Good honest people...if you love your vehicle just trust them...they know what to do...
They’re very sneaky they don’t know how to install a tire, after 2 days I noticed something wrong with the tire, I went back and they said that I hit the sidewalk, to charge for another tire.
Had my flat tire fixed. I was in and out. Reasonable priced

Took my daughters car there to fix a flat. They were very honest and told us they could but it would be better to replace it and had the tire Insurance and they did all the paperwork and changed the oil and couldn’t be more happy. Since she is a nurse now they told her to come back for a free oil change because of the hard work she was doing in the pandemic.
I am not a fan of this place. I had a bad experience. I needed a descent amount of work done and the owner came to me and told me to drive my car until it breaks. Mechanics are crooks.
Took my car in for repair before a snow storm. During repair, they broke a part of the car and fixed it with a zip tie, the result of which is now costing me $1200 in repairs. I told them, they refused to reimburse me for the cost of the original repair or the $1200 in repairs caused by their work. They did offer to repair it themselves if I brought it back in, but obviously knowing that they use zip ties, I decided that this would not be a good idea. Do not go here.
No appointment necessary, I came in on a Tuesday afternoon to drop of my Jeep for an inspection. The staff was quickly accommodating and very friendly, I was in and out at the time of drop off. They said it would be ready in about an hour so I went out to pass time shopping at some of the nearby stores. My car was ready before the estimated time and I was good to go. Great Service!

Outstanding! Had an emergency car issue while driving through Staten Island with my two young kids and some nice police officers directed me here. So glad they did! The staff and mechanics were all super nice, understanding of our situation, and even though they were swamped they helped us out quickly and honestly. Can not recommend these folks strongly enough!
I must say time for a positive here..Richie and sister Christi treat you right at home.. I went for headlight replacement and was charged half I paid elsewhere..given a honest wait time frame and they beat the clock each time..Service with a smile ..and all of this made my day.. Car was ready before estimated time and they picked me up at my home when the car was finished! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, they found me a better deal on tires and ordered them on the spot instead of sticking me with the most expensive tires/the ones they had........beyond happy with the staff & service :)
Honest respectful and family run Ive been going there for 20 years now and I have no complaints. they even have gone so far as to take my mother home because they didnt want her to wait too long and picked her when it was done. You dont find any places like that anymore.
Ive had 2 items done here. First experience was great. This 2nd was total opposite. 1st: I had brakes done. They did a great job at a great price. 2nd: I had 2 tires patched and they said my tire sensors were missing. All 4 sensors worked up until I drove to the shop (and I verified when I filled with air yesterday). So either they broke and disintegrated between last night and today, or the person fixing my tires broke it and didnt admit to it. Either way, unfortunately, I will now be looking for a new mechanic.

By far the last of the mom and pop owned places on Staten Island . Best service and beyond fair prices . My go to place for anything automotive. They r trust worthy and have everything done in a timely manner.

Stay away! He Ruined 2 of my rims while changing tires. I was told, it happens. I was told they would be replaced but has been dodging me ever since with nothing but excuses. 8 months later still no rims.

My current experience with jojo was terrible , but i am not going to bash the place for running to the wrong person because this is not my previous experiences with jojo, what i can tell you do not give your car or deal with nobody else but Richie and his sister , and if they are not behind the counter comeback other time.

2022-04-26Every time I put air in my tires a week later the same tire says low air pressure, so I brought it in and the guy went out of his way to take me in the back to show me my tire and that I need a replacement of the tire because wherever I got the tire from there was a cut on the inside of the tire and thats why it keeps leaking no matter how much air i put in it. I really appreciated him showing me that way I could understand better. Nice guy 👍

2022-05-31This review is long over due ! A few years I was away on vacation with my husband and my daughter experienced some car trouble ! Her rear signal light on her jeep was out … I called JoJO’s from Hawaii and explained the situation and there response was “ you’re not home but we’re here and we will take care of it asap “My daughter took her car in and not only did they replace the light ~~~ they didnt charge her ! Which was not expected …. They put my mind at ease …I will never forget the kindness and generosity that they showed us both …Thank you !

2022-06-28Woke up this morning to the low pressure tire light on. Went to my regular mechanic on my lunch hour and I could not even park on the block. Thankfully, when I came back, my co worker told me about this place which is actually closer to my job than my mechanic. Tire was fixed and made it back to work in time. Thank you for the prompt, fast service.

2022-04-12Posting for my daughters friend who lives in Rochester. The kids had to fly to Daytona for a Competition and leave her car here. On return she lost her brakes. Broken brake line.No one was open on Sun and they had a 4hr drive back to Cortland. I decided to leave at Jo Jo overnight. I got there at 8am and explained situation. Girls had to get to school. Shout out to Jay who not only had car fixed by 1 pm , they charged her under 200 . I was very impressed. Thanks guys for helping a student in need

2021-12-08Do not go there. They are very sneaky. They charge tax on fixing car without telling me., and then add on 4% NON CASH charge using credit card without telling me. I didnt have my reading glasses with me at that time. I signed the slip without knowing.
