This was our first home purchase so it was very important for us to have a good realtor. Luckily we came across Jonny. 2022-06-21My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Jonny. He guided us through each and every step of the process and answered every question, big or small, that we had. Jonny also was able to negotiate on our behalf to ensure our offer was accepted for a fair price. He went above and beyond, often making phone calls to various parties at our request even if it was for something that a realtor normally isn’t responsible for. He was very patient and gave us valuable insight. Jonny made us feel confident and secure in our decision making process from the very beginning while we were coming up with our home search criteria to the very end at the closing table. Thank you so much, Jonny. We could have never done it without you! Anyone would be extremely fortunate to have Jonny be their realtor and guide in the home purchasing process.

2022-05-31It was a bumpy road purchasing during a pandemic but through it all Jonny kept me stable. He was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, attentive, caring, timely, organized and most importantly easy to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and make you feel as if you’re his only client. 2021-04-05Working with Jonny and Mike was a very rewarding experience. They answered my calls 7 days a week no matter the time. Any questions or concerns were handled immediately. They were understanding and were genuinely concerned with my well being. They often checked in to see how I was doing. I was worried that this process would be a stressful one but they made sure that everything went smoothly. They were informative, supportive and honest. Oh lets not forget how thorough and caring Jackie is. She always gave me an update on what was going on which was deeply appreciated. Glad they were able to sell my house but I will miss the friendship we developed. I highly recommend the Marciano Team for all your real estate needs. Great job team!
