Took my car in for a spark plug and ignition coil change job that probably takes less than an hour but was being charged $550 which is ridiculous and so I decided not to give them the job and he asked me for $50 just for checking my car out which wasn’t mentioned initially when we spoke. Don’t be fooled by the rating of this shop. It was a huge mistake taking my car there

John and his team are really wonderful. It is not always easy as a woman to feel comfortable in an auto repair shop but they are honest, respectful and get the job done. Highly recommend.

As an out of town customer, I cannot say enough good things about Jack and the team at Jimco. They were responsive and helpful and, most importantly, honest and fair. It was a unique situation that I had to have a car towed to them and we dealt with everything by phone. While they could have easily convinced me to spend $2,000 or more I was advised that the car was not worth that investment. Their assistance in getting a salvage yard to pay a fair price and pick it up helped control my loss.This shop treated me as well as the local shop in my area that I have been using for 30 years. Anyone living in or near Bethpage should consider them for their car service needs.
