The office itself is cheery and clean. Lots to look at, fish tank, train set, etc which all helps to relax and distract you. As a new patient, the office staff was extremely pleasant. I had a thorough looking over by the whole team, recording each tooth meticulously. Then Dr. Meyer enters and is just as welcoming and business like. A wonderful combination. What made me feel best was hearing complements that I had taken good care of my teeth.

Easily the BEST dentist in the southern tier! Great environment, fantastic front end, excellent dental hygienist, and last but not least is Dr Meyer! What can I say? I needed a dentist, almost immediately (crown dislodged), and I am fit in quickly so I need not suffer from my issue for long. Your office has always focused on the needs of the patient and I truly appreciate that. Dr. Meyer always goes over my options but listened and did what I wanted as a temporary solution. Enjoy coming in (that sounds strange).

Dr. Meyer was fantastic. He was incredibly personable and thorough. He provided treatment plans and alternatives for me, but didnt push me to make any decisions right away. His staff was so friendly and answered all of my questions.
I have been going to Dr. Meyer since he first came to Hornell. He devised a way to do a procedure that an orthodontist told me wouldnt last and that was over 15 years ago. He and his staff are always friendly and courteous and they explain what they are going to do and why. I have no problem giving them a five star recommendation.

Best of all they live up to their motto....they are GENTLE !! After a lifetime (over 60 years) of being terrified of dentists l have found a place l dont ming going to at all. Thank you!!
