines ✈️ been flying 😢 😫 with Jetblue airlines since 2001 domestic and international forwarding 2022 Airlines been poorly 😢 😭 😫 and careless about the ppl, delayed schedules charging for seat 💺 carry-on 🧳even wifi kinda disappointed because this airlines was reliable and convenient guess nothing last forever 😢 (dont mind to paid the price is the service is on point otherwise Good Luck.

2022-01-26Horrible airline every time Ive tried them. Pic is from a line at the airport then was over 200ft long because they didnt staff their check in counter. Ive had damaged luggage that they never reimbursed me for. Ive had to pay more than $100 for 5lbs over weight luggage. Rude staff. Instead now I will continue using Delta always a pleasure. Jet blue reminds me of the movie soul plane. Pretty much on par if not worse than that movie.

2022-02-04Please avoid this airline when possible. Im usually for the small guys, but in this case they are really in disregard of their passengers well-being in rights. I encountered multiple occasions of errors and mistakes, from delayed flights to canceled flights and others, with never an apology or some kind of recognition of the companys fault.Fly not JetBlue

2021-08-10They should not be in business at all. Besides hours of delays the planes themselves are filthy. There was so much dust in the craft I was happy I had to wear a mask. They dont give a hoot about you or your safety. Pilots that showed up were heard complaining about being on shift over 15 hours - that cant be good!Staff doesnt care either - they rather be on the phone . Avoid them, youre probably better off walking anyway. I hate you, JetBlue and I hope everyone running your company dies of COVID!!

2022-03-23Helpful staff once you actually get to talk with someone. Counter was severely understaffed to meet the long line of people that could not complete their transaction through a self service kiosk. one persons job was just to stop people from getting into the line to speak with people and there were at least 2 people being paid just to stand at the end of the counter and do nothing.

2022-02-09Omg!!! What the hell is wrong with these people??? Worst airline I’ve ever been on by far!!! So took a JetBlue flight back from Aruba cause I couldn’t find a delta flight. And I have to tell u, we were treated like trash even though we were in “extended leg room” seats. They were yelling at us from the beginning till the end of the flight. They speak on the radio reprimanding everyone and giving us ultimatums. If we don’t do this,,, this will happen,,, if we don’t sit we will not move, If u remove ur mask u will be escorted off the aircraft and prosecuted and the tone of voice was terrible, I felt I was in a jail of something. When they made the rounds of drink they were rude and standoffish, even to my little daughter. They are very intimidating to the extent that ur scared to ask for anything!Never again! Never, they took the bad service to another level!Just saying!

2022-05-01Do not recommend this airline. We missed our connecting flight due to the delay of the first flight and ended up stranded in JFK. They have hidden fees and very poor customer service. We will not fly with Jetblue anymore.

2022-06-14I will start off by saying this was my first experience with this airline. We left late from Detroit. Not a big deal considering we had a 4 hour layover in NY (final destination Costa Rica) our 5pm flight got backed up to 6:50pm, backed up to 8:30pm, backed up to 9:10pm backup to 10pm…. We have missed our rental car (which is extraordinarily expensive) bc it’s CR - we have missed our $200 hotel and possibly the whole first day of our vacation. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited in their customer service line at their kiosk in the airport for an hour only to be told you have to wait til you board and take it up with them! When I called the cs line it was a 61 minute wait!Then they told me to take it up with the airport supervisor. We can’t even get a fricken gate bc they flight isn’t there! None of my hotels are refundable. Just the way Costa Rica is…. Guess this is also a never again vacation spot. Too difficult to deal with all non refundable hotels, cars etc…
