The service manager, a blonde lady that unfortunately I forgot the name, makes a BIG difference positively in my perception about the company. Originally, I receive a notice that my vehicle was suppose to be ready on Saturday morning. I was in another country and travel only to take it, when for my surprise the vehicle wasnt, and the solution was simple a sorry, you will need to return to your country and back again in another date, something like: I dont care if you spend your time and money to come in the date and time that I booked. She heard and asked me to explain. Immediately she stop to act and in a few minutes I got my car fixed. Chrysler need to at least promote her to the Global CEO position. In two countries, was the best of the best approach that I have related to FCA vehicles.
Easy to make appointment. After brought Jeep in and explained my concern, left vehicle for them to work on it. Service person kept in touch with me regarding mechanicals found. Proposed work to bring it up to snuff, and costs. Gave go-ahead, and 5 hours later vehicle was ready for my pick up. Runs so smoothly and quietly now, their attention to the right items is a perfect score.
Took my vehicle in to Joe Cecconi’s for a oil change and tire rotation. Dan from the service department was very accommodating with all my concerns. The oil change and tire rotation was completed within approximately an hour.I have been going to this dealer for all my vehicle purchases and service maintenance and have no issues.
I’ve gotten 3 cars from Joe Cecconi and this will be my last!! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are so rude in the service area. You will be in the waiting room for hours and they do not keep you updated. Every time I got my car serviced there was ALWAYS an issue. Save yourself the headache and take your business to Fuccillo and ask for Trevon! Tell him Jasmine sent you!!
I brought my 2017 jeep Willys in for a steering issue & a oil change & a 5 tire rotation, steering issue was corrected, my oil change they didnt reset the computer so it still shows 30% oil life left, they didnt top off any other fluids which most oil places do, on the tire rotation all the tires have way different air pressure in them, so my guess is they never checked them just rotated them. Im not a picky person but when I spend a nice chunk of change at a place I think you should do a thorough job to make sure you get a return business.
Worse place ever. Took my truck in to get fixed. They had the truck for two weeks. Talking about they are waiting for parts. Finally get my truck back . Not even one day later the check engine light comes back on. Reading the same problem as before. I live 1 hour away so they gonna tell me they have no rental vehicle available. I was told from other people nor to deal with them. Now I see why. Worse customer service if I could give them a negative score I would .
My service was quick, efficient and effortless. I really appreciate them approaching my concern as a valid event and not brushing me off as I did not know what was happening but knew something was wrong. They figured out the problem and fixed it in one day. Thank you!
1st- it’s currently 745 and they still haven’t turned their phones on when they open at 730. 2nd- I went for an oil change with my toddler and sat there for literally 2 hours. I know oil changes do not take that long. The only reason I come to joe Cecconi is because I get a discount. It’s ridiculous how long they make you sit when they have a house full of technicians back there.
Service Man is a Great Guy .He service my van little more than 3 years now .He Listen youRecommends things if the vehicle needs anything .These are good guys .I wish they have a little separate waiting hall area for the customers who wants to wait like oil change or for little other stuff ,They do have coffee, snacks juices all that but everyone is walking through the area in WI ter door opened and closes again again .Other than thatThey are all good there .👍 👌Make any adjustments
I went in for service on my new car. I was a bit frustrated at first but within a few moments felt better, Dan from the service department was very nice and hilarious. The service department helped me out with all the details of my car and repaired it on the same day.
Our vehicle broke down on a road trip, and every department that helped us gave us beyond exceptional service, especially when compared to our hometown dealership. From the time we made an appointment, dropped our car, and arranged for it to come home, we were given excellent customer service. Garrett, the service manager, made sure we were up to date with our vehicle and was honest and up front about our situation and did his best to get our vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. We appreciated all the help from Joe Cecconi’s Chrysler Complex. Kudos to their staff and management for their professionalism and being courteous with us during our emergency situation.

Jacobson was great.. the experience to pull in for a service for 2 items in which one was done & because my appointment was to close to closing it needed to be rescheduled, another inconvenience… long story short I rather ho to school & learn to fix the car myself… Chris was very cool too bad he’s leaving….
Took my 2021 Dodge Durango in for check engine light. Of course when I got there the light was off.Dan really went the extra mile in diagnosing the problem and was able to locate the issue that was not showing in the computer. He stayed in contact, repaired the problem and I have received follow up from Dan to make sure the problem was taken care of. I really appreciate the great service. Thank you!
I purchased a new 2022 jeep grand Cherokee L overland from Jill Gray at this dealership. On march 15 the 2022,I bought a 2020 Dodge Challenger 1320,10.000 miles.I paid full price,I paid deposit deal done,But frist they have do NYSI.All done they pulled car out with new NYSI.i look car over one more time,I found a large cut in side wall of rear passenger tire,this is before I drove car off the lot,I showed Dan ,the sales man,he brought finance manager out to look at it,they agreed tire had large gash/ slice in side wall even took a picture of it, they agreed to get 2 new rear tires due to slice in tire,I called them more than 7 times, they dont call back,not 1 call to me,Its a shame a dealership would tell you they will take care of the problem,I dont feel safe driving this car with a bad tire, Should if never passed NYSI period.And as far as this Dan the sales Manager,what exactly is his job.i called him many times,he could care less
Place is not clean with a waiting room that barely accommodate 4 people. Personnel is very rude and unwelcoming. Workshop is not well maintained with garbage all over the place. They did not even place a protective plastic on the seat before entering into the car. Definitely not a place where I will bring the truck again.
UPDATE 06.18.22 --- FYI, to Add Insult to Injury, your evaluation was also incorrect ... I also required a Hi/Lo Switch which your $356.00 Charge/Evaluation missed. Need I say more ...Charged me $356.00 to evaluate my Ram 1500 Truck for repairs which were quoted to be $4,250.00 ... I declined and got it repaired elsewhere for $1,750.00 LESS ... so it co$t me $356.00 for nothing ... Ridiculous ... OR HOW DOES ONE SAY HIGHWAY ROBBERY ... VERY UNHAPPY
They tried to say i need an alignment and new breaks they quoted me for a price it was way over the price went to another place they said I didn’t need an alignment but I need brakes but they were cheaper then what Joe cecconi’s quoted me for I will never go back there.

The service for my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. Jacob, the service coordinator was helpful in providing me transportation from the dealership while the service was being completed. Jacob updated me on the status of the service. I was very satisfied with the service of the dealership.
Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment to have heated seats installed by a third party, as well as other services. After having my truck for most of the day, they tell me that the parts for the heated seats were on back order, so they weren’t installed. Fast forward over 2 weeks later, still haven’t heard anything about a new appointment. I decided to stop over at the third party to find out if the parts were still on back order. Found out that there was never an appointment scheduled for me and that the parts were not on back order. As a matter of fact, they have plenty in stock. So someone at the dealership forgot to schedule my appointment so they lied to me about it.
Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and the staff was awesome throughout the whole process. In todays world, buying a new vehicle is different from just a year ago. Dealerships seem as if they dont care if you buy or not. Well that is not the case here. Kim Gray took care of our requests and assisted us in purchasing a vehicle that completely met our needs.When the vehicle arrived, we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Jacob, our service representative, was absolutely wonderful. He listened to our issue & asked questions to ensure he understood what we were saying. He was very friendly & made us feel comfortable. Service people like Jacob are what keep people coming back to buy vehicles from the dealership.
I was very impressed with this place. When I called I got an appointment right away. I had to come back when the parts came in which didn’t take to long. When I came back in was given a ride back home to Buffalo and the dealership paid for it all. When I am really to buy a new van this is where I would come. Great customer service a 10 plus all the way.
I love this dealership because of the people and tge service they provide. Amy, Demani, as well as Jacob in service are FAN TAS TIC.. It feels like a family each time I visit. I love how authentic, down to earth they all are as well as professional. I have leased 2 cars thus far and will continue to do so. I had my shifter fail while I was on the road and called them.They were able to get my Jeep into the shop the same day and had me back on the road a day later!Chris, Nick, and the Shawn the service manager were all amazing and took great care of me! I highly recommend them!
I came in about my transmission light being on. I always ask for Dan he is always attentive and listens to my concerns. I trust him he updated the Jeep and then told me that I needed a tires trusting as I do him I brought 4 new tires. Dan is always kind caring and professional all in one

What a great experience! My car was pulled in for an oil change and inspection at 12:45 pm....I was ready to head home at 1:10 pm! Garrett was super courteous, explained everything to me in an easy to understand fashion, & was extremely polite. We’ll be coming back for service!

Had an appointment to have my oil changed at 11:15 today I dropped the car off called to check to see if it was ready for pickup because I hadnt heard from them and they said no they hadnt started it yet. Not sure why they require an appointment if they dont do the work at the time of the appointment

Julio our salesman helped us out great especially when we had our 5 year old with us. Amy gave us an awesome price on our trade-in and great price on our Jeep Wrangler. 2022-07-09Fist thing I want to say is that Dan was great to work with. My son and I came from out of state and purchased a full size SUV site unseen. I only felt comfortable doing that after talking to Dan on the phone and having him send me photos directly and give me his thoughts on the all around condition of the vehicle. He was very honest and pointed out a few things I couldnt see in the pictures and made sure they were taken care of prior to me arrival. The dealership went above and beyond to make sure my financing and deposit were all good to go prior to arrival. I would recommend Dan to my friends and family without hesitation. 2022-02-14Joe Cecconi Jeep Car Dealership , Niagara Falls, NY. My service advisor, David, was excellent. I was planning a road trip out of town. I wanted to make sure my car was safe and did not need any repairs before the trip. He listened to my concerns and addressed them in detail. He was very patient and made sure that I understood everything. I would recommend Joe Cecconi and David as your service advisor. The customer assistant (cashier) Antwan was also very helpful. He was very helpful and explained the charges on my service report in a way that I could understand. Everyone was very nice and provided excellent customer service.

2022-05-11Everything went great- took me right on time and the inspection and oil change was completed in 1 hour so I was on my way quickly. The waiting area was nicely spaced so you weren’t near others and snacks and drinks were provided. Very nice staff, I had a question and he took me out to the car and explained how the start/stop feature should work. Also let me know to call them anytime if the start stop didn’t charge soon, they would take a look at it while it’s still under warranty. Overall great experience.

2022-02-14I received a text message from the dealership that it was time for my car to be inspected. So I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was wonderful so friendly and she was able to look up my info with with my phone number. I was able to get an appointment the same wk. Check in was super easy I did it by text. I was able to add on other services that were covered under my warranty with the link that was text to me. The mechanic was really professional he explained the time frame and he completed everything within the time that he said. I was in and out in about an hour. And my inspection was alot cheaper than what I would of paid going somewhere else.

2022-05-27Wonderful experience with Paul and Dan. The two of them worked together to put myself and my wife into new vehicles. Dan was very nice and a great salesman to work with. 2022-07-30Took my car for routine maintenance, like always. These guys are great. Get the work done in a timely manner. They never try to sell you things you don’t need. I really appreciate them staying open because I was a little late picking up my vehicle after they closed. Joes is the only place to go!

2022-07-09Service rep Dan was great. Enjoyed my experience with him helping. Only issue I had was that the UConnect issue I brought it in for was unable to be fixed. Apparently Ram has not figured out a fix for this issue at present time which is very frustrating when you pay what you pay for these trucks and things do not work correctly and cannot be fixed. I’m sure it’s probably due to covid and lack of workforce but still is frustrating for the consumer, when brand new products act like used ones there’s an issue.
