I live in my camper and the worst case scenario happened yesterday, my furnace stopped working during the winter. I called JRVS for potential servicing of my furnace, Don Vann promptly answered and assisted me even though he is currently on vacation in Florida. He informed me that he would attempt to resource parts and get his son out to my camper 36 miles away from his shop to service my furnace ASAP. Unfortunately services were unable to take place with such short notice but I feel he exhausted all means to assist me. He kept me updated all day via text on the prosses. Once it became inevitable that service would not take place that day he walked me through numerous trouble shooting methods over text to get the furnace working. When those methods failed he when as far as calling me to go more indepth on ways to attempt to get the furnace operational as well as how to keep my camper warm with out the furnace. Van Donn easley sacrificed 4 or more hours of his vacation day assisting me. Thank you Van Donn and the JRVS team.
We had our awning break in a wind storm at koa association island NY and we found these guys in Belleville ny. Within five minutes of arriving they had parts pulled from garage and truck loaded up and gone to our campsite and fixed within half hour. They are amazing! A special thank you to the owner he stopped what they were doing just to help us.
I have had JRVS open, close, trouble shoot , build s deck , hard awning and tip out covers . Excellent work ALWAYS. I call JR often with questions and he always calls right away . Courteous, professional, prompt and trustworthy. You find no one better !

Don Vann walked me through a problem I was having in my Class C with the power not working unless I was plugged into power! He went above and beyond to help me via text messages and stuck it out until the issue was solved. He was very patient with me. You dont find many like him out there anymore. JRVS is located in my home state and I will be certain to drive the distance for any of my future RV needs.
Excellent Customer Service. We ordered a 2020 Bunkhouse Camper and could not be happier. JRV goes above and beyond making the customer feel 100% positive about everything.

2022-05-20I bought a camper, sight unseen from Florida. My nephew looked at it for me. Don threw in some extras that I really appreciated. He went way above and beyond for me to purchase the camper from a different state. He drives out of his way to performed the semiannual service. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

2021-09-26We Stayed at a local Campground and it Very Nice place however We had a RV toilet issue! The campground sent out maintenance to try to help but they but we’re out of their element and it was obvious. We ended up calling local RV maintenance repair JRV’s and Don was Super helpful and patient with us. He went over how we should fix and Helped solve problem! Thanks So much!

2021-04-10JR took the time to help me with an electrical issue in my trailer during his busy season, which I appreciated so much because I was on a time crunch and couldn’t wait for an appointment weeks out at other places. Fixed the problem quickly! Highly recommend!

2020-05-24I called on JRVS ON Thursday of Memorial Day weekend after discovering 3 issues on first trip of the season. I received a text back Friday morning and spoke to owner at 8:30. Despite all the current repair work he had on his lot, he told me to drive down and he would take care of my toilet issues, and look at other two. Upon arriving, we spoke again about toilet issue. He removed the toilet, found the cracked part and made the repair. In addition, he gave advice on next steps regarding a water pump and an air conditioning issue. We live 5 hours south of Adams, NY, but would make it my business to camp in North Country if I needed a repair, just to have an honest and trustworthy person like JVRS take care of the work. 2018-09-29JR & Nick are amazing at what they do! They have fixed our personal park model furnace, installed central air, closed up our camp, installed hard top awning, fixed water lines, and provided all of the repairs needed on any of the campers that we buy & resell. First person we call and highly recommend to everyone!

2020-07-20I developed a couple of leaks in the roof of my trailer and also needed a new vent cover. JRV was there in a timely fashion did great work and very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

2020-09-28We’ve known Don and Nick Vann for yrs. Dependable and honest folks.We just had our awning fabric replaced at there shop. They do mobile repairs also.I highly recommend them if your rv needs some TLC.

2020-07-03We have no AC. Called in morning, he came to our campsite mid-afternoon. He was unable to repair our AC. JRV did not charge for his visit as the AC was unrepaired. Appreciate his honesty and integrity. Nice gentleman. Knowledgeable and Professional.
