Do NOT take your bike here. I brought my very new GSXR600 here for new tires, thats it. One week later they tell me to pick it up and when I go to leave, the bike wont turn on. Ive never had an issue before, I had a feeling they left the power on overnight by accident or something, so I asked for jumper cables. They said that wasnt possible and said they would take a look at it. Ill make a long story short, for 2 MORE months I came in almost every week with them telling me it was ready then the bike wouldnt turn on, they couldnt figure it out, and had all sorts of parts replaced with no result. Finally I had enough and said I was taking my bike out of there and Ill have it towed home. That day, magically, it turned on. When I got home I inspected the bike itself, and what do you know, a different battery other than my Suzuki battery was in there. These are very shady people who will not admit when they are wrong, I wasted so much time, and who knows what else they did to my bike in the process.
Just bought a 2018 sea doo spark from this store and so far I am loving it!! I’ve been riding it almost every day now. The people are awesome. Everytime I call and ask a question someone is always there to give me a quick answer and they are always there to help. If you want to buy a jet ski I would buy it from this place!! Sean and Waltor have been a big help in helping me with this whole experience. I learned so much from them. Jet sport is an awesome store 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Sean is customer focused and an asset to the company. Two different friends reccommended Sean (by name). I brought in an older atv in decent condition for repair. He got if running, reccommended some upgrades and installed a trailer hitch after learning my needs. Still having issued and am heading back to see Sean...I might even buy him lunch!
Purchased a 2017 rxpx ski From them was told it had no prior damage, had it for 3 weeks didnt use it for 2 weeks (rainy) rode it twice realized it was damaged bought it back to them on the 3rd week To show them the hull was compromised They said they had to investigate it and now said the prior damage was not that bad (after selling it saying it had no damage) theyrefinding was I did it and had it in poorly fixed!! SO BE CAREFULL PLACE LIES TO MAKE SALES
This review is a little old now, so maybe things have changed. However, I had consistent bad experiences here over a period of a few months back in 2011. They behaved in an unprofessional manner and they themselves admitted as much. When Ive called for parts theyve been brief and unhelpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The service department is understaffed and takes out their frustration on clients. Service dont call back and arent even able to tell you when theyll have an opening available. Say theyll call back when theyre available; weeks pass and no call. Waste of time waiting for them because it turns out that they cant do the job in the first place.
Horrible!!!, they never asked me my preferences of the quality of the fluid I wanted for my vehicle they just kept me in the dark and throw OEM fluids in. They put the WRONG oil in my engine they failed to install my clutch cable wrong and didnt take the time to actually to it the right way and on top of all this they left my Motorcycle out side in the pouring rain for a full day of continues rain with NO PLASTICS with all my electronics showing the day after i picked her up my thermostat gauge refuses to work now an the fan doesnt kick on possibly due to raid getting in connections...thee worst experience iv had with my motorcycle since Ive bought her and that includes when I dropped it smh they people have no idea when other comes to motorcycles but when its comes to charging a arm and a leg for work that isnt anyway up to par their perfectly good at that. DONT TAKE YOUR TWO WHEELS TO THEM there clueless.

2022-06-18My experience was fantastic. I dealt with Steve. He was on point. Professional and friendly. He made it simple. I received my quad earlier than anticipated and upon delivery Steve gave me the full run down on my new machine. My purchase couldnt have gone any smoother.

2022-06-02Over priced.Had 2005 YZ250f serviced. and walked out with a $800 bill for a carb cleaning and a replacement for a fork seal. Sean the sales man said this was a good deal. Did not feel that way. Their labor hr charge is 170$ per hr. I would stay away from Jet sport on Jericho. OVER PRICED

2019-11-18Just purchased my 2nd ATV from Jetsport. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Preowned 2012 (Blue). Looks showroom... I’d give them 6 stars ⭐️ but 5 is the max. Love JetSport, Steve and his staff are Just amazing. Straight, honest, no hidden agendas, no pressure/hard sales pitch, and no bait and switch-sales tactic, and most importantly no playing with the finance numbers. I’m a finance guy, and can’t tell you how many times dealers, including a upscale Land Rover dealer tried playing games on my interest rates until I pulled out my HP calculator. Not the case with Jetsport. They also have ample inventory, are well stocked on parts and well versed on the brands they carry. I highly Reccomended Jetsport.!

2021-11-24Been dealing with Jetsport for years on big purchases and small. Never let me down. Once again, they had the parts I needed, happy to assist me and better than the internet. Same great guys, but were all just a bit older. hahaha. Thanks all. Nov 2021.

2020-06-06The only person I trust with my ski is Sean at Jetsport in Huntington. I drive past 3 other jet ski shops to get to him. He is by far the most honest, reliable, knowledgeable, jet ski mechanic I’ve ever come across. His customer service is phenomenal, he does everything in his power to get you in and out of the shop as fast as possible. Even his staff is amazing! One of them was nice enough to lend a helping hand and advice while I was out on the bay. Knowing his employees look out for his customers safety, on or off the clock, is just another reason I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again Sean and staff!!

2017-01-05Two thumbs up for Jetsport. Brought in my vintage 1972 Honda CB450 for new tires. Staff and service were excellent. Sean was very professional, courteous and delivered on time. Mike the mechanic was very knowledgeable. Bill the owner has a soft spot for vintage bikes too. Definitely will come back for more service.

2016-02-08Bought my first bike here and it was a pleasure. Steve is great. The entire process went smoothly.I just bought a new ATV. I shopped from here to Vermont and New Hampshire. Steve came through with the best deal on the right ATV for me. He even made arrangements for me to get my ATV to Vermont. It runs amazing and is a lot of fun. As we pass through life buying cars and toys it is a pleasure to find a place that you truly enjoy buying from.ThanksRobHuntington N.Y.

2017-07-17Asked them to check my bike out, do reg maintenance and change all the fluids as I just bought a used one. All they seemed to do was give me an oil change, no other fluids, not even lube up my chain. They really didnt tell me anything about what they found or what they did do to the bike. Felt the work was rushed. Got back to my garage only to find out that one of my rear spool has gone missing. Did it break? Did they keep it as a souvenir? Who knows. The people inside the shop were nice and at least I got a key chain when I received my key back. Maybe I just wasnt clear enough with them. Hope so since it seems there are very few places that work on sports bike in area.
