Great scare for the money. Spent $15.00 a ticket. The scare factor is good. Has a nice snack bar. Can grab a snack and sit by the fire while old movies playing. Followed by a relaxing hay ride.

Pretty good for a scare Bring you kids and watch them cry its pretty funny. 15 bucks alittle pricy but you cant beat watching the kids scream for 10 min.Bring your date Im sure she will be holding on to you by the end. A++ Fun night out.

My family loved this haunted house. Joes Farm was great for the whole family. The kids in our group ranged in age from 8 to 17 and there was something for everyone. The staff and owner are so nice. The prices are very reasonable and affordable for larger families.Oh, the hot apple cider is a must have if you go.

Joes Farm is a great place to bring your family for fall activities and has a lot to offer. During the month of October on weekends they have a fun and challenging corn maze along with a variety of lawn games. At night they have a very well done and scary haunted house, a movie screening, and a non-haunted hay ride. It is all really fun and inexpensive. Also, they have a nice concession stand that offers a variety of snacks. During the Summer and Fall they also have their weekly CSA program which is a great value and a roadside stand with fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall, Joes Farm is a great, family friendly, and fun place that has my recommendation.

We went here with no clue if all of our 4 boys would make it through. We showed up a little later around 8:45. The chainsaw was going when we opened the car doors. The price was reasonable and we were willing to pay because it was requested from the birthday boy to go. They brought out an actor to try and help our son get over his fear but he wouldnt go, I offered to stay behind but an employee stepped in and offered to stay with him while we took the other 3. It was so kind of her to offer that because both parents were needed in there,to hug on to! The house its self was scary and kept it small and good jump scares. They helped personalized for Hayden and to taunt him about his birthday, he thought that was really cool! We all made it through and had so much fun,doing so! While we were in the hanuted house they kept such a great eye on our little man and I dont think you would get that at any other place, granted they didnt have a wait line tonight, it was a bit chilly but so worth it. The hay ride at to end it was nice too! We would go again and we are going to have to because the one who was too scared now wants to give it a go! Thanks to all of the actors and employees for such a great family first putting! :)

Its a ok place. Nothing really scary. Idk if some of the people were on a break or thats just how it is but definitely not scary at all. Guy at the end chases you with a chainsaw but you know its coming because everyone runs out . Nothing to do afterwards either but stand for food or drinks no other entertainment.

Joes Farm is super fun, day and night. Love the corn maze and the added free wagon ride is cool. Our daughter loves the snacks, ecspecially Joes homemade fudge. At night the fright farm is truly scary, and you again get to go on a free wagon ride with a cool light show. Cant stress enough how scary the haunted house is!!!

We went to the haunted house it was a great haunt for the price. The man baby and the guys with the chain saw got me really good I love it. Only thing I would say is I wish it was bigger

Fright Farm was good. Went a little too fast for me, but that shows how good it was. Got my Halloween fix for the year.
