2022-06-09There arent enough praises I can sing for Chris at Johns Body Shop & Towing! My girlfriends parents were in a terrible rollover accident (Luckily they are OK) and Chris responded for the Tow. He was extremely pleasant to work with and very responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Their car was packed full of things as they were heading out of town on a trip. Chris made sure to recover every single item and also went to Home Depot to buy a tarp to put over the ripped-out moonroof to protect everything from the rain. He also went to buy garbage bags for us so we could collect all their items from the vehicle after driving over 2hrs to get there. Chris made sure we had access to the vehicle and allowed us to take our time collecting all their personal items. He stayed in constant communication and coordinated sending the plates back as well. I cannot recommend Johns enough. The NYS Police should always use Johns for services like these. A++

2021-10-12Used them to tow my broken axle on camper to repair company it took 2 hours going 20 miles an hour to get it there without blowing tires! Nice guys who was patient with me to get camper ready to haul away and when i needed it done. Definitely recommend them!

2019-08-23Super fast responce by Chris to a truck that careened off the road, down an embankment thru trees on my property. He got it out first pull. Especially impressed with care to safety always securing the car as it was re hooked as it was pulled nearly 100ft. To the rollback. Took care not to cause damage to the property. As a firefighter I have watched many companies and Johns pays attention to detail and safety while getting the job done with minimal road closure time.

2019-11-28Chris was just a literal life saver! Stuck on the side of the road during thanksgiving, he was the only one who was able to help us when we got a flat.So thankful for him to assist us on a holiday. 2013-01-12I just want everyone to know how wonderful this company is. They really care about there customers and will go out of there way to satisfy them. Chris and his brother Jack are very good people and I know from experience how they treat people. I have seen them go out of there way on many occasions just to make sure the operator of the vehicle (weather a big rig or a small car) has something to eat or drink and a warm hotel room to sleep in while there vehicle is being repaired. They own the oldest wrecker company in Broome county and it shows why they are still in business. I would recommend this company to everyone! They really do make having an accident as easy as possible for the owner to deal with!

2014-01-17When I think about towing I always have mixed feelings and try to find a decent company sometimes feels like mission impossible. But for my surprise I found the best service a towing company had ever provide me yet. Jack and his brother Chris are honest, hard-working people that will anything they can to help you and save you money. And most of their trucks are pink with purple :-D

2015-06-29They came out and told me $250 an for truck and trailer. They towed me 15 minutes to dealer and charged $450 for just the trailer tractor was fine. I asked why $450 it took less then hour for the job he made up a 3 hour minimum rule, very rude un proffesional and NO MORALS. Do not use
