Rhey did not bother to wipe the interiors, despite having been through the interior (probably vacuuming), and even when I pointed thst out they did not complete the job. I had to wipe down my own interiors (dashboard, center console) after they were done.
Just literally came out of the car wash. Paid for the BEST package that cost over $20. Interior was not cleaned at all. Dash was untouched. Center console was untouched. Doors had drool stains from my dog and its still there. See pictures. Outside is nice and clean. Go at night for the exterior wash only.

The place is open 24 hours a day, but at night from 7P-7A, its exterior wash only. I prefer going at nights because of the discounted washing price, and honestly, the interior doesnt need cleaning that frequently. Its very important during the winter to get the underbody wash to prevent rusting, as NYC tends to overuse salt during the winter. Both versions (super and best) of the night exterior wash will get you the underbody wash. If you do visit during the day, discounted wash ticket booklets are available if you can afford to purchase multiple washes in advance. Beware that the night wash is cash only, but credit cards are accepted during the day. The line can get quite long during the early hours of the night wash, so if you can, visit at an odd hour (like past midnight) and avoid the wait.
Very bad experience, I washed my car here for over 20 years, usually during the daytime,but I chose at night because it is on my way home tonight . I chose best and I gave 20 dollars and waited for change, he didnt give me the change back right away but told me move it, move it, within 3 seconds, he punched my mirror.Im had a 2022 Lexus GX460 and I just have it for a month, Im not very getting used to it, and the throttle of this car is a bit delayed, I dont know if anyone else has the same experience like me.in our community should not be such a service.
Good car wash. Lines can be very long at times. Full service is 7am-7pm only. Exterior wash only is 7pm-7am cash only nights. This is a 24hr car wash.
The so called the best sucked. They did a lousy job cleaning the dust off the dash, sprayed the inside of my front windshield and completely forgot to wipe it down. I had to go get one of the guys to finish the job. Dust was left in the center console as well. It was a cold day but it wasnt that busy. Never going back
Ok service for an ok price. Went for a car wash and asked for “the best” which was $25 and $3 extra to clean my all weather mats. Didn’t feel like there was much difference from how my car looked like when I brought it in. Probably won’t come back here.
The worst car wash in Queens. Workers are rude, aggressive, unwilling to answer and unresponsive to questions.Please be advised Jomars premium washes are identical to standard washes.Unexpected experience:During my visit today, after car wash was completed, upon my request to please wipe viable dust I was ignored; employees walked away from my car leaving doors open and me in confusion.Afterwhich, I decided to request a manager to direct my complaints to. I was introduced to Andy. While explaining my concerns and complaints, Andy blankly starred at me. Urging a response I received go somewhere else smug response.Later realizing, I was missing back mats, I called and returned to further discuss my concerns and retrieve my mats. An unknown gentleman approached my car, refused to identify himself, began rummaging and throwing items in my trunk, until I sternly asked himself to stop and tell me his name and why he felt he had the right to touch and throw my personal belongings around.Later identified as Jose, buisness towner, is video recorded furiously ransacking my trunk in silence while being asked to identify himself.Great location for what was once known as a great car wash. Unfortunately, bad behavior and customer devaluation has positioned Jomars Car Wash to plummet to the depths of an overall horrible experience both in quality of paid service and customer service.
Brand new car , 10 days old, paid for All the best which is 22 bucks but they didnt clean the floor mat and they dont even wipe the cockpit, didnt clean the wheel, they dont even clean the exterior right, guys dont waste your money, terrible experience and so rush feeling.
For only $10, you’ll have the outside of your vehicle clean and shine again. Just be sure to go between 7PM-7AM.
I used to come here long time ago but few month ago i came here for the full armor service which costs 50$ and i REGRET ITi had to reclean my windows and rewipe my dashboard, so i stoped going there for a whileThis week i went there since its the closest car wash to my car the following happend:1- paid 50$ for inside armor service2- i had to wipe half of my car external body by my self3- i had to ask them to wipe my car dashboard kaz they didnt4- the manager was to rude and told me “ there are many car washes dont come here “if you want to be robbed go thereIf you have extra money to lose go thereIf you want to feel unwelcome go thereThey dont care about the type of service they provideBut i will try my best to warn hard working ppl like myself from going there.
Dirty car gets in, clean one go out.Suggest u go there at least once, you’ll love it.Another suggestion is don’t go there too often, that machine cleaning method may hurt coating. I’m not a pro about car exterior cleaning, but I did leave there with smile.Btw, I did give night staffs tips both in and out. I will try not to give tip next time see if they still want to clean my car such last time.
Just Ok... still had to wipe the interior of my car down with wipes and got the most expensive wash.
Usually came here after 7pm for quick $12 exterial wash. Line usually go around the block and wait time is usually 20-30 minutes. I normally had to do some extra drying using a towel after I get home since they are rushing through each car, but for $12 I expected that, so its okay.Definitely not perfect as sometimes I still see dirt on some area after the wash, but for quick wash, Im happy.
CLOSED. So much for a 24hr car wash! Won’t bother to make the trip again.

I went there on a Thursday afternoon so there weren’t many cars there. With tax, everything came out to $52.Usually, employees don’t come to get you until they’ve finished the job. They must’ve not thought that $20 tip was enough because as soon as I handed one of the employees the tip, they stopped working on my car.I ALMOST GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENT BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T WIPE DOWN THE ARMOROL FROM MY STEERING WHEEL. Or anything for that matter. My car seat was slippery, everything looked like it had been coated with a layer of olive oil. They left a roll of paper towels, an open pen, and a vacuum nozzle in my back seat. My mats in the back were on the wrong sides, and one of the clips for the mats were missing!When I went back and asked them to wipe down my steering wheel because I didn’t want to actually be in an accident, they gave me attitude and said that my car was really dirty (I just reached 14 days post COVID vaccine and hadn’t washed my car since pre-pandemic). If they wanted to charge me even more, fine. Refuse to wash my car. Don’t do half of a job, cause me to nearly crash my car, and then be rude about it! Unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
I went at 10 pm on a Monday. About 12 cars waiting in line ahead of me, to which this queue cleared in about 10 minutes. Its cash only during these hours. No vacuuming. You stay in the car the whole time. I hadnt washed my car in months. For $10, this was totally worth it.
This car wash is pretty decent and the drive through is a little longer than other car wash drive through. The waiting area is pretty clean and the cashier is nice and friendly. Like any other cash wash, you have to stay on top of the staffs that are washing your car, if not they will do a rough and quick job just to get to the next car. I dont have any complain at all. Prices went up but the service went down!I pay for the best service but they didnt turn on the rain-x for wash my car( should be included) I spoke to manager he said he can wash my car again, I dont have time for another wash. However, if I dont complain then they charge the customer without give the right service.They are so rushed and didnt clean the interior nicely. I have to do my own cleaning.I am their customer for many years! The service is getting worse!

Very fast service. After 7pm, the price was great. I honestly did not see the difference between $10 and $12 packages. Exterior wash only after 7pm. We can sit through the car wash. No need to step out of your car. You only need to roll down your window, tell staff you want $10 or $12 service, and then pay cash.

Best car wash In queens! (for machine wash) Its double long so your car goes through the wash longer. After 7 its 10 dollars for an exterior wash, $12 for rain-x and tire shine plus reg wash. Worth the price! Come later if possible because all the cabs come here after 7p.
First time there to take advantage of the 7pm - 7am $10 wash, primarily for the chassis bath. Quick, effective, didnt wait long to get into the machinery. Only regret was not tipping them more for their service. Will go again
I went on this Tuesday June 2 and paid for the $20 package. They did a decent job in wiping the interior and exterior of the car. This was the first time that I had a good cleaning in a car wash. So I gave a $10 tip. I dont mind paying extra for the mat. They cleaned the mat well. This was my first time there and I will be going there again. Hopefully they will continue to do a good job. Otherwise, I will go elsewhere.
They dont really clean your car. I still had dirt marks on my car when they were done. Its OK for a quick wash but not a complete wash.

This is by far the best car wash that my car has EVER had. I paid $22 for a wash and wax and besides the staff being friendly and professional, the actual place is huge, clean, and bright as opposed to some dark, dirty/messy looking garage/carwash).To watch my baby (my car 😊) go through the wash (oh, be advised that the see through glass separating the inside carwash wash store part from the carwash part allows you to view the entire process, which is very important to me as I do not like when my car disapears from my view during these processes.So... as your car is first handwashed (they use the soft scrub hand brush and scrubs your vehicle very good) and then it goes through what Id like to describe as another good shampoo and wash and just a nice spa treatment. I call it the spa for my car. I treat myself well and keep myself clean, neat, and polished and so my car must be kept and treated the same way. Ijs.Meanwhile, the end result is just amazing! So get this, I am from Brooklyn. This car wash is about a 35/40 minute drive from my house but guess what? It will be the ONLY place I will ever get my car washed. When Im on the end of some good service/quality service, I travel the distance and pay whatever the cost.
Fast, easy and affordable. Would get busy in either the daytime or nights but it’s worth the wait for a satisfying clean car. Tip: Cheaper exterior wash go after hours.

They put soap three times and there are three of those stubbing cloths in their washing tunnel. I was impressed the first time how well maintained their wash tunnel. And they are very cheap for such a great exterior car was. It’s only $10-12. Try it out.

Do not go to this car wash spot. I was just here and paid $75 to do a car wash plus quick waxing job. Water got in the engine somehow and managers attitude was like i dont care. I usually come here to do car wash but never again. Nice day out today and car acting up like crazy with all the lights are on the car right after car wash and they tell me they didnt do anything wrong?? And all the stuff on my car is original. No aftermarket products.
Reasonably priced exterior car wash between 7PM -7AM.Their full service car wash is not too bad. Just wish the crew use clean rags to dry your windows... (happens a lot).The wait can get long during certain day/time/weather condition.

Went here a little skeptical because of the bad reviews and was very observing of the workers lol. 12$ for tire shine and whatever “extras” come with it that the regular 10$ wash doesn’t have.They didn’t dry the car completely well but when I got out the car the worker asked me if I wanted a towel and I said yes and gave it to me. So that was nice.Overall for the price and quality, I would say it’s worth it
Don’t go this place! Just finished a car wash there, water stain are all over the glass. The guys have my SUV cleaned in 1 min, real fast !! And of cause, not clean at all! I sit on my car to adjust the seat and took a quick check, the guy started yelling at me and ask me to leave! It was so rude!!! I would never come again!

I just came from the car wash. I paid for the best but they did a bad job. When l got home and opened the passenger side of my door, l found it was not properly cleaned including the insides of the car.

Car wash on main street. Fast service although can get very busy at rush hour. They also have an exterior express wash from 7pm to 7am which is great when going to work early. Generally they do a good job with prices from 7-20$ depending on options selected. I cant say anything about their detailing service as I have never used it.

Its ok, but watch out for skimmers. I used a card I barely used when I was there for car wash. Weeks later I got alerted for someone attempting to use my card in Cali.In addition, my car is considered subcompact, the guy upfront have my car as oversized car and charged 3 dollars extra. When I asked to correct the mistake he waved me off, I get its just 3 dollars, but its unprofessional for their attitude.
This is probably one of the best machine car wash in queens, however, some of the employees here do not care for this business reputation. I come here at least 7 times per month because I do car service and live in the area and love it. But when I go there depending on who is working they do not dry your car much and sometimes not at all when a new shift starts. When this happens they just leave your car all wet and just worry about getting their tip divided for the day. I always tip them well because most do nice work but sometimes I feel stupid doing it when I have to dry my own car after tipping them so it is very disrespectful.
Their service was very poor, I paid full and they didnt even put the wheel polish ... it was also a poor wash my car was still dirty the chaperia ... horrible service and inside it gave me a pity ... I had to ask one of the workers to lend me the cloth to finish the job myself ... I do not recommend
Staff doesnt care about what you really ask when there is a question. They were just like you want the car wash or not. It has some deals after 7 pm and that is when people start lining up. NOTE after hour only take cash payment.

Best car wash Ive ever been to so far. Affordable and car looks brand new after wash. The only thing is the other day they broke something in my car and cover it. When I got home I was very upset. Thats unprofessional. Be truthful.

My husband went to this car wash because they were the only one open in the evenings passed 7. We mostly needed and interior wash/vacuum done. After he paid and went through the exterior wash, they informed him that they dont do interiors now whatever that means. The interior was supposed to be included in the price. We recommend avoiding this place.
This car wash station is longer in length, water is stronger.... therefore the cars are much cleaner... Nightly price is $10 from 7 pm to 7 am.
The price is so so. somehow after the wash , one of the usb wire got stuck under seat and can not move the seat. they were very helpfull and help me get wire back out. but the seat still stuck :/ got the seat fix with my bro
Each time we visit Flushing my kids always asks for us to take them through the carwash at night. They get to sit in the car as its washed. Price is very cheap, 10 for regular and 12 for the Best. Only difference between the two is rain-ex coating.

After waiting on line for 15 min to get my car washed .They run my car through there wash system. upon the car entry the miss guided the car on on symmetry off the rail .causing the bumper to snag on the brushes and get damaged . They then told that they are not responsible for it and charged me in full and told me to get out of there and its my fault . I do not recommend anyone to go there they dont care about you or your car they care about how much they can get out of you ... Bad business.

They seem to only wash the Exterior. The interior (dash, dashboard, center console, doors etc) was not wiped or touched at all!!! Only the windows were wiped.They also charge extra to clean the floormats.Dont waste your money...
Nobody stands English. After repeatedly asking they guy where I had to pay , whether I had to pay him or inside , he kept saying pay me and then , come to find out you had to pay inside the whole time . Theres no communication , besides the obvious , between the workers . I would definitely not recommend this car wash to anyone . Not to mention, the guy who got in the car with my wife and daughter in the back was wearing no mask , neither were any of the other workers . Absolutely unacceptable . If you going to work here in America , at least make an attempt to conversate in basic English!!
Best car wash in town and low price. There are people helping better cleaning on both sides before and after machine wash, all of these services only charge 9$ for night wash! Highly recommend!
This is the best car wash, period! I would drive 30 minutes from Long Island in the middle of the night here. $8 7PM TO 7AM. They really spend time to clean your rims which other car eashes do not do well.
Definitely not a good experience! There are better car washes around, would recommend spending your money elsewhere. The staff is rude and always rushing. They didnt guide the car in front of me properly and the guy ended up damaging his rims. My car came out clean but I noticed a few scratches on the sides that were left from the brushes (be careful they bang the brushes against your car as they scrub).Towards the end of the line, they towel dried the car but didnt finish the job. The car was still dripping and when I asked for a towel so I can dry it, the guy told me I had to tip them AGAIN. Kind of ridiculous that a person needs to tip you because you didnt finish your job of drying the carin the first place. Not to mention the scratches.
They started to vacuum the car and we walked away to pay inside, as we were walking away they were pulling out the carpets and putting them in the the machine to be cleaned. After the wash and we come to the car to find missing drivers side carpet. They said we gave it like that.Bad Service.Watch them put all your carpets back before you .leave the car.
1. The exterior was not as clean as expected. I had to rub the dirty spots on my own.2. I paid $55 to do the interior too, but they just roughly vacuum the seats. I had to ask them to clean the dashboard and several other places.3. The cashier is rude. I asked her to find a worker to continue the undone work. She said they had worked long enough on the car and asked me to pay first. The work was not done. Why should I pay?I would not come again.
The owner keeps a large amount of staff at all times. And it seems all working parts of the car wash our operational all the Spinners and the Wigglers and the spray nozzles are functioning properly with adequate amount of soap definitely worth the money
9pm - 1am Deal on Car Wash.Standard car wash is like $6Super is like $7Supreme is like $9I have no idea what the difference is, Ive tried all of them and I usually just go with super.Drive your car up slowly and get hooked up onto the moving track. Then put your car in NEUTRAL an let the machines do its cleaning magic.After, the guys will wipe down your car with hand towels and tip them if they do a good job.Very easy access from Main street off the LIE.
First of all they have 24 hours service and because of that they take full advantage from people. I came here two times and both of the times i have had both car wash experience. I have a T&LC plated car.every car wash in NYC charge T&LC plated car less then a regular number plated car.Last time when i came they charged me 10 dollars only for exterior wash. Before taking money they did not even tell me that 10 dollars only for exterior wash. They quickly took the money and put my car in wash. After the wash i was waiting for the vacuum cleaning. They said they are finished. For vacuum cleaning i have to pay 3 dollars extra. Usually where wash my car they charge 7 dollars for exterior and 10 dollars for exterior and interior.
Standardized car wash. Car wash is mechanically controlled by a computer to activate certain pumps if you pay extra. Hand dry at the end. Nothing extraordinary but the job is done as you would expect from a car wash. Summer times can get packed. Did not try their detailing as some reviews state that it is a mediocre job. Good location yields good local business.
My car in never clean. Even when I pay for the super wash. They do horrible job clean the interior of the car. They just vacuum what is noticeable. Cup holds, Windows and dash boards gets sprayed on but never gets wiped after words. They dont dry the car properly so after few minutes the car has dirty spots especially if you have dark car.
Poor quality 27$? It doesn’t even worth 5 $ wash they didn’t clean good after the wash I washed the car again by myself. Waste of time and money ain’t recommending at ALL

Always take the car to Jomar. Havent had any issues in the years that Ive been going there. I just get the exterior wash as info the interior myself.
I drive for uber and I wanted to try this new car wash out. After they finished washing my car I went around the block to inspect it and I noticed that my charger was broken. They broke my outlet and my charger and when I came back to tell them they kept denying it. My customers are very respectful of my car and I know it wasnt broken before I came here.
Horrible experience. After paying $18+ for best wash, u would think it should not be a problem to properly vacuum inside the car and maybe the truck.. car was almost the same as before it was washed . Only good thing was the outside of the car was clean... #talktoyourcleaners
Terrible car wash. As soon as car came out exterior still dirty interrior still dirty. Definitely lost there ways last few washes were terrible. Never coming back. I paid for the best wash and car is still filthy.
They forget tire shine every time
Check your change with the night guy. Hes a older man. Takes the money and shorts me a dollar by accident.I chose the Best car wash option. Guy normally leaves a blue tape but he doesnt this time and asked about it and he says its fine. Normally this lets the guys at the end know to put on the tire shine. Wash finishes and the guys dont put it on and asked them and they say I didnt have the tape. Gone here many times and never had a problem except with the one guy. Gonna go elsewhere from now on.

I left my Samsung GS8+ (which Im now using to make the post) there and they held it for me for hours before I realized they had it.They are an honest and hard working folks with the best deal in the area. I frequently go there late night when I am returning from Manhattan to take advantage of the 8 dollar wash.
I drove my SUV car there and bought the best service to wash today (9/22/2013). After they have it done, I found that my car didnt even get vacuumed. I talked to cashier since the manager is out. The cashier is so rude. He asked me did you request us to vacuum your car? What a ludicrous question!? The regular service even includes vacuuming, but the best service need to request it. Tried to get assistance to vacuum my car, but nobody takes care of me because I have already paid in full.The worst service I have ever seen in my life, I will dispute the payment since they didnt complete the service delivery.I would rather drive more miles to go to the place I went before which is located on Farrington Street in Flushing.
Cheap and quick car wash. I went at night with the hope of getting my interior cleaned but when I requested their Armorall package I was told they only clean the exterior at night. The store is also closed at night. Only expect exterior cleaning after hours.
This place is terrible better grabbing your own Dyson or shark and vacuuming your car then going here. 20$ for an exterior wash pretty much go here after hours 7pm to 7am is its worth it price.
Who doesn’t need a wash after all this snow and salt covering everything? Only downside is the long wait time because of their cheap prices and convenience being on Main St.
The best deal here is the night wash from 7pm to 7am. It is only exterior wash during that time so if you are looking for full service cleaning during the night wash, it wont be available.
Becareful, they stole my Trunk carpet. I went there for detail car wash. They charged me $50.45. It is my Toyota RAV4. They did not do even nice vacum inside. They cleaned the carpets and shine the dashboard. Total waste.I didnot check the trunk when I got home checked the trunk, there was no carpet. I went there day after that day. The manager tried to find it but not. I am 100% sure they sold my carpet. It is my new car, that was new carpet. I dont mean the business did it. People working there with that manager team did it.I wasted almost $200. I don’t recommend anyone go there. Don’t do detaling. Watch your car all the time if you go there.
Used to be very good but now they have raised there prices and is to much i rather paid a hand car wash for that same price. 2 is the worker dont vacuum your car the right way and the have to clean the windshield and the door glass and the dont😠
Pros : night wash is $7. At the end they will give you clean rags to wipe down your car if you ask.My car looked like it went through a bird apocalypse. These guys pre scrubbed the car before it went through the wash and the results were good.Cons : small car wash so if your car is really dirty you may need tongo thru again.

Not like it used to be. Price hiked to $10 & $12 after 7pm now. Often will have long chaotic lines 1-2 blocks radius coming from around the exit OR the next block of Main St. The drying towels in the end are rough and are rarely washed.

Either its the Winter or worker just seems to care about customer as much as they used to be. After my car was wash, it is the standard rub dry. They didnt even care if dirt come off or now. As long as they did those motion, it a job done.

Tipped the guys at the front and at the end. I believe they take better care when they brush the car (less swirls). However, they do a good job for the price. I always go after 7pm.

I paid for super wash but I was never satisfied because they always do a horrible job.they dont clean or wipe inside espicially my dashboard.I have to stop somewhere to finish thier job. I am a good tipper but I stoped giving them a good tips.even If you are busy you suppose to do your job well that worth our money paying for.other than that the staff are nice and friendly.
They have a special for Uber drivers if you get there before 7AM but that didnt apply for me. I got there at 6:48AM but something must of happened because the workers there were still preparing their equipment. Either something happened or they were just late. They were done at 7:04AM I asked thr attended there if I could still get the duscount since i got there before 7AM and all he said was Its not 7:05 I cannot I told them that i was there before and its not my fault they werent ready so I should still be entitled to get the discount. He kept saying no so I left. I wont be returning here again.
Very fast machine wash, seems a bit harsh on my Tesla, staff wasnt worth tipping. Waste of money. Did not dry half the water on the car. If in a hurry late night, this is the place.
Be aware, they play game with you, I went in to ask for detail car wash they told me 165$ in and out all together even show me a price sheet! so after couple days I call to make appointment they told me the price would be 300$! wow! really? I even mentioned that 3 days ago I was there and the manager told me 165$!! lol

No one expects car washes to be 24 hr EVER. Why publicize you are if you’re not gonna do it. Now my car is dirty and I’m sad. I️ want compensation for the 20 minutes of driving I️ wasted. Gas is $$ and the struggle is real out here. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!
Been using this service for over a decade. Price is good and service is layered in options which is great for those wanting a super wash. At nights ( 7pm+) its only cash and is cheaper.
Updated 9/25/20:Very disappointed. After coming here for years I was treated with disrespect over a broken polish dispenser. Literally no big deal but they didnt care to hear me out. Got rid of my loyalty card and wont be coming back.

They are good with the exterior. But I paid for both the interior and exterior and they barley touched the interior. When I asked they were like did you pay for the interior package. Ridiculous.

Discounted pricing after 7pm. You can ride through the wash also. Long lines until 10pm is common, and youll probably need to ask for towels after the dry to spot clean and wipe after.
Cant beat the pricing but can use improvement with cleaning-update. Either the vaccuums have lost there sucking power or its the crowd but you now need to vaccuum your self when you get hone to have a clean interior.
Quick in And out and after 7 pm its 10$ for just a outside wash you stay in car its awesome on a sat night in the summer give the guy that collects a tip and you are golden its all hands on deck

Went there for a wash one night and the worker locked my car. They tried to open it and left dents on the door. The owner didnt wanna take any responsibility for his employees actions. I will never go there again.

The line can be over 15min long with dozens of car lined up along main street, especially after major snow storms. Kind of stressful to drive around the blocks to get into that line. Equipment and stuff is great otherwise.

I paid for what it was supposed to be the best they didnt vacuum it right and didnt clean the car inside,when I asked for the car to be clean inside they told me they only do it when its a special detail wich is like a $100 something dollars but in the meantime they charge you $25 dollars for the best but it is the worst.
Went during the late evening and the following day my car looked like it needed to be washed all over again wasted my time and money.

We are regular customer here but after this incident we are not coming back anymore. If i can give this 0 star, i will. We asked nicely if they can wash our floor mat (we know they will charge us extra and we are willing to pay) they said they cant because they were short staff, so we understand, but then we saw they washed the rubber mat of the car next to us, of course we got upset, we asked why they said to us they cant and they washed it on the car behind us, so we went to the desk to complain then this guy came wearing white shirt and a baseball cap, rudely said you dont understand the situation, he then said ok we are going to wash it, but you have to wait 45 MINUTES, then we asked how come they can wash the other guys floor mat and they cant wash ours, he then continue talking in spanish to the lady in the counter. We asked this lady in the counter REBECCA, what is the name of the RUDE staff, she said she doesnt know his co workers name, and said shes new(crazy right?! i really wanted to post her video saying that) the guy name is MARGARITO! SO RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, OBNOXIOUS and A BULLY!!! he keep coming to us, we wanted to speak to the manager but he keep coming as if he is going to hit us. DISCRIMINATION?! Yes, THE LADY REBECCA AND MARGARITO keep talking in spanish, they think we dont understand what they are saying. Such COWARDS!
They wash great but they are a little on the pricey side. Regular wash is roughly around 12 bucks plus extra for other additional services.

2022-02-09Scratches, dirt and water spots was all i needed to see. I should have listened to my instincts when I saw the vehicles were moving through faster than usual on the conveyer belt. This was my favorite place to wash my vehicle and I never had a problem so I did not check my vehicle thoroughly before exiting. Today this place definitely chose money over quality of service. I guess this is how businesses are cutting corners to make up for pandemic losses now it’s quantity over quality mostly everywhere you look. I did not contact management because im already anticipating the runaround since i left the premises. I basically paid $24 for clean mats.

2022-04-28They have a special that they run from 7 PM to 7 AM which is $12. It’s a little bit more than I’m used to for just a simple exterior car wash (it should cost you about $6-$7) however late at night or early in the morning if you need a car wash in a pinch, there’s no place better than this! You have several guys that scrub and wax your vehicles and then a machine that does the rest. If you need your car/van/truck looking shiny new I highly recommend the spot.

2021-10-03DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Big mistake! I brought my 2009 Acura TL here which had less then 50k miles and was kept in mint condition inside and out. It is barely driven and is very well taken care of. I brought it here for an interior detail after spilling a drink on the carpet. When I went back to pick my car up and took a look at the car it was not how I gave it to them. There were gashes in the leather in the front and back seat. The leather was pretty much destroyed all around. Not to mention there were spots all over the dashboard also. When asking to speak to the manager, instead of resolving the issue and taking responsibility for something they obviously did by using the wrong cleaning chemicals he claimed the car was brought there like that. To think I would waste all that money to detail a car that supposedly already had ripped up seats is absolutely ridiculous. When we asked them to call the police to report the incident they refused which resulted in us calling the police ourselves. The manager did not try to resolve this issue at all and it will now result in us having to take them to court. Save yourself the time, stress and money!

2022-05-29This is the worst carwash ever that Ive been to.Dont bother to tips those guys that work in front of doing the vacuuming cleaner and the guys that doing the drying at the back when you pick up your car.Ive been there few times and hoping that they will do better after tipping them more $10 for the front of the wash and $10 for the back drying crew as the carwash was $28.I guess those guys really dont deserves or treated generously.I seriously did told the main person who came to handling me the ticket for the wash that please help me to clean up those sands and the dashboard dust.At the end thats what I get after tipping them.Its my final chance that Im giving to those guys and this place.NOT WORTHY OF SPENDING THE MONEY AT THE PLACE....AND THEY DONT REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

2022-02-19I would give this place NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. I came a few time before but today when I requested “The Best” wash package they failed on so many levels. My floor mats were still dirty and dusty, the body and windows had a ton of lint remaining in it. Worst of all they caused a dent and scratch on the rear side of my car. When I called management they told me to bring it in for inspection but when I did they refused to admit fault! The guys kept saying why would I be the only one complaining about this issue and no others mentioned it. This is such a flawed argument as I can see so many others with similar complaints on google and yelp reviews. I will no longer be coming here. Save yourselves some heartache and take your business elsewhere as well. These guys are a bunch of amateurs now who are have no professional work quality and willingness to accept responsibility for their mistakes.

2022-05-23This review is for the cashier only. After I paid for the car wash, i wanted to sit down but all the chairs were occupied except the massage chair. I sat down and DID NOT put any money in it. After ~20 seconds, the chair turns on automatically and massaging so i get off the seat. The cashier then tells me to pay $3 because i got massaged. DO NOT SIT on the massage chair by the cashier, you have been warned.

2022-03-16Ive been coming here for almost 20 years. Quality of their service has been decreasing in recent years but I keep going back giving them another chance.However, today was so bad that I regret tipping. I drove away quickly to make room for other cars, but realized that the interior wasnt even properly cleaned. My dashboard was still dusty. There were areas that were obvious they didnt even attempt to wipe down.Todays experience was too disappointing.

2022-07-10They do a TERRIBLE job. Don’t waste your money coming here. I left with my windshield still dirty in which had I realized before I left, I would’ve definitely requested for it to be wiped down again. I’ve tried this place now for the third time really trying to give it a chance since it’s convenient for me but this was the last time.
