I was told to come on Friday the uniform was not ready. Came today and have been waiting in line for over 2 hrs. No differentiation between people who are picking up and those placing new orders. Just saw 2 employees leave and there are more than 20 families out here still. I will bring this up to the school’s attention cause I don’t know what kind of monopoly/incentive they have with this business, but it needs to stop. There are other printing companies in Rockaway that can share the load cause they are clearly not prepared. And this isn’t their first rodeo. I can’t believe I recommend this place when my boss wanted cancer awareness tshirts. Last, but certainly not least, they seldom pick up the phone. Why bother with a biz like this?

Excellent service! Plenty of times Ive gone to drop off items and theyve offered to work on them immediately. The work is done right on the spot and Im in and out in a matter of minutes. If they are busy, they will call you when the items are ready. You can always call and get a turnaround time. They are busy right before the school year starts which is understandable. They are friendly and Ive never had any items damaged.

This place is frustrating to deal. First is it hard to reach anyone by phone. and when they do answer they are not very nice. I received a call that my order was ready, stood on a line for over 2 hours in a heatwave to pick up the order to find out it was not ready. I had to go back three times because every time i went back they were missing something. They need to hire more help so they can better organize themselves. This will help their demeanor and professionalism!

The workers are very nice. So once in a while you get the wait outside the store when everyone is last minute school shopping. If someone isnt happy they can go elsewhere or shop earlier. Good quality on clothing and prices are reasonable. I will continue to shoplocally.C&S

Difficult to get them on the phone sometimes you have to go there... they take lots of orders for schools in the area.The shirts are on approximately $12.99 to $14.99 each with the school logo(unsure if the price changes with size); metered street parking in the area. Usually no way if you dont wait until the last minute to order school uniforms.

I no longer own a printer, so I can email items I need printed to JKS Printing and drop by and get them. Theyre efficient and reasonable.

This place may be good for some, but if youre trying to get your kids school clothes, it takes forever! The workers are kind, professional and very courteous, but the amount of orders seem to have them overwhelmed. The clothes are decent quality, so if youre not in a rush its fine, but if you need your stuff quickly, best go somewhere else.

How do you not pick up a phone and make customers wait on line for hours just to get either uniforms or to find out the status of their computer repairs, which by the way are just not gettng done. Hire some people to help you if your so busy. The disregard for their customers is so rude and unprofessional. This is supposed to be a printing and computer repair store but it seems they dont even have a computer program to help them with their school uniform ordering and customer pick up system. They clearly dont care and/or dont know how to run a business and their cheapness in not hiring the necessary staff will result in much lost businrss.

Great place great staff helps and explains everything you need to know in detail they have low prices and packages available Go here for all your school uniform needs they just dont carry the khaki pants I wish they did cuz it would have been one stop here and done maybe in the future overall excellent place I highly recommend
