Amazing service! Zeshan was able to give an elaborate and through estimate on my vehicle’s damages and repair costs. The work done at this shop is flawless and makes your vehicle look just as good, if not better, as it did prior to any incidents. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for all body repair needs.
I had a car accident on my way into work a few weeks ago and being that I just started this new job, was very unfamiliar with the area. I immediately Googled auto body shops and chose JFA based solely on their amazing reviews, and Im so glad I did. From the time I called them mere moments after my accident they were extremely helpful and I could tell they cared about my situation.I was concerned about not having my car for the Thanksgiving holiday as I had a trip booked, but they made sure that my car was done quickly enough that I didnt have to cancel my trip. Im convinced that my car looks even better than it did before my accident, and they left it absolutely spotless inside and out. To my surprise, they even refilled my wiper fluid that was low!I cant thank JFA enough for making the extremely stressful situation of having a car accident easier for me. Hopefully I wont need to use their services again, but I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!
JFA did a GREAT job on my truck. At 60, and my 1st accident ( I wasnt even in the truck), I didnt have a clue as per the next step. I was directed to JFA by my friend/ mechanic Rich at PriceRight Transmissions. John, Jessica, and Ashlee couldnt have been more helpful, really, from the estimate to the delivery.They told me how things would go and they were right on the money. They dealt with the insurance, handled my rental, on both ends of the rental. The fix they did was outstanding, couldnt even tell, at all. On top of all that, my truck was spotless when I got it back. I couldnt believe how awesome my truck looked, inside & out. Absolute PROFESSIONALS !!!
I had work done with John and his crew before. The professionalism of his work can not be done by others. He takes pride in repairing vehicles to original form and for the most his workmanship makes vehicles look astonishing. Very straightforward and honors his work. JFA Auto repair is like family!!!.

If you want to read my success story continue, if not just go to JFA and live your own success story when you use these guys.I went to 5 other shops that all had good reviews because I like to do my research before walking in the door. This place had the most comprehensive approach to helping me. This is not a large place you go into and never see the owner. The owner is there because he owns and operates. My wife went in there to get a quote on out collision damage and he was the most helpful of all 5 shops we went to. They were very honest, very helpful, very knowledgable and very very good at what they do. They got our vehicle repaired sooner because they saw we needed it soon because we have kids and no other way to transport them. They treated me like I was part of their family. Thank you JFA. I will be back if I need great work from great people.
Honestly the body work done on my car was great, but if you don’t want your things (at this point i’ll say it because i’ve looked everywhere to make sure i didn’t misplace it) stolen then take everything out of your car. I got my car back and my juul was missing with my car charger connected, and a vape tank I had bought for $30, everything was in my CENTER CONSOLE, when you would have to open it and go through other things in there. People don’t respect anything.
John and his crew offer 5 star service Ive been here a few times and have always been taken care of, the quality of work is superb!!! Ashlee at the front desk makes you feel welcomed she is very attentive and the attention to detail is A+++ when it comes collision and auto repair JFA is where its at we will definetly be back but hopefully not soon because that would mean we had another accident 😂😂😂 Thanks John!!!

Nothing runs, what does run isnt safe to even drive. I bought a car, it ran for a day and completely fell apart on me the two weeks after. Zero accountability. Everyone on that lot cares about one thing, your wallet and have no problem almost killing you to get it. Facts.

God awful towing company takes advance of people that were just in an accident they charged me nearly $500 for my tow and the accident occurred down the street from there facility when i asked why I charged so much they pulled out a copy of new york State towing law and show me how they charge the absolute maximum for every for everything a tow company can possibly charge you for including services that didnt even apply to me, the manager is very rude and unhelpfulIf you are in an accident and a tow truck comes with the jfa logo on the side tell that driver to turn around and go back and call ANY other tow company

2022-08-05I cant say enough wonderful things about John and his staff. I have taken my car there twice, and both times I have been thrilled with the outcome. They go above and beyond with their body work. The car looks brand new, and its 10 years old.I live in Massapequa and bring my car to Bohemia because I truly believe JFA is the absolute BEST AUTO BODY SHOP on the island.Thank you again for the amazing work you did on my car !!

2022-03-06My truck was recently hit in a parking lot and had damage to 2 of my doors, we called JFA Auto and Salman handled everything for me from putting in my claim to having the adjuster come. When I got my truck back it looked brand new! Not only did they fix my doors but they touched up all the little scratches on my truck and rims. Salman was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend everyone I know to come here if they need any type of body work done to there vehicle.

2022-07-27The guy at the front desk didn’t seem remotely happy to try and help me. I wanted several things touched up on my truck regardless of the cost and he told me to just leave it be. On top of his complete lack of enthusiasm, numerous times in our conversation he pulled out his phone to send text messages and at the end he told me that there was an issue with the “thing” and he would have to call me about the price. Weeks later I still don’t have an answer because the guy felt chipped paint and rust wasn’t a concern to me. I went with a different shop and I couldn’t be happier

2020-09-12John and his staff are Top Shelf! I don’t want to say that I’m a frequent flyer at a body shop but my family and I have been customers for about 20 years. They handle all of the phone calls and paperwork. The cars come out in showroom condition and in the shortest time possible. They also do special jobs such as this... my new tailgate....

2022-01-22I got a verbal quote as John looked at my truck to repair all the paint peeling off the whole front end and bumper of my pickup truck. After he brought it in he made recommendations to repair the paint on the door handles and the things in the door from those pesky shopping carts and other doors in parking lots. He also detailed the inside and outside of the truck and even though I didnt ask him a price for the extra work I found his invoice to be very fair and reasonable. My truck was brought back to life and now looks brand new!

2022-01-24A family member recently had an unfortunate automobile accident and had damage to the rear of her vehicle. Over the years we had needed to have auto body work done on some of our vehicles and used local shops in the area. JFA Auto Collision and Towing was recommended by our insurance broker as a reputable shop. After having reasonable experiences with some of the local shops I decided to try JFA.I called and spoke to the shop manager Sal who really made me feel comfortable and confident that he would do everything to make this unfortunate event turn out positively. I brought the vehicle in the same day and Sal said he would have an estimate ready in a few days, and he did! Afterwards, when I came to the shop to authorize the work, we spoke about what he would do to repair the auto. Sal put my mind at rest and said he would take care of everything.What was amazing and unique about Sal and of course John the owner of JFA was that they did everything that they said they were going to do in a very professional way. All the calls to the insurance company were done by Sal and JFA. My vehicle was finished on the date they said it would be and looked amazingly better than it did prior to the accident. Because of Sal and John’s attention to detail and excellent customer service this experience was ALL positive for us.
