Joy Transportation LLC should be banned. On July 18 I reserved a medi taxi for a 76 year old to take him to his preoperative appointment. He has surgery in a few days. Because of the distance and due to Joy Transportation inconsistencies in arriving on time I empathize to the phone operator (Sherry) that the drove must be on time. She assured me that the driver would be on time The pickup was scheduled at 9:30am. The actual appointment was 10:30am. At 10:10am the driver still did not arrive. Needless, to say he missed his appointment!!! I requested a call from the owner Joy and nothing. Of course, I filed a complaint with Logistics!!! Dont use them!!!

Horrible!! If I can give this company a negative star I would. I work with the elderly and this company is contracted to transport seniors and they are never running according to schedule. They are either too early, and leave elderly clients outside alone while the organization is closed. Or 40 minutes to 60 minutes late. They dont even answer the phones and most drivers are so rude they dont even get out the car to walk them in. I wouldnt even let this company transport my dog. Please do not use Joy! More like a Nightmare!

I have been patronizing this medical transportation for almost two years now and their services are excellent until this morning Nov.17 2021. I called the company for return transport and after 10 minutes the same old guy who brought us in our destination came and took us back home. This driver handed to me the IPad for signature and as I tried to sign, it didn’t come up on the screen for several times. The guy was upset and told me to hit the signature and sign which I should have not minded If his tone was low. He was rude and told me that he had a ten o ‘ clock pick. I called the company and reported this bad incident. I am having a second thought if I would find another med transport company. Simpe Jao

Always on time pickup but, when it comes to return home the reply with mailbox is full. Today I had to walk home and other times Ive had to pay for a taxi.

Lack of communication. My brother was told the day before an appointment that they dont service his area. It would have been respectful notifying him much sooner so it could have been rescheduled.

Left me stranded in Middletown when I asked when the next car would be available I was told they didnt I said I guess Ill have to walk 5miles home was told thats an option terrible company terrible customer service

Lowlifes and liars. Joy Bruni is the worst. Drivers are trashy and blind. Just nasty all over. Greedy, ungrateful and stupid. Bad company to use. Sadly most are the same...lowlifes and trash. Starts at the top...always.

Paid $100 cash for transportation for a dialysis patient. Driver took patient around to pick up other riders. Dialysis patient almost passed out. Horrible

Liars! They lied to my insurance and said they were outside and I was outside! With witnesses and they had the nerve to comment back on Facebook and say that this is not true. I was outside waiting for them. I have witnesses and they have my phone number!
