I would not recommend working with this landscaping company. I could write paragraphs upon paragraphs of my experiences but I will share just the highlights. The co-owner is rude, defensive and has no accountability for her lack of communication or responsiveness. It’s unfortunate the way she handles client interactions and her business.Moving onto their landscaping team; they’ve left nicks on our deck, knocked over potted plants and did not pick them back up, missing parts of lawn lights, a broken window (which I’m confident would not have been addressed if I wasn’t home at the time) and worst of all- gates left open knowing very well we have a dog (which was made clear to the co-owner who reassured me she would “speak” to her team and every single time they’ve come..the gate has been left open).The overall landscaping has been fine, however, “fine” has not been worth the frustration we’ve been put through.I would suggest looking elsewhere- if you’re looking for someone who cares for your property as much as you do and communicates efficiently, this is not the company for you, otherwise enjoy a headache of a landscaping experience.

After 20 years using this service, I cannot get a phone call response after weeks and weeks of follow up..and this was for extra work I wanted done. TERRIBLE Customer Service!!!
