These guys acted like I was the most dangerous person in the world. I paid for the most expensive package which is the diamond I believe. The wash itself on the outside was decent but when it came time to pay and clean the interior i was rushed out and my car was left half clean .I spent nearly fifty dollars with tip for dirty windows. My rugs were put in wrong, and the one guy outside spent more time talking to someone in the street then on my car. He wiped half my car down then gave up . My rear view mirror was still dirty ,my dash was dirty. And the windshield was half cleaned. All windows had streaks and they damaged my leather with whatever he had on his pants . Extremely disappointing considering all the high praises this place got.
Just purchased the Diamond package and I cant believe how many things were still filthy. The seats, windows, parts of the exterior (see pics). There was no attention to detail at all.

Had been negligent in washing my car and it was filthy. The owner came out, looked it over and recommended a wash along with clay barring the car before waxing it. Super reasonable price and both the interior and exterior looked fantastic. They didnt miss a spot everything ( door jambs, sills etc.) were perfect. Beyond satisfied.
I called the location, where Johnnie, the owner, just happened to answer the phone. I live in Brooklyn and happened to park under a tree. It was August, birds went to town on my car- my car needed to be washed. I have never had my car cleaned and I have a dog. Pep Boys got my seats dirty also- dont know why they didnt put seat covers on. I called to see if I could get a full detail, but Johnnie insisted I come by to see what they could do because I would need to schedule a detailing, and Im not regularly in Long Island. He suggested I purchase the Diamond wash + service, and he would throw in a free seat cleaning, if I paid for one seat cleaning ($25/each).What a huge difference the Diamond Wash + Service does! It was raining that day so I was the last person to have my car go through the wash that day. They did a really great job cleaning the exterior and interior of my car. Things get dusty, and who dusts their own car on a regular basis? I will be back when Im in the area again.Please remember to tip the team! They are so fast, and thorough with their service.
The owner of the business is amazing! He’s very professional and has excellent customer service. Ever since management changed, the business has had a huge upgrade! Def check this place out!
Definitely do not recommend this place my wife took her car paid for the Dimond package and this is the results after the car washed and vacuum the out side was ok but the interior had crumbs on the seats and floors inside windows were smudged still she told the employee and there response was next time “pay the 20 dollar package its the same thing” then she told the manager he stated that its wear and tear and car would have be detailed basically brushed off her concerns she had to point out what she wanted cleaned this was ridiculous she left a review on google it was taken down after they responded that they told her she would have to get the car detailed for those issues as you can se the pictures that wasn’t her concern its that they left the interior dirty still poor management did not address her concerns “DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE”
The car wash was good. The service was not. Vacuumed half my car, left sand in the trunk and dirt on the seats. There were sap marks on the windows and just said they couldnt clean it. I understand on the paint of the car because you dont want to chip the paint. But you can get the sap off the windows. Just seems like the service was half effort. Wish it was just a run through the machines. But at $20 youd expect a little more
I put 5 stars, Diego Fernando does a good job, I think he is one of the best workers there, he does a very good service, he leaves the windows very clean, inside and out, I highly recommend him

This place is amazing . I would highly recommend anyone that wants a wash and vacuum this is the place to be . Been coming for 2 yrs and I still feel the same .
I’ve been a customer since they opened 15 years ago and have experienced the best and worst. New owner Johnny has invested a lot to bring the place back to life and he’s actually on site to ensure his product is meeting expectations. They use Simoniz chemicals which are the top of the line, and the tunnel machine has been completely overhauled and now can accommodate wide truck and car tires. However, the real differentiator from the other car wash options is the crew, taking their time on the vacuum and the toweling, interior blow out and windows that are actually clear and clean. This is by far the best car wash from Merrick to Babylon and I’ve been to them all. It would take me 5 hours to do what these guys do in 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time in Wantagh, Seaford or Amityville, this place blows them away.
Awful service. I can’t believe I paid for “diamond service” and they can’t even remove a a stain on the dash board that I asked for it to be removed because you need a “special product”….. your telling me the car wash doesn’t have the special product? I went home and did it myself with water and bounty…. Worse experience ever. A bunch of lazy people that just rub the car and call it a day, only good person there was the register girl.

I was not too thrilled with the way my car was cleaned. There were many spots in the interior that were never vacuumed, such as the back seat and trunk, all of which was noticed after I had left. My passenger side window was never properly cleaned, and there was still a smudge on it that I noticed as I was driving away. The edges of my trunk were also never cleaned, and are absolutely filthy. I do not recommend this car wash. Spend your money elsewhere and get your vehicle fully cleaned.
I got the diamond car wash yesterday and I am extremely unsatisfied. My leather seats front and back, had visible dirt that was not wiped away. I had to ask your employee for the towel to wipe it off myself. He then proceeded to watch me clean my entire interior for a good 10 mins. I spent almost $50 on a car wash that I had to come home and clean anyways. On a good note, the exterior looks amazing.
Horrible. Would never recommend. Went with a friend to get get her truck cleaned and they did a terrible job. Didnt even look like anything was done on the interior. Back seats weren’t even touched, didnt wipe anything down, the windows had water marks all over them. Couldnt stay to speak with the manager because we had somewhere to be but she called and left a message with the girl at the desk who was very unprofessional and she never got a call back… we are both very unhappy with the experience there.
I told them that my front windshield was really dirty on the inside. I left and had to go back because they were worse than when I got there. Someone went in and completely missed the bad spot. I spent $42. To get the deluxe works and I will never go back there. I do not recommend going there for anything. It wasn’t even crowded. Very disappointed! Go somewhere else.
Just got my car wash here. my first time and I’m not impressed. my car was very dirty. i paid for the Gold package for $33 with car mats and my car is not even 100% clean. my trunk was not vacuumed. there is still dirt in the driver side floor under the mat and the fenders still are dirty. the service was quick but i see now just rushed.

I love this car wash. My car came out fabulous, inside and out was beyond cleaning. I will also say that the inside waiting area has a nice tv , clean chairs to sit on, clean bathroom if needed and many , many automotive items on sale. Ohhh they even have a table with kids toys for sale. This is the Best car wash on Long Island!!!
This place is a breath of fresh air when it comes to car washes. I drove out of my way to come here because the Lindenhurst car wash near me is complete trash. What a pleasant surprise. The owner was so nice and professional as were his employees and my car new car looked so clean! I will be back.

Johnnie is a great guy, real funny! 👍🏼 The waiting area is amazing. And they do a fantastic job compared to other car washes I’ve been to. I highly recommend this location to everybody. If you think your current car wash is good enough, I promise you it isn’t as good as Johnnie’s car wash on oak.
Yesterday, I went to Johnnies Car Wash on Oak for the first time. I had fairly high expectations for this car wash, based on the reviews I had read, but I ended up disappointed by the quality of the wash. I brought my car in, paid $32 for the Gold wash (didnt want the Diamond that they tried to up-sell me), and didnt even complain when I found out that there was an additional $3 charge for my mid-sized SUV that they considered to be an oversized vehicle. The place seemed nice and my car looked clean when it came out of the wash, but about half way home I noticed that there were water spots all over the windows -- most noticeably on the rear window and windshield. I decided to took a closer look when I got home and noticed that there was still dirt on some areas of my vehicle, there are water stains EVERYWHERE, and the wash hadnt even cleared out the leaves in-between the hood and windshield.The interior of the vehicle looked like not much had been done at all. I didnt pay for the premium service, so my expectations werent all that high for the interior, but it was supposed to have been vacuumed and the dash was supposed to be wiped down. They clearly vacuumed, because I saw them doing so, but there was still sand/dirt on the seats, on parts of the floor, and in the cupholders. The cupholders are one of the easiest and most accessible areas of a vehicle to vacuum, but somehow they didnt clean out the loose crumbs that were at the bottom.I also noticed yesterday that the plastic trim around the rear wheel wells is loose, but I believe that may be a result of faulty manufacturing and plan to contact Jeep to take a look at it.I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star because they did a decent job of shining my tires and because the staff was friendly.
I live all the way in patchogue and will be coming back. I appreciate a good car wash especially when it’s done the way I’d do it. The owner johnnie was great and personable and Diego did an amazing job on my car. 10:10
The gentleman who was cleaning the outside and inside of the car did a excellent job. Paid good attention to areas on the car that most other car washes dont think about cleaning. Will be back again.

Just left the car wash. Very happy to see new ownership. Glad to see that the man that greets the customers is the same. He is a terrific asset to the car wash. The new owner was very very nice. And best of all ,my car looks great. Glad to see the much-needed change. I can now return to my neighborhood car wash.
We stopped by for their Halloween haunted carwash and it was fun and a nice distraction. The children loved it! We got a wash and some entertainment! We didnt even mind the wait with all the distractions! Would definitely come back for a regular car wash.

When I first started going to Johnnys a year ago ago my vehicle always came out great. The past 4x Ive been very disappointed. Ive ended up going home and redoing all my windows. I dont know whats on the cloths their using to dry my vehicle, but their leaving my windows smudgy and very hard to see out. I am no longer having my vehicle washed there. Tired of paying for them to clean my vehicle and going home to clean my windows myself.

Got the monthy wash from here and its great. For the price of 1 and a half car washes a month i can go as many times as i want! There was ine time they ran my car through and they didnt think it came out good enough for them so they ran it through again not even knowing i had the monthly pass. That I feel was very courteous of them as many washes would not do that. They would make up some kind of excuse as to why my car didnt come out clean.
Customer service was excellent!!! the mirror cover was not installed properly on my wife’s car and in the process of the car wash It flew off the car. Not only were they able to find it but they were kind enough to help us install it properly so it doesn’t happen again. At no cost!Thank you!
Was hoping for good things from this place after reading the reviews. Got the most expensive wash and was extremely disappointed. Had to direct the guy to finish cleaning spots that were missed. I was left with a car that was still dirty. Management was friendly but I didnt come out with a wash that was worth $45.

Been here twice, best wash Ive ever seen, prefer a hand washing but the machines are very good. Windows are clear too to watch the washing..Ill be the 80 year old man eyes wide open watching the car go through, love it. The platnium package is just amazing. The hot wax looks so cool coming down, like melting beeswax :-) and the shine is so fine!Totally recommend!

I was recently in the parlor at the car wash and I was very impressed with the customer accommodations. While i was waiting to speak with the owner, I kicked back and got a quick massage in the state of the art massage chair located in the lobby while admiring the variety of complimentary coffee options available at the brewing station. Usually, I feel like I just want to get in and out as quick as possible when having my car washed, but the environment was such that I felt like Id be happy to hang out there, should the need arise. Another super convenient perk I noticed is how close it is to the Copaigue, NY train station. A business person such as myself could drop my car for a wash and detailing and easily jump on the train to a nearby stop to wrap up some loosen ends with a client, or close a new deal, and be back in without any of the hassles of calling a taxi and sitting in traffic. One last plus, the owner Johnnie, is real peach. He truly cares about providing excellent service and really wants his employees and patrons to feel like they made the right decision in working for him or with him. I highly recommend this place over the neighboring competition. In the end, dont take my word, go see this for yourself.--
I broke up with my old car wash because they literally left a whole bag of goldfish uncleaned in the middle walkway area of my mini van so I decided to search Groupon for a new local wash offering a deal. Johnnie’s was great from start to finish. I walked in dealing with my very cranky toddler and Johnnie(I assume) was nothing but helpful and nice. He calmed my daughter and my frazzled self down and we were able to get through the wash. My car is nice and clean and there was no sign of missed spots. I will definitely be back.

The haunted car wash is a wonderful fund raiser for Copiague HS and the kids did a great job plus our car is squeaky clean.

Bought platinum car wash for $36 with tax plus $4 tips, total$40 with triple was. which I expected a good clean car shine and smells nice. Came out with visible stains on dash, cupholders, doors, dirt on carpets and not even much shiny for triple wax. Inside has no clean smell at all. I wanted to ask them how come it doesnt even smell nicer. Very cheap job. I went back and manager was nice to give me a another interior clean, but the guy who cleaned did two mins job and left. I had to take towel and spray from him and clean my car by my self in their property. have been to $15 regular car wash who does amazing job. Never going back there again. Waste of my $40.
First off I bought the most expensive package. My car is brand new and has never been cleaned by anyone but myself. My Speedometer glass was scratched all over. I had a scratch near my door handle. My windshield is still dirty. My trunk was never vacuumed. My front end still had bugs. I asked them to clean it again and they barely removed them. My driver side carpet has a clip to hold it and place and it was ripped out. I had areas where some dirt was on my seat and it wasnt touched. They did not apply armor all to any spot on my vehicle. I advise anyone with a newer car to avoid this place.

My car shined like a diamond! Was so glad I pulled into this place! Saw the huge line and normally would not have waited, but they moved fast! (Ran a crossed the street got a pre season tan at the tanning salon. Quite happy I discovered this place it is truly “LONG ISLAND’S BEST CAR WASH”! Took my 2018 Truck down here again since I heard it was under new ownership. Definitely not as sleezy as it used to be and for once the people don’t look annoyed at your presence.HOWEVERI am not happy with the level of clean I received from the platinum (2nd from top tier) wash. I went yesterday on a slow day with one person in line before and one person behind me. After the machine wash I watched as two men hastily worked to blow out my interior while one lady showed absolute minimal attention to my tires and rims. It appeared her conversations where much more entertaining than her job at hand.After a mile drive home I inspected the wash work and noticed I had to go over several spots with a wet rag to remove dark smudges (palm prints from rim lady?) 3 of 4 rims were cleaned just ok while one was still quite dirty. My front driver-side caliper still had a good amount of soap foam on it as well. In addition, Absolutely ZERO effort appeared to be made to wash out my wheel wells!!!!!I never expect a perfect job from anyone, but after purchasing a higher level wash I at the very least did not think I would have to go back and re wash easily accessible areas of my truck.2 stars for friendly staff and clean site, but I would not recommend them for a thorough wash (even on new cars it seems.)

If I could give less stars I would , horrible car wash would never go there again! The staff is very careless , pull up next to other cars with doors open and hits them with the other car door that are open, they did it with my car , and when I said something they didn’t even apologize! , Maybe they should not be in a rush to clean the cars , and my car was still dirty after leaving the car wash. I live in the area and I would rather go to another car wash that cares about there customers and their automobiles.
Spot is good just got a little upset because I had to remind the guys in the drying area to wash my mats, they also forgot the ones in the back and left some some spray drips around the interior. They werent that thorough but one thing I could tell you is my car on the outside looked brand new literally. They do have to work on their interior skills though.

Very bad washing do not leave small personal things inside your car guys steal headphones glasses or anything small that can easily hide the interior cleaning is very bad do not waste your money

Every time i go there , there is a new scratch on my vehicle the first few times and let it go cuz maybe I thought they were there but I know my truck pretty good so I called up and complain and they said its impossible and she said have the boss call me, and hell look at the cameras but never did call.Im not going back because you didnt clean the car well you know I dont even complain but let me give you a price charges enough money I am Miss spots horrible Johnnys Car Wash you lost a customer I will not be calling back there anymore I should send you the bill for the fixing the scratches

Waited 3 hours but it was worth it. They could of used a fog machine and more Halloween lights and the actors were tired from long night. But thats okay. Had a good time! Only thing I would suggest Johnnys to do is rent a few out houses for the bathroom. I seen people using the train station walls as the bathroom!
This was very entertaining. You didnt feel like you were waiting long because you didnt know who would pop up at your window or try to get in your car. The kids enjoyed themselves and I even let out a scream or three. Would recommend!

I am 9mont pregnant and wanted my car to be clean right before my baby delivery .i ordered a platinum wash and get recipt for gold one .... I updated it at the cashier and they reassured me I will be given the platinum one since I paid for it . 15 min later my car was already cleaned (super fast from beginning to the end) the crew told me they did a gold wash and the manager just told them to shine it and that’s it ... (I paid $10 more for a better package and this is what I get ) I asked them 2wice if they vacuumed the trunk and they lied to me twice , it was full on sand ... the cleaning inside was so so a lot of things missed and found crumbs on the door packets and under seats .... It used to be such a nice car wash years ago now they don’t even try to do their job right ... very desapointed and feel like taken advantage of
This carwash is unbelieveable. The service is second to none. I highly recommend this facility because of price and it is fast and just a good place to get your car wash.
I was very unsatisfied with my service by them and wasn’t going to come back but the customer service girl / cashier I think her name is Ashley was very helpful and was amazing with customer service and helped me out and it came out much better. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t think about coming back so I’ll give her 4 stars for her customer service I’ll think about going back again mind you I got the top wash I think it was like 44$ if you go and you don’t like the job they give you, ask for her and she will help you get what you want and make sure you don’t leave unhappy.

Im not sure whats going on, but Johnnie is more concerned with his Halloween decorations than he is with washing the vehicles brought to him. No, running it through a second time is not acceptable. Doing it properly the first time is.
Wasn’t happy with the wash, called to complain and the customer service girl was very accommodating, hopefully I’ll be back with a better review in the near future....update: went back the next morning and the owner had them run it through again, and it looks much better, customer service was 100%.

My wife Took Her New Range Rover to this Car Wash (Big Mistake). When Inspecting The Car Upon Completion she Noticed the WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE MISSING!!!!!!!!. AS there Was NO MANGER PRESENT and the only person that could help her was a Young girl at the Cashier that seemed overworked and under-payed from her tone, she was told to leave her name and number and the owner would get back to you. After a week of calling THE OWNER HAD NO INTEGRITY TO TAKE THE CALL AND AVOIDED ME AS A RAT WOULD DO MAFIA......AVOID THIS PLACE AS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR AND HIDE LIKE RATS!!!!!

The worst service they opened the passenger side door as it went through the tunnel it DINGED my door I complained to that so called owner he keyed brushing me off when I asked to have them relook at the security footage he said it was not working I got the unlimited for 65.00 a month they charged me three times I still am trying to get my money I have CALLED the better business Bureau and they informed me they have received many complaints from this place they informed me they will get me back my money PLEASE BEWARE its not worth the activation BAD BUISNESS TACTICS.....

2022-03-07I started using this car wash when the local one near my house closed. the service is always great and fast. The staff is friendly, and courteous, I am a young female and sometimes feel like Im being ogled at other locations. The staff here is very polite and I have never felt uncomfortable at this location. I have two dogs and my car is always a mess, they get out a surprising pet hair!! I will continue to recommend this car wash.

2022-06-10I had to turn my lease in .. made my appointment for a Sunday .. they were finished in 3hour.. my car was immaculate.. BMW lease ended in March.All the scratches were removed and to say l love the service YES. No end of lease charges.. My X5 looked brand new!! I have been using them for 2 years for my weekly wash!!

2022-03-21This is my second visit here and it is hands down the best car wash I’ve been to. My first time here, I was so impressed by the amount of time they spent drying the car and cleaning the windows for just a silver cleaning package.I was speaking to someone else who also was having there car wash and he was so kind and then I noticed he called someone by name and I realized he was the owner.He runs a really great business there. You can tell he takes time to hire the right employees.My second visit and equally impressed and happy with this car cleaning! The staff who welcome you out of your car to get started are great! Patient while getting my key off to leave inside the car and didn’t push any services unnecessary. I am happy to keep coming back and supporting this business.

2021-10-17There were so many recommendations for this place. I decided to try them out.1. The place was busy but it went on pretty much quick.2. Got the platinum package, thinking was a good choice. However, I was very disappointed that the job was not done completely.*Car was still wet, not sure if this is the norm but other places I have taken my car and pay $34 the car is done right.*The inside was left with more finger prints, like they did not clean anything.*Outside still had a bit of places of dirt that they did not worry to clean. The overall process was disappointing for me, especially after they were recommended by many people...The only upside was the quickness of the line process. I guess thats why the job was done terribly.(Keep in mind) **Everyones experience is different, this review is based on my first visit there.**

2022-05-04Must read review! I don’t know how they did it, but they did it. I brought my car to them for an interior detailing and one of my seats had a bleach stain! BLEACH STAIN! They were able to get it out! How I have no idea! Not saying go purposely bleach your seats but I am still in shock. I can’t believe they were able to get it out! I work for a dealership and definitely recommending them to anyone! He told me he was the best in the business I thought he was bluffing turns out it’s true!

2022-05-14These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I had spilled a large coffee all over the driver side of my BMW. It was close to their closing time and they still managed to accommodate me by shampooing and vacuuming the carpets. Ill definitely keep using them from now on. Thanks again.

2022-05-01Got my car done here for the second time and then had to go home and clean my car again- just like the first time. The only good part was the outside wash. I went inside and my cupholders were dirty. My windows still had my dogs snot on them. My floor mats were vacuumed but under them was not. To “vacuum” under the mats he took a towel and swiped the dirt all over the car. Not coming back. I got the diamond cleaning which is the most expensive and it wasn’t worth it- with that guy at least. I shouldn’t have to ask a manager to have my car cleaned the right way when I came to a car wash because they are the professionals. There were no stains or strange liquids on my car, just crumbs.
