Jovonna came highly recommended, and I can attest that she is on top of her game in the real estate market! I needed a realtor who knew the areas and who could walk me through the process from A-Z and she did not disappoint. Jovonna knows the real estate market, she is proactive, organized, dedicated, moves fast, tech-savvy, flexible and has great interpersonal skills. My husband and I worked with Jovonna to purchase our first home. Initially, we werent planning to purchase a home in 2021, but my mother, in her excitement about the prospect of our family moving nearby, reached out to Jovonna to begin a house search. Most realtors wouldnt interact with someone who isnt the potential buyer, but Jovonna was so kind and agreed to show her homes on our behalf. We did eventually look at houses for ourselves and found Jovonna to be very knowledgeable about the market. She greeted our many questions with patience and warmth. She cautioned us that since we were looking at homes much earlier than we planned that we may fall in love with a property before we were prepared to purchase anything. However, our circumstances changed, and we put in an offer for our current home. Jovonna was basically on call to us during the process. She walked us through everything. If she didnt hear from us, she would check in. She also gave us contacts for: home inspectors, real estate lawyers, and mortgage officers, which saved us time.Jovonna is an excellent agent. I would recommend her to anyone, whether its your first time or your 3rd.

Jovonna is a TRUE HUSTLER and will fight for her client - which is a hugely important factor in the state of the market right now. She will always support your decisions but will still tell you right from wrong and what’s best for you. Jovonna went above and beyond for my family and also connected us with all of her contacts for home insurance, inspector, etc. It was a seamless process.
