I can’t believe this place operates and gets business. I missed my flight because of this scam of a parking lot. They sent me a confirmation email with the parking address stated as 149-1 N Conduit Ave, South Ozone Park, New York, 11436. However, when I got there, that lot was CLOSED. I had to circle around the neighborhood until I saw another car parked out front. The woman walking back to her car said there was a man sitting in a shady car in the dark inside the parking lot that said the address to the lot was in a different place. I called the number listed on the email two times but of course, no one answered. So, I did the only thing I could in that moment. I followed the woman’s car hoping she was going to the new lot. Luckily she did. When I got there, I checked in. When asked how long it would be till the shuttle driver got there, he said “I am not the shuttle driver, how should I know, you have to call the number on the wall and speak to the driver.” Between the group waiting, we called the driver 3 times over 30 minutes, and every single time the driver said he’d be there in 10 minutes. Just a heads up, the website advertises a shuttle bus service every few minutes. When he finally arrived his response was I should have left more cushion. I told the driver I had 30 minutes to get to my flight and he proceeded to then drive us all in the car recklessly. On the way out, he said “I even drove recklessly to get you to the terminal.” You can’t even make this stuff up. Currently sitting in JFK hoping to get placed on a completely full standby flight with my 8 year old 😡
If you are on budget and have time it will be ok.The first parking was overflowing so they sent me to another one (so 20 minutes extra).It took about 25 minutes to get into a shuttle. So plan one hour extra.For the return it would have been nice to know where is the p/u. I called 3 times - message box was full - to talk to someone. I waited 1h05 for the shuttle to p/u. White plain can - zéro marking.After we stopped other terminals to p/u others. So about 2 hours “extra” total at the return.This review is for the logistic. I interacted with six people. All were very nice.
Do not look any further than this airport parking service. Easy and convenient! AVOID self serve long term lots!!! This is an easily accessible remote lot with quick shuttle to the terminals. The guys will take care of getting you swiftly to the airport. ALSO upon arrival you will have a shuttle waiting for you, NO NEED TO LUG YOUR BAGS ON A TRAIN to a self-park lot. ALSO: we arrived back from our trip in inclement weather and the car was warmed up, snow had been removed and the guys got our luggage into the car which made the return so smooth! ALSO: My husband was not feeling well and ANO took us right back to the lot taking care not to upset him and made sure he was taken care of with water etc. We are forever indebted to ANO and his crew on our most recent JFK travel.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This by far has been the worst experience I have ever received, even had to call the cops on this people. We followed their instructions and they wanted us to carry the bags (6 checked bags and 5 carryon) across the street into the truck without them helping us at all. Then the driver started cursing at my husband when we complained even in front of the manager. All we asked for was the employees name to file a formal complaint and the manager did not want to provide it, why? I am still left shocked at how much people cover for each other and the disrespect that these services provide. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else were they will actually help you and not just take your money.
It was very difficult to find the lot because the lighting on the sign is poor. I drove around 6 times using my GPS before I found the place.Got there, no driver to take me to the airport, wait time was 40 minutes.. Someone smoked in my car, changed my milage to 0, I could claim my miles because it was changed.My seat was moved and the back of my seat put all the way back. This means someone drove my car, changed the milage and smoked in my car.I called to complain was told to send email, I did and sent follow up, no response. BE VERY AWARE WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR AT THIS PLACE
I have to stay longer that I was expected, my truck was vandalized, the glove compartment broke, like the holding strap pulled, my umbrella stolen and because I dont took pictures prior to leaving, no way to complain. In top they try to get.more money charging me cash, I have to prove that I wasnt carrying cash, then they accepted my card.and lower.the charges. This particular parking spot is a scam to the maximum.
These guys make it an easy experience!Ano was so helpful and went out of his way to help me after I had discovered my phone was missing while I was checking in. They sent a shuttle immediately for me to bring me back to my car (I found the phone) and then returned me back to my terminal in record time! Thanks Ano!!
Awful service!!!!! Unprofessional employee, screaming, not helping us with our luggage, cursing. Manager and Owner did nothing, did not give us one cent back for all the trouble we faced, even though their employee cursed at us in front of them, and tried to cover for them. I would say save your moneys worth, there is other parking lots near by.
Its a little tricky to find, but JFKLongTermParketing is a good lot for JFK parking. Weve parked there a couple of times and have had good experiences. Easy in and easy out. Its not the cheapest around, but they do send out promotions from time to time. Theyll drive you to the terminal at JFK. Depending on which driver you get, the ride can be a little scary because they sometimes drive too fast.
They take EZ pass, which made it really simple for me. Didnt have to worry about keeping a ticket or finding it. It does take a few seconds to scan at the gate. Not as fast as the tolls. Car seems safe, I recommend taking a picture of the lot area sign, A4, a26, b24. Wherever you are. Air train was fast and simple. Relatively easy and convenient.
Let me start with this. We have never had a problem with JFK or Newark Long term parking. Both always professional and on time.We consider ourselves good tippers. Never do we tip the driver less than $5 whether they handle our bags or not. For our resent trip (12/24-12/27), we tipped both ways $10 each to the drivers. Both times we had just carry on bags and held them in our laps. But it was the holidays after all.On our return I went to check out. The man behind the counter said “you have a free day coming to you, would you like to use it now?” To which I said sure.. He then said, since you saved money, how about a $20 tip? ??? I kinda laughed it off and left.I tip the drivers because they help of out and I’m sure they don’t make much. I’ve never tipped the counter as I feel they make more than the drivers or share tips with them. Not sure. We were just a bit taken back at the request for a tip.Anyway, it does not change our feeling about the facility.. Still the best at either airport hands down.
Most horrendous experience for parking. I pre-booked and then they sent me to a new lot because they were full. Waited at the second lot with at least 10 other groups waiting to check in. 25 min later they turned us all away because they were overbooked. All parties prepaid as well. We ended up missing our flight and paid double to park at airport. The workers were stressed running around and the owner or manager was no where to be seen. Would never book again with them.
The service was good, but the employees are not trustworthy.We left a bag behind accidentally with a ninetendo switch and other items inside. They did not bother to call. My husband called a week later and they told us the bag was their. When we went to pick it up it obviously looked like they went threw the bag. All the items where in the bag, but the nintendo switch. Also, online they say the rate is $21.99. When I went to pay it was $24.99. He said theirs a sign when you come in that says so. Shame on them.
This was NOT a good experience! We arrived to the JFK Discount Parking lot with plenty of time to spare. We arrived to sheer chaos. Several people were fighting with the parking attendant over the shuttle and ‘oversized’ vehicle on-site charges People were waiting in the dirty street with their bags for the shuttle, people were video taping their cars for fear that they would be damaged in the cramped lot.The lot itself was riddled with trash including a television in front of the little office trailer.A line of traffic was forming to enter. They charged us $5 per day for our “large oversized” Toyota Highlander and we had no choice but to pay the extra $40 because we didn’t have time to find another lot.I had to fight to get on the dinky 12-person unmarked shuttle because it took so long to check in our car that we were running late for our flight.They started turning people away and sending them to a different lot. I don’t know how those poor people even made their flights.Then, when we returned, we got out of the shuttle and were immediately attached by a ton of mosquitoes. The parking attendant said the owner was supposed to spray for the bugs, but had not done so and he tried to spray bleach to kill them.The workers were very nice – especially since they had to deal with such irate customers, but this place is very poorly run and dishonest!I am a travel blogger and I will be sharing this experience with my followers.
This was my first time using this service. My experience from beginning to end was very very easy . The customer service was good. When I returned to pick up my car I call and by the time I walked to the pick up area the shuttle was there. I will definitely be using this again.
They have listed too many stars. If there was a negative star that is what it would get. This company is a BIG rip Off. they sell space which they do not have those pictures are from last year during the shut down of COVID-19. Take my advice DO NOT go CHEAP. A few more dollars will not only save you a headache, but $$$ as well
We recently used JFK long term parking while on a week long vacation. Their service was excellent. We had an early morning flight and live a couple hours away so drove up to the area the night before our flight and decided to park our car that evening instead of having to bother with it in the early morning hours. They were very accommodating of our needs. Their personal at the check in and out desk were very polite as were the shuttle drivers. The pickup upon our return was very quick and easy to spot and our car was parked up front when we arrived. Their pricing is right on par but the best part is their 5 hour window policy. Every other company that I looked at in the area charges a whole day if your car pickup time is an hour later than your drop off time. The five hours is very fair of them and we were able to adjust our timing to make that work for us. They have a loyalty program and perks where you can earn free days. Their website is very detailed and has a lot of information including videos of how to find them. As the area can have heavy traffic they were helpful. Watch them and it will be super easy to find them.If traveling from JFK I will 100% use them again!
We have used JFK Long Term Parking for quite a few years now, their service is great, airport shuttle wait times are usually within 15-20 minutes, no car damage or missing items so far. You can probably find lower daily rates around JFK, but you might be gambling with your cars security and safety.
I followed GPS and thought this was the JFK official long term parking but this is a private parking service, there is one person attending clients, after leaving car a shuttle will take you to terminal, no airtrain. If you are looking for official Long Term JFK just drive to JFK Airport and take first exit before termnial and follow white signs Long Term Parking. Have a Safe trip!.

I lost my money, time as well as my flight.Theres no such parking place available, they simply use your credit card to rob money,I booked the parking for 1 month and paid online. Took the printout at the time of my flying date. Theres no such parking place and people from cheapest airport parking guided me all different directions in Queens, NY. Finally I understand this is just scam. I missed the flight. Terrible. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. They only have one person at the JFK location to shuttle people for early a.m. flights and we were an early morning flight. BUT NOBODY advised they only had one person. We waited 23 mins till the shuttle driver returned. Meanwhile, you call the reservation number, leave a message and nobody calls you back! We were ready to call an Uber so as not to miss our plane or park in the ultra expensive JFK short term lot!
Used to this place dozens of times but service has gone downhill recently. Last time I used their services we had to wait in 20 mins for a shuttle in the freezing cold and then another 15 mins for another passenger. Even with pleading with them they refused to let us take an uber.
Used to be really great and has REALLY gone down hill. Multiple men working here have been incredibly rude to me regarding everything from putting luggage on the shuttle to picking me up from the terminal. Often have to sit on the shuttle and wait 30 min for it to even leave for the terminals.... I was told I could not bring a small fragile camera bag into the passenger area of shuttle. I was then baraded the whole ride to the terminal and talked down to because I asked to hold my bag...Used to love them, but I’m trying someone new next time....
I returned from vacation to my car being crashed while it was here and they weren’t going to even let us know that it happened. You could tell that they had just crashed the car moving it up front for our arrival because it was raining all day and the headlight had a hole in it with almost no water in it and they acted like they didn’t know what happened.
The place is conveniently located, the staff is friendly, the shuttle is frequently picking up from the terminal. The service is speedy, and the shuttle is clean as a whistle. Truly a first class experience with them and so close to the highway that you merely need a minute to be on your way.
Excellent service, definitely will use again ! Pricing was great for 5 days (use coupon on their website) and car was in same condition as when dropped off. Pickup time on return trip can improve but thats a very small issue. Next time will call right after exiting the plane. 5/5 stars
Very convenient parking when traveling out of JFK airport. Shuttle service is fast. It took about 10 - 12 minutes to get to terminal 5.They park the car for you when you drop it off, and they have it ready when you return. Just let them know your exact return date, and call ahead when you arrive at the airport.You can probably find better pricing if you look around. But my experience was definitely a pleasant one.
Everyone please make sure to take pics of your car when dropping off and always inspect your car before you leave the premises. Lesson learned. I didnt and got home to find dents in both the front and back of my car. Even though they have video of me not inspecting the car and George was so proud to tell me this, they wouldnt do the right thing. They can easily see that I didnt enter the lot with this damage. But, no inspection, no claim. Its a shame because I used there services several times before. Never again!!!!!!
These guys are my new go to place. They are very friendly and fast. In the winter they warm your car. They are very prompt at picking you up as compared to others I have used in the past. I wish they were a bit cheaper yet after using others Id rather pay a little extra and get great service. And compared to the airport they are cheaper.
Well staffed, at the time of drop off immediately taken care of, office is right next to it and the guy was friendly. The shuttle driver was super helpful and courteous. For pickup up it was super easy they were right outside of arrivals. Great price with the AAA discount of 20%, ended up being similar to the dinguie/dubious cheap ones out there.
Honestly, I wasnt expecting much just because of what Ive heard of other LT parking businesses. But was WOWed! The drivers were courteous, the people who took my reservation and payment were also nice. Car was clean and ready for me to drive out once I arrived. I waited maybe 5/7 minutes of the van which was pretty amazing for JFK. All around great service and will absolutely be using them again!
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I thought this was a great company, they were kind and their service was great. I now know why. I just got home from my trip and couldn’t find my credit card that was locked in the glovebox. One of the workers opened my glovebox, stole my credit card, and just made 3 huge purchases. On Christmas Eve. I called and they told me they can’t help, they aren’t responsible, and they don’t care. Sick people. Don’t trust them.
What a great experience I had with this company. From the people on the phone to the staff at lot A+++, got to lot on day of departure and waited less than 5 minutes for shuttle to Terminal upon my return 6 days later a quick call and they were there to pick up on 20 min which is quite good considering that its JFK. Will use and and suggest all others do as well, good pricing too.
Done with them. First experience wasn’t that good as my car clock was off a couple of hours so they must have killed my battery and jump started it and never told me. This time on 11/16/18 2:45 pm I had the most obnoxious shuttle driver on the planet who was pissed because I wasn’t in the right spot when he went to pick me up. He proceeded to talk to another passenger in the van about me saying some people just don’t understand english. Poor customer service! F&&k that place and their obnoxious shuttle drivers.
This place DOES NOT deserve one star. AWFUL costumer service. Our car was crashed by the driver before we arrived to the parking lot for pick up. No one even bothered to apologize. Terrible! They didn’t even want us to call the police but of course we did. Every time we called to speak to the owner he was “out sick” or “in the hospital”. Refused to provide us with company insurance information. Unprofessional and rude costumer service. PLEASE do yourself a favor and Pay extra for a different parking place. These people cannot be trusted! They sure will pay for all the damages and inconveniences they caused us! Our lawyer is preparing a good case!!
Super quick service and transport to and from the airport, so quick we had to hold on to something cause I could swear our From driver had to use the restroom, like right away...Also loved how great they were at scratching my vehicle. We came home to find scrathes all over our doors, like if they were banged with other car doors.Will give it 4 ☆☆☆☆ stars for the price, since it was cheap, but you know what they say... you get what you pay for.
Very easy drop off and pick up. Car was ready when we got back to the lot. Shuttle drivers loaded and unloaded luggage. Waited about 30 minutes for pickup shuttle back to lot. Only irritated me because we were tired, just arriving on Red Eye. I would use this service again.
When I arrived from my flight it took them ten minutes to ANSWER my phone call. I gave them my ticket number the said they would be there in 20 mins. 25 minutes later they show up and a large family got to the van before I did. The driver took them even though I called first. Waited another 15 mins for the next van. Meanwhile it’s 30 degrees out and I have two little kids. Took 50 mins from the time I called until the time I got on the shuttle.
They totally lived up to what the website said. We flew out of jfk to Ft lauderdale recently. I don’t think we waited 10 minutes and we were on a shuttle to the airport. On the way back we called, they told us where to wait and were right there. Our car was waiting and running when we got there. Will definitely use them again and recommend to cruisers flying out
The shuttle service was prompt and extra helpful with our luggage. Parked here for 16 days while in Italy and everything was wonderful until we returned to find the front license plate hanging off the bumper by one screw. No one could tell me what happened, and the front desk even checked the tape and confirmed that the plate was not like that upon entry. Their solution - they sent someone out with plastic ties to secure the plate and told me that Id need to buy new screws to secure it properly. No discount, no explanation of how it was damaged. Now my very new vehicle suspiciously makes a grinding noise when turning left. Ive concluded that this place damaged the car and did a terrible job of concealing it or trying to make it right. Not happy!
Very poor service.dont even want to give 1 star. Wont recommend this to anyone but if you park there then be careful if you need shuttle while returning from the airport then they expect you to be outside of the airport and then only call them. Otherwise they dont have patience to wait. The driver directly told us to take a Uber cab as your allotted shuttle has gone (?)and when we asked for timing of next shuttle then the person simply asked us to pay $20/- . whereas the email we recieved from them a day before we landed to jfk saying shuttle service is available 24×7 evry after 20-30mins and call them once you arrive at the airport.Finally we had to take a cab and paid $18/- from our pocket.
Friendly staff, however our vehicle was damaged. Shame on us for not going over the vehicle once we arrived to pick it back up, it was never mentioned to check the car either. We had travelled for over 12 hours, and still needed to drive 3+ hours to get back home at 1:30 am. We didnt notice the damage until the next morning, and immediately contacted them. They will not do anything to help. We have used other lots on Conduit Ave several other times with no issue. Now we have to pay to repair the damage to our vehicle that is less than 1 year old. We will try a different lot next time!
These guys are cheap - one of the lowest cost options but that is their only advantage. They are very unprofessional - I had to call and hold for three times for a total to 30 minutes to get a pickup. Their lot is gravel / dirt and my car was filthy. I like to save a buck but I have learned my lesson with JFK parking.
Compared to other close by parking lots, this lot and its benefits are something other lots dont offer. This place is insured, which means, if damage is done to your car, they will pick up the bill for repairs, they also have shuttle service to and from the airport. The rate here per day after all taxes and fees is equal up to about $22 something. But dont let that discourage you, inside the airport is over $40 per day with no type of service. But by the end of the day, its your choice.
This was a convenient and safe spot to park our car while flying out of JFK. My husband and I parked our car here for 6 days. It was easy to reserve a spot online, the check-in and payment process was fast, and the airport shuttle was timely and super convenient. The price paid was exactly what we had reserved online, so there were no surprises there. In addition, our car was just as we had left it. I would use them again!
Cheaper than the airport long term lot. Shuttle dropped us off and picked us up at our terminal so we didnt have to negotiate the train. Upon our return, our car had been cleared of snow and warmed up and was waiting for us up front. Had to wait for the shuttle for about 30 min to pick us up at the terminal but Im going to cut them some slack since we flew home the day after a major snow storm and even at 1 am, JFK was complete chaos. Employees and shuttle drivers were friendly. Will definitely consider parking here again in the future.
If you need to get away for awhile and dont have anyone to drop you off at JFK airport or cant figure out where to park if youre driving yourself, JFK long term parking makes it easy for you. You park at their facility and they drop you off to your terminal. On your return, you call them and they pick you up to return you to your car. The price is reasonable, and they usually have promotions as well. Every experience so far has been amazing.
The name is confusing as it is not part of the airports long term parking lot. It is a lot cheaper compared to the official lot. Its fairly easy to park and then they shuttle you to your terminal. Coming back can upwards of 30+ minutes. You are at the mercy on how busy they are. They only have a few shuttles running. I saw their competitors come by our terminal more often than LTP. Also check the internet for promo codes as they frequently post codes that reduce the cost to 10-12/day. My experience hasnt been the best, each time the pickup took over 30 minutes. YMMV
Had a very good experience using JFK Airport Long Term Parking. Our shuttle left their site within five minutes of our pulling up at their lot and the shuttle arrived at the JFK terminal within five minutes of my calling them when I returned home last night. Jean, who drove the van last night, was helpful and got out of the van to load our luggage into the van and removed our luggage from the van when we got to the destination. Highly recommend them.
DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! I recently went on vacation and parked for a week. My car was rummaged through and my work phone was stolen. The phone was in a hidden spot so they had to really violate my vehicle in order to find it. They called several times claiming they would check the cameras, blah, blah but the bottom line was they did nothing! I will never park here again and I suggest you don’t either
I had to use them last minute as the taxicab I hired failed to show!! so I was in a big rush. I was nervous never leaving my car in long-term parking before, they had me in and out in a few minutes and on a shuttle to my flight. Being nervous I took a photo of my odometer, and when I got back it was it the same mileage I left it, they pick me up right away from the airport got me to my car and I was out in 5mins. For the five days it was $125 the cab the was $60 if it showed so the price was about the same. Would use them again!
Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. First off I drive a 2016 Nissan titan XD.. yes a very big truck thats why I asked them to park it on the back fence so it doesnt have to keep getting moved.. We parked there on the morning of the January 26th and returned home Wednesday January the 30th.. upon flying home from Mexico we heard the weather was below zero. Unfortunately I only had shorts to wear so when we got off the bus delivering us back to the parking lot I ran inside then jumped into my truck with out looking over the vehicle. Unfortunately yesterday I decided to look at my truck and noticed that my right tail light was cracked.. After inspecting that I called JFK long term parking, they said to call the claims guy today after 4. So after speaking to George for 20 minutes, he still insisted because I didnt see it on Wednesday night they couldnt do nothing and that I am probably the one who broke it.. I take offense to that because I know for sure it wasnt me... well here is the picture that I took.
Currently waiting for the shuttle. It’s been 40 minutes. 3 calls. The lot is 2 minutes away. Company claimed a shuttle was here although we’ve stood where instructed via phone and no shuttle has come. Extremely disappointed.Update: 51 minutes and 4 phone calls to get the shuttle to pick us up.
After reading the reviews from a lot of Airport parking services, including this one, I was not sure if I should park my car on any of the parking lots by JFK as this was the the first time for me. I was traveling with a lot of luggage with my family and a cab was costing me too much. So one day before my flight I decided to take the risk and I booked myself a reservation. Next day, I arrive at the lot and everything went smooth and nice. I had my bro made a complete movie of the car with the premises and noted down the mileage. It took me 2 -4 mins check in and hand in the car and another 2 mins to get in the shuttle van. I was given a number on a receipt card to call when I arrive back at jfk.So when I arrived back, I kept updating them on when my flight landed and when I collected my bags. He told me to be next to a gate outside and the shuttle arrived in about 5 minutes. Took us another 5 minutes to get to the lot and then 2 mins to check out and get the car. Car was ready by the main office before we arrived. I checked the car around and the mileage and everything seemed ok.I left the lot happy.
Went to get a job and refused to give me an opportunity at their company... Female ... Clean license ...never had an accident ... I am willing to learn... Wished people can be open mind and learn to trust new comers... Male will win that opportunity at this place... But female are driven to do anything to protect home... Just wanted something new on my future resumes...Ill be fine... Love my bartending skills... As a bartender sometimes we need new ventures in life, a different atmosphere.
Cheaper than long-term parking at the airport. However the man who parks the cars working on the morning of 12/29/2017 was rude, condescending, impatient, and used rough language towards my elderly foreign parents and my family. He really has NO people skills! The shuttle driver however was pleasant.
I generally look for 3 things in the places I frequent:Service - there is no service to speak up here. Suppose if you find the parking spot that is far away from the air train you are going to need to use the buses however my find that it is worth the extra couple of minutes to find his face as close to the AirTran station is possible.Offering - this offer is quite straightforward. For a few dollars a day, you can park your car in an uncovered lot. If you have a car, and are going on a short trip, it may be worth driving to JFK as opposed to taking and uber or a taxi.Atmosphere - be atmosphere here is pretty standard. There is a well lit parking area and buses that run pretty frequently. This atmosphere certainly feels very safe.I hope you found this review helpful.
Save yourself a headache and DO NOT park at this place!!! They are not professional, reliable and more important they are not responsible of your vehicle. My car was returned with bumper damage and they denied my claim because I could not prove that it happened there. BE CAREFUL!! My experience with this place was horrible and they have no consideration or respect for the customer.
It will costs you a fortunate to park in a long term lots.Take a Taxi or an Uber if you are taking a trip. Also, it is cheaper and faster to take LIRR from Penn Station to Jamaica Station, then Airtrain to your terminal. You are in JFK in 30 minutes. It only cost you $14:50.But if you are picking up someone, park your vehicle at Cell Phone Parking lot wait for the passenger to call you when he or she ready to come out, then go and pickup. The short term parking can be anywhere from $8:00 to 12:00 an hour depending on the terminal!
I used to do business with air park for almost 10 years now and never had a complain now they changed there name to this and I had the worst service ever my truck was not warm up like the other guys used to do alwaysI ask for my keys so I can start up my truck with the remote start cause wife was in it and the guy didn’t hand up keys until payment was processedNever ever again would do business with this company
Parked my vehicle left for a funeral. Returned & was in a rush to get back to the airport/forgot camera in aircraft, didnt inspected my vehicle until I got to my fuel stop. My vehicle was hit/damaged front left bumper. I couldnt complain Id already left this location. 😣
PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS UNLIKE I DID ! I left the lot with damage to my new bmw (Two parallel 5-6 inch long, deep scratches ) and was given what seems to be the common excuse from George that “I can’t prove that it happened at their lot so I must’ve caused the damage myself” . George even went as far as to say I just didn’t know the condition of MY car (which I drive daily) when I brought it in. Do not park here . I wasnt rude, I was hung up on & dismissed. Don’t park here .
As of early April they are working on one of the air train tracks so the trains are running slower than normal (about 15 minutes to get back to Lefferts after 11pm). That being said , this is still a wonderful resource to have and fairly priced compared to other travel options.
Watch your bill, Note that they tack on a fee (not the airport or NYC but afee of unknown reasons ON ALL SYAS read your bill-- asked what is was --i dont know. Sign up as afrequent stayer because they say accumulate points towards future stays--- THEY CHARGE FOR IT-- cmpare that rate to the AAA rate and the AA rate is cheaper--i asked (called) and even emailed them -- wont respond FREQ GUESTS PAY HIGHER so ZERO LOYALITY here- i will never use them again(i stayed 4 times or more here ayear of a week each time-- THEY DONT CARE

2022-02-03*******WARNING********This was the damage done to my car at this parking lot. I should have known something was not right when the worker was trying to put my luggage in my front seat when it had dirt and snow on it. Advised me they would fix my vehicle but only at the shop they provide but won’t take responsibility for the damage. They are aware that the damage was done on the property. Just wish more honest people would exist, so disappointed

2021-08-31First time using this parking lot and I have to say was a good easy experience. When you arrive pull up to the parking section with the stop sign, go inside with your keys and they will give you a return ticket with a number to call with your ticket number. When returning at the airport as soon you received your luggage call the number provide what terminal and airline and they will tell you what letter passenger pickup to wait at. I waited literally 5 mins. When you get back to the parking lot your car should already be in the front just go inside pay, get your keys and you are ready to go! Both front desk and driver was super friendly and welcoming. I would def use this parking again.

2022-02-17------UPDATED REVIEW-------------Hi everyone. I posted a scathing review of my experience a few weeks ago when the phone lines were down and customers were left stranded in the cold with no way of contacting for pick up- and then the complete lack of customer awareness and smarts by the manager on duty in their office.Well honest reviews hold people accountable. I posted that review the night it happened I was so furious. A senior manager (not sure if he was the owner) Mo reached out to me via phone and email first thing the next morning. He was extremely apologetic, and instead of defending a situation explained to me that they intend on fixing the situation so it never happens again, and also that they will speak to the staff to learn how to handle situations better. He refunded my parking and encouraged me to please use the service again as this was not a usual occurrence. I am hoping that this situation has taught them a lesson- but I was satisfied with the attempt to fix the situation and appease the customer- this establishes trust and no doubt makes me more confident about leaving a valuable car with them.As I mentioned in my initial review- the drop-off experience was fantastic (and I had used them in the past and had a great experience overall) but the return home was terrible- but hopefully this problem has been rectified. You need to have a BACK UP NUMBER, or mobile text number unrelated to your hard wired phone lines. Always need a back up.I was impressed with Mos candor and desire to resolve this issue.

2022-07-04Great option for long term parking. Price was great and wasnt hard to find using the address provided in the reservation confirmation. Shuttles were consistent and the driver was very courteous. Check out was fast and the car was ready for us when we arrived back. Just remember as with any shuttle service, allow for additional time for traffic and shuttle availability as part of your flight prep schedule.

2022-02-25Great rate, specially for a last minute parking reservation. Quick hand off, on to the shuttle and fast terminal arrival. I called to request pick up and Roop was there in what seemed like 5 minutes. The car was warm and checkout seemed instantaneous. Will definitely leave my car with them again.

2022-03-02These guys are AWESOME. Not only did we have a wrong reservation for another spot when we arrived but we also got stuck abroad for an extra five days due to airline issues. These guys were so helpful and didn’t use the circumstances as an excuse to charge us more… they gave us such a good price, were incredibly funny and kind, and kept our car nice and safe the whole time we were gone! It’s also really close to the airport and the shuttle was prompt. My favorite JFK PARKING spot!

2022-05-09A larger sign off the exit would have helped but not a major issue if youre paying more attention than I was. Attendants were very kind, cashier was helpful and efficient so the line to check in my vehicle was quick. Shuttle was ready as soon as we arrived and came within ten minutes of us notifying them that we had returned. My car was parked and ready to pull out after I checked out. Seamless experience will use them again next time I fly out of JFK. Highly recommend.

2022-05-31Been using their parking services for years. The way you bring your vehicle to the parking area is the same way youll get it back. I never had any issues there. The reason they didnt get 5 stars is because its always an adventure trying to pay and leave there premises. I always have to contact someone so they can reset the machine to pay or get an accurate reading of my license plate. Those payment machines need upgrades. Other than that, a great place to park.

First time using these guys And they were great.On drop off we checked in and they had us in a shuttle and at the airport within 15 minutes.On arrival Out flight was delayed, we got in at 2am it was 0 degrees and windy. Called when we got our baggage, The shuttle was there to pick us up within 15 minutes of calling.When we arrived at the parking lot my vehicle was Right upfront ready to go running a warm-up we were checked out and on the road within 5 minutes.Five star service.ThanksPete
