DO NOT USE THIS LOT. We made reservations at the JFK Discount through Way.com but were turfed to Super E8ight because of space issues. We arrived at this lot and there was NO attendant. The incredibly small lot, which is in a residential area, was completely full with cars double parked on the street. I called the number and the individual told me he was the only one working, incredibly busy, and that there was no shuttle to the airport. I waited 30 minutes, emailed way.com to cancel because I could no longer cancel in the app, and left to the airport. I missed my flight because of this delay and had to pay an extra $2500 to rebook on another airline. I called way.com because customer service has not responded and was told that they will not refund me because the parking lot is saying there were no issues! This lot is not a reliable nor safe place to park your car.

Had to use last-minute, like MORNING OF/HOURS BEFORE flight. We were able to park easily and get to JFK in the shuttle no problem. Getting home was the issue. We were forced to wait at JFK for three hours before we were picked up (in a broken down white van with a stuck parking break, so the entire drive consisted of an awful burning smell and alerts beeping). Please never use these people, they dont care about their business.

Horrible people horrible service, more like a scam paid for 7days parking in which I came back on day 5, to only see my car parked on the street 2 blocks away from the actual location, they gave me a business card with a the wrong address as a key tag. Thwy say they offer free shuttle thats a lie, paid for my own taxi after Calling for pick up and all numbers were disconnected called the number on the card went straight to voicemail. I get to the location only for the owner black gentle to be very rude and nasty then hes says welcome to Guys parking! Dont park your vehicle at this location save yourself the headache.

There is space on the side of a building for about 8 or 10 cars. Not knowing this, I booked a parking spot here on Ways after paying online. When I drive to them, the guy there said they do not work with Ways and asked for cash payment again. The old guy at the parking spot insisted I pay in cash. I did and then contacted Ways to refund the money. They too did not. It has been over 9 months now. Petty folks! Avoid these guys!

They will drive your car while it’s supposed to be parked.The workers are rude and expect tips. Plus the people in charge of parking your car LIVE in the “complimentary van” which is supposed to shuttle you to the airport . BAD BAD SERVICE! Don’t park your car here they will steal after taking your car for a joy ride.The free shuttle also didn’t want to pick me back up from the airport because I didn’t tip him when he made me late for my flight!!!! I rather tip an Uber.We complained to other customers in front where the so called manager approached us. He didn’t even care, I expressed no wonder he has so many bad reviews online he replied “ I don’t care I’ve been in business for 10 years” don’t park your car here please AVOID THE STRESS AND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS

My fuel door panel was broken off when i picked up my car. After reading scathing reviews on yelp and google, my suspicions are confirmed i’m getting the run around when calling for the manager Ed. They hang up immediately after they tell me he’s not there. Do not park here! There is plenty of free street parking in Queens with no street cleaning near the airport. Save yourself the headache and $400.

BEWARE! Do not park your car here. No sign for the parking lot, no attendant present. I had to knock on a bunch of doors to see if I could get any help. When someone finally came out, he said there was no shuttle service for me to get to the airport, and that I better call an uber. I wish I could have left and found another parking lot at the time, but I was late for my flight after searching for the parking lot and attendant for 30 mins. The morning before my flight back to NYC, I called to see if they would have shuttle service to pick me up from the airport, which they did, but told me to call when I landed. I landed at JFK early, and I know the parking lot is less than 10 mins away from the airport. It still it took them OVER AN HOUR to pick me up from the airport. NEVER AGAIN!!!
