Just picked up my car literally minutes ago from getting it detailed and wanted to immediately put a review in with how great it looks ! My car looks like it did the day I bought it , and I’m just super happy about it . I definitely recommend taking your car here , it was easy getting an appointment and it was done a few hours after dropping it off . Ultimately just super satisfied !
I went for a car wash on Friday, before New Years.I paid $24 and got my car back dirty, all mats had coffee on them, windshield and all windows were dirty. The outside was ok.NOT RECOMMENDEDAND YES I STILL GAVE A $3 TIP
Entrance is in the back but the exit is not clearly marked. The app they have seems convenient but turned out complicated for the first time using it.

I recently had a remote car start installed. Very friendly and accommodating owner. The remote works better than I expected. Well ran shop with quite a few employees. Definitely the place to go if you need a good wash or remote start installed!The best small business experience I have ever had.
Although my car looks nice after working with Joeys Crystal Car Wash, the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional so I will not be going back. I arrived at 9am which was my appointment time. I had to hunt around for help as there is no office. Once I found the owner he seemed to be confused that I was there, even though I had an appointment and had spoken to him on the phone. He told me the interior wash is 75 minutes and that they were a little behind and that I would receive a call when my car was ready. He said they would not do the exterior since I had a dent in the hood and it was raining. I agreed with him. By noon, I had not received a call so I called and there was no answer, it rang with no answer. I tried again in about 10 mins, this time the call went to voicemail but the mailbox was full. So I asked my boyfriend to drive me over there just to check by this time it is around 12:30, well over the 75 minutes. I thought perhaps they got busy and just forgot to call, no big deal. When I got there my car was running in the parking lot, so I assumed it was done. I approached an employee for help and he went to grab the owner. The owner came out and YELLED AT ME. he said my car was not done and that it was SO DIRTY they had to go over it twice. He was muttering and yelling, its not dry, its raining, its not done. I said okay and asked if I should come back later but he did not even acknowledge my words, he walked back into the garage. Then they bring my car back in. I couldnt hear him in the booth but it looked like he was angry. The way he spoke to me was unacceptable and if I was a man or perhaps an older person maybe he would not have felt comfortable being so rude. He did not have to insult me by calling my car dirty, there were plenty of other words he could have used. He also did. not communicate with me when he knew the job was going overtime. He does not have surcharges for bigger jobs, he charges a flat rate, that is not my problem. He should have structured his business to accommodate bigger jobs. I should mention I drive a four door Hyundai Elantra which is is a relatively small car so I have no idea how it could be considered a big job anyway. Just to remind you, it was pouring rain so I went to wait in my BFs car and mentioned to him that the guy was rude. The owner may have overheard me somehow because he was slightly nicer to me when I came to retrieve my car. The damage was done, dude, I will never come back to that place and I would never recommend it.
Great car wash that does not scratch my Alfa Romeo. Although the wheels rims are not completely clean after every washI have the monthly package. I highly recommend this place
I went here recently for a car wash. Spoke to the guy (forget name) who was patient with me for asking so many questions. I want to thank him.He gave me the details on his operation. I had the exterior washed. Good Service
I have had my car washed and detailed there a few times. They are always friendly and explain what they are going to do before they proceed. My car is always sparkling clean and they do it in a timely manner. I find the staff very attentive and friendly, not like the car washes that you put a card in and go through with no attendants. Great car wash!
It was my first time here earlier in the week and I was welcomed by a really nice young man. He explained everything as it was my very first time here at this business. My car was defintely a tad bit messy but I wanted my dashboard and cupholder cleaned because I was having friends in my vehicle. The service offered was a Super Clean. It was $60ish approx. He even used some type of blade to get stuff off my windows. I highly highly recommend it to anyone with a messy vehicle. It was funny because I expected just a regular car wash. This for SURE isn’t any ordinary car wash! They have a laundry list of detail service for reasonable prices. The guy was telling me about compounding scratches and that appointments can be made with the number and that the time period is faster then other places just because the three step process that most detailing places just do 2 steps. Im going to be signing up for the monthly loyalty program just because now with the winter it just makes complete sense to have my car taken care of by Joeys Crystal Car wash. Im glad i can share a very positive and customer friendly place. The funny thing was that i really thought they were just a place that just cleans cars fast, but boy was I wrong!

They did an AWESOME job cleaning the inside of my car. Years of accumulated grime on the seats and floor are gone now. The manager also offered me a free exterior car wash which was super nice!

Very friendly staff! There is a wide variety of services to choose from, and selecting the right one for my needs was simple. They also offer tons of other services such as auto detailing, window tinting and remote starters. My very favorite service, as a mom is the car seat steaming. Those things take a beating and can get down right nasty. This is a quick and affordable option, easily taking care of all the gunk.

First time going there. Seemed to be good, but not great. The only reason was because whatever towels they are using to dry the exterior is leaving a HEAVY haze on front window. I cant see out of it and they dont use window cleaner on the front like they do the side windows. The only other issue is wipe down the wheel rims. No machine gets the wheels (not tires) clean. Please wipe these down to get Dirt and dust off.
I am a rugular at the car wash for a reason. They are always ready to serve you and explain your options. My car always comes out clean due to the brand new equipment and through scrubbing process. I am amazed at how much soap gets used. No skimping on materials. The car is also thoroughly hand dried which makes the job!
After my first wash I felt to go back again but then on my second wash the guy who is asking me which service I need is too rude. Firstly,doing good service isnt only enough but also treating a customer with respect is very very important thing in running a good business. I thought of having my regular car wash here but not after how I was treated. Nope, I will never go back to this place.

I took my black 2010 BMW 3 series through many times after a bad winter and after all the haze has fallen from the trees. These guys are quick, the equipment is new and very effective and the the car was super clean and dry. The price is more than reasonable. I have also had this car detailed at crystal car wash and it looked like a new car when completed. I found out that owner buffed the car himself and the care and professionalism was second to none. They use a steam machine to clean the interior and it was totally dry on the inside and all the stain and dirt from my tan interior were gone! I have spent double the money getting my car detailed from other places and the car never looked as good as it did after it was brought to crystal car wash. Joe has my continued business. I highly recommend this car wash over anyone in the northern NJ and rockland coutny NY area
Very unprofessional Remote starter installers (they should probably just stick to washing cars). Got my remote starter installed and was advised to take the more expensive model because “it’s has tons of features” after installation when asked about the features they knew very little about the system. When I had to go back to get things done the right way, I was charged a hefty fee for “Wasting their time” after they let me wait 2 hours from the scheduled time till the installer showed up.
Thier upsells are not what they say when being sold to you vs. when u use the future discount. It would be much better if they would just let you buy what is on their menu rather than strong arm you into buying their upgrades.
I have been to this place many times and they are doing a awesome job, please be aware that it won’t take 5 minutes since everything is done by hand. Great staff and amazing job.

You pay 40 bucks for a wash and they cant even clean the windows... Spend over 500 dollars in a past year there and my assurance ticket expires less then 14 hours and they want another 40 bucks... Save your money.
They use to clean and dried real good the car few months ago now they have new crews not doing well there job at all you see all the spots and still wet with bubble soap, Very disappointing .I paid $13.00 just like nothing happen .

Horrible experience moved to the area and my old car wash in north haledon not that far from here but was $13.00 inside and out and guarantee a clean car for 24 hours i went to this place there prices are outrageous the car wasnt even that clean and after i am finished they said its another 5.00 to do the inside with just a regular vacuum machine i should have went to the 6.00 wash down the street and vacuumed myself for another 1.00 there crazy there not a hand wash its a machine wash with dirty brushes will never take my car there again it rained that day and i came in a day later not the next day cause they said it was going to rain again and he said he could not wash my car its been to long ratting 0 in service

2022-03-26From going there once, Im probably never going back. I got the basic wash ($10) but the car was still really dirty after the wash. The employees were nice but Im paying for the service, and it didnt meet my expectations. Id suggest looking elsewhere if youre looking for a cheap, but good wash.

2022-04-15The interior of my 10 year old car had not been cleaned since before the pandemic. And in an hour and half, you never would have known it. Everything was shiny and sparkling. Highly recommend.

2022-04-03Very disappointed, I have gone in the past and had always used their free vacuums after my car wash. Now 2 weeks before the holidays where people go and get their cars cleaned they removed ALL 4 hoses from their vacuums so I wasnt able to clean the interior of my car. I spoke to a worker & he claimed that they are replacing all their vacuums. For some good reason I dont believe it! Will look for different place in the future.

2020-12-30Staff were extremely nice. I paid for interior detail. The inside looked like something they just vacuum and wipe down. Didnt even do a good job. I should had done it myself and save 130 🙄🙄. Pics are after they claimed it was steam cleaned. Car was still full of stain and dirt. I had to go back and they actually did something.

2022-03-25Have the monthly plan - never a long line, always does a thorough job of getting the exterior clean. Newer equipment so less worried about swirl marks/scratches compared to other automatic car washes. Free vaccums are a nice touch.

2019-07-28While everyone’s nice, paying extra for interior clean and getting results like this - total fail. $31 and the car is still dirty.UPDATE: I did see a response from the car wash. I did not have time to go back and have them redo my car. I do appreciate the effort but its not the customers job to chase after a business owner to get the service we pay for. It doesnt solve the problem that they simply have a bunch of untrained kids there. They had no clue what to do when I asked them about the interior. They had no clue what to do when they knew I was leaving unhappy with the service and experience.
