Javier was extremely helpful. He not only fixed the laptop but delivered it to the house, I then ordered a new wireless printer and he came to the house again to deliver and set up, He stands by his estimate and is a man of his word and honor. Javier and Karen are both competent and knowledgeable techs. I use them for both personal and business work and they seem to know how to solve every problem and hurdle that we encounter. They sometimes run late for appointments, but they always call or text in advance and let you know whats going on. They offer good advice about software and hardware solutions and are up to date on the latest technology.
I was given Javiers number by a friend. He responded promptly and actually came to Mahwah which is a drive for him. He explained to me in detail what to expect and took my computer to work on. He returned the computer and again explained what he did and also help set up my new Router. Very patient and knowledgeable. I also will add his bill for services was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend reaching out with any computer issues that you have.

We are very happy with the service provided by JK Techs. Javier knows everything about computers that we dont know. But we do know that when anything goes wrong he can make it right again. Its also reassuring that the same person, who knows you and your system, will be the one who shows up when you have a problem.

Three years ago my old PC was becoming too annoying with all its problems and I wanted a change. After some hemming and hawing and searching all the usual discount stores, I opted to have Javier supply a refurbished system which has more than met my needs. I cant imagine calling anyone else when I run into a problem with my devices. He went well beyond the required time limits to settle our recent tribulations and the price was more than reasonable. They were very professional and fixed my laptop in about a week. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and give me all of my options. Their prices are really good compared to some local shops and the best part for me was that they will pick up and drop off your machine or device at your home if youre too busy to take it to them. This is my 3rd or 4th time using them for different laptops over the years and theyve always done an excellent job.
Had a number of problems with my new PC. Worst was Pop-up Ads that totally froze the machine. Called Javier and he was available within 3 hours. I made a huge mistake in hiring an online company for in home service to repair my laptop which was overheating and shutting down. The technician took three hours at $198 per hour but the computer continued to overheat and shut down. I found JK Tech Solutions on Angies List and I couldnt be happier. Karen and Javier took the time to show me what needed to be done and, following the service, showed me the dust they had removed from the fan that the other tech had claimed to have cleaned. Their charge was $69.95 and my computer has been running perfectly for over a week now. I shall definitely be calling Javier and Karen for any of my future computer needs.

TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES.My Macbook Pro stopped working altogether 1/19/17. After spending about 4 hours on the phone with Apple Support just to realize I wasnt going to be able to take the next remedial steps I started looking for local tech support near Rhinebeck. Javier was the first person to return my call and the only one able to help.I was in his Hopewell office the next day dropping my computer off for a new hard drive. Unable to get back down to his office 40 minutes away, Javier delivered my fixed computer to my home for a nominal fee on the 26th. He charged me no more than he said he would: the cost of the new SSD and his very reasonable labor for installing it.Everything worked well. For a day. Even though the glitch turned out to be the brand new SSD which was outside of his control, Javier assumed responsibility of the situation and replaced the faulty SSD with a brand new one, at no cost to me.I was and am very grateful to Javier for looking after me. I was able to collect my fixed Mac before leaving the country for several months - hence the delayed review. But now I can testify that my mac has been working perfectly ever since Javier fixed it 5 months ago.Javier and his lovely wife Karen make an honest, professional, trust-worthy, and courteous partnership. Id return to them if I needed help with my computer again, and I recommend them highly.

Great business! After spending hundreds with the Geek Squad for a laptop repair, decided to check something local. Explained the problem when we dropped it off, got a call within 2 days that it was ready, paid less than a hundred, and laptop fixed. Had some problems with our new antivirus and when we returned to fix that problem, no charge. IMPRESSIVE! … a business like this is far and few in between. He has earned my business for life plus great referrals!!

What a great experience I had working with Javier and Karen . I had trouble installing Office 2016 and spent 4 hours on the phone with Microsoft techs and they could not solve the problem and treated my like crap. I brough my computer to JK Tech and they solved the problem.. Thanks guys. I am back in business
Ive known Javier for about 6 years now. Hes very knowledgeable about computers n printers n has helped me out numerous times. My only complaint is he never comes between the time frame he specifies n usually late without calling me to let me know hes running late, which affects my entire day n sometimes into the evening, like Wed. he was 1 hr n 20 min. late, thus I was 20 min. Late getting to my evening class that I paid for. Professionals cant do this to their clients without giving them some type if compensation. I m extremely busy. Insensitivity to a committment gone over time makes for bad relations.
Hello hudson valley, once again another great experience with jk tech solutions in hopewell jct. javier and karen delivered as promised about my dell laptop. i would not go anywhere else but to these guys. geek squad and other tech outfit has nothing on jk tech sloutions. their prices are great and they dont sell you stuff you dont need.they even text you back when you send them a text, now thats personal service.
We have used JK Tech Solutions numerous times for issues with our computers in our physical therapy office as well as set up and virus protection. They are prompt, efficient, highly skilled and offer very reasonable rates.
He does not know what he is doing. He claims to have a background in computers. I called him in for a issue with my printer, and when he left it worked and 1 hour later it did not. He sold me a sub standard router, although he did take it back. He is not someone who know what he is doing. He kept saying oh I do what is easiest instead of solving the problem. Low rates you all say.. you get what you pay for and he is sub standard. Also, I had to reset everything and he does not understand the difference between a wireless extender and a wireless connection. I had to spend 3 hour fixing everything he did, he was absolutely awful, do not hire this guy.
I used to go to those guys in Best Buy but i looked up and called JK Techs. and ill be going no more. I am so happy and grateful because JK Techs was able to service my iMac and went above and beyond the day I called him. He was professional, friendly, informative and explained everything he was doing. It is so hard to find a trustworthy and knowledgable professional to deal with my personal information and desktop. 2022-04-13I had a 2015 Mac that would not boot up. I thought it was garbage. Brought to JK Techs, they replaced the hard drive. Not only were they fast, but totally reasonable. This machine is like brand new. I cant thank them enough! I highly recommend them!!

2018-10-06Javier was very patient with me, I had to push back several weeks because the parts I initially wanted were either not available or delayed. I was initially very nervous to give him all the parts, as all the parts I had are on the higher end when it comes to cost but he has proven to be trustful. He was a bit delayed when it came to responding to texts or emails but I suppose that is because he is a very busy man. I would definitely recommend!

2019-03-21I called Javier to help me with a computer build. He is very knowledgeable in the computer science field and is patient with customers. He did an excellent job with the build. Plus he taught me a lot of the hardware process i never knew existed. If you ever have computer troubles, JK Techs is the place to call.

Initially we were very impressed with his computer skills and his ability to quickly diagnosis a problem and take corrective measures. Our level of confidence has only grown during the ensuing time period. 2016-10-05Javier has excellent work ethics!! I needed help fixing my laptop due to some deadlines at work and he was so nice to understand that and diagnosed the computer issue very promptly. He was right on time for the appointment, finished the work quickly, extremely professional and more importantly I was able to get all this done in the comfort of my home without having to scramble and drive long distances to get the job done. The price of the services is also affordable unlike most other computer diagnostics and repair shops! I hope I dont have any issues in the future, but if I do, JK tech solutions are the only computer Doctors that I would go to! Keep up the good work.

2016-12-02Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. Would use his business again and highly recommended

2021-02-22I knew I had a failing hard drive on my late-2015 iMac and reached out to Javier. He replaced the hard drive and returned the computer to my house. When I discovered the computer still didnt work properly, Javier took the computer back and discovered the new hard drive was faulty. He replaced it, with all my data intact, all for a very reasonable price. His professionalism and friendly demeanor impressed me.
