NEW CLIENTS BEWARE!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU BETTER HAVE AN IN WITH SOMEONE!!! When you call the main phone number or the regional offices you are prompted for a persons name which is great if you know someone there. If you dont know anyone pressing 0 gets you the option to enter someones name.SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!

I work in one of the buildings managed by then (3 times square) and maintenance is lousy. Our kitchen cabinets have been broken for months - no one in JLL seems to care.
