I am done going here! They have young people working and can’t seem to get orders right. I ordered fries and they didn’t make it and my sub literally had two pieces of ham on it.
I just ordered for my first time there and I will say I wont do it again. I wanted a chicken parm hoagie with lite sauce on it and sadly it was covered in it. I didnt even eat it i threw it away .
Called to order a pizza and Mary didnt like the way I wanted it done so she tried talking me out if it. must be to hard to make a regular pizza and put chicken fingers on it 😆 its all good ninos food is better anyway
Place order in they never put in there system then say did place order stricken 1 strike 2 advertise beef on wick dont sell them

Pizza sauce sorta tastes like chef boyardee made it. Very dough(y) crust on the pizza.
Pizza probably would have been good if all I tasted hadnt been the burnt crust.
Best pizza in Attica hope they add wings to the menu at some point.

2022-06-23Got a pizza Hoagy. And what a surprise when it came in a box, and Hoagy was kept open. I suppose they do this so you could eat it like a pizza or fold it and eat it like a Hoagy. Had sweet sauce and original pepperoni. Tasted awesome 😎

2022-07-23I was excited to be dining here before I went in but after I highly regret it for the price I paid I expected at least something good but it was very much not good I got burnt fries that tasted like year old oil and a soggy mess of a sub that had equally a burnt bun I stood waiting for service for 15 minutes cause the workers were just talking and running around zero management leading or any type of direction it’s sad to say I won’t dine there again and I suggest there be some much needed training cause that was just a joke

2021-12-24The worst customer service EVER. Never have I ever an owner tell me too bad and that her manager is perfect all the time and has been doing this for ten years and never makes a mistake. The description for the white pizza deluxe has tomatoes, which no one in my family can eat. The description for the broccoli pizza is also listed as a WHITE pizza on their website. After getting home and opening pizza box, we were disappointed to say the least. After a phone call to see how we could remedy the situation, the owner Mary was argumentative and did not CARE one bit or even try to work out our situation. She was so adamant about how perfect her manager was, we couldnt get a word in. We will sadly be taking this restaurant off our list and hope they dont treat anyone else the same way.

2022-03-24I called at 8:10 and was told they stop making food at 8 and they are only open because the gas station is.. So CHANGE your closing time to 8 instead of 9 so people arent wasting their time.

2021-12-09I have to give them at the most 3 stars because I do order from them alot... but 70% of the time my order is messed up. For instance, I ordered a taco salad and only received lettuce (no meat). Someone there who answers the phone is extremely rude everytime 😒. I understand it gets busy but dont take it out on your customers. If you dont like your job, then find one you do like. Customer service doesnt look good on miserable people.Update... ordered a double hamburger, received a double cheeseburger.

2022-04-04I think is very unprofessional a person that worked in the food business having 10 people an hour and 15 minutes before it says its going to close online and outside the store at the place in Attica John and Marys turn off their Grill and everything an hour and a half before they close I think it is very ignorant and I will take my business elsewhere like the Alexander Deli well they know how to make food right and be professional where Ive had cases missing food that I paid for and arguing that the woman was not going to make anything that was on the menu that was complicated yet again I will take my business elsewhere because I am trying to feed a family not ask a person what they want to make

2021-07-25Went here after long walk. I wanted fish they were out it so gave me fingers for same price. Food was fresh. The mac salad could had more flavor overall was good staff was friendly . Good amt fingers in combo. Will go back again if I visit.🇨🇦🇨🇦..

2021-10-09Terrible service and manager. Long standing customer but no longer. Stay away from here. Think the manager needs to go to Customer Service 101 and Pizza making school. Notified Mary the owner and she never got back to me. Have been a loyal customer in Alden, Batavia and now Attica. NO LONGER WILL I GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR LOCATIONS.

2021-08-26Just...I guess curious. Called at eight ten pm to place two orders and got told they stop taking orders at eight. And yet, they stay open until nine and she answered so...? I ordered from them before and the foods been good but I mean I just got off work and wanted something good to eat as I decompress and she seemed young and was a bit short with me.

2021-08-18All very young workers...working very hard and it was good to see. The food was great and on time. I definitely will be back to support the restaurant. Everyone else should too.
