Convenient mostly covered parking lot for terminal 8. Three floors located across the street from the terminal otherwise known as American Airlines. Good for short stay. Anything after 6 hours will cost you $46 per day. If youre going on a trip think about Long Term Parking. $22 per day.

Technology was great! Prepaid on line, filled out the car information they requested. I pulled up at the gate, the screen was telling me that they were reading my plate number. A few seconds later the gate opens, I found a spot on the ground level close to the terminal. Two weeks later I returned to my car, no dings, scratches, just the way I left it. And was able to exit as easy as I entered. Will definitely do again if I had to travel.Price was responsible in my opinion.

I used prepaid parking, which was convenient and less expensive for a long trip. It was a luxury to be able to walk right to my car after being away on a trip. The cost of prepaid parking was less than using a rental car or a limo. One word of advice though, I found the instructions for entering under prepay to be confusing, so I pushed the button for a ticket. This got me a surprise when I returned, an exit gate demand for $423 which is considerably more than the prepay. A very polite and patient person on the other end of the help system, took my information and canceled the extra payment. Five stars for convenient parking and great service!

Worst customer service.I pre-booked online for 7 nights. I went to park and gate didnt open..then I called customer service told me to pull the ticket to get in...came back from trip try to get out..this man worked on the 25th of June around 10pm had an accent told me I cant open you have to insert and pay.. and he told me oh you entered yourself its not the customer service who pulled you in to enter.what a miserable person ..please hire people who are qualified...never buy online again

I love parking here!!! Terminal is right across the street. Could not be any easier! Better than waiting for a car service pickup in the cold!!!

Quick and easy. Ordered online to save some money. Pulled in gate immediately recognized car plates and same with leaving too. The technology is great!
