I got a half plate to-go here. It was very good. The home fries were well-seasoned and the overall taste was what one imagines it should be. One of the best plates Ive had.

First time ordering and having delivery with you - two fish fries, fried chicken sandwich, Buffalo pizza logs - all tasted fresh , big crunchy pieces of fish - order arrived in a timely manner- we will definitely be ordering again!!

Regular customer to this place, Hands down best plates in Rochester. And I’ve had them all. But this place has a killer price, large portions unlike other spots and the over taste of the Mac/home fry is superb. Love the pizza as well. Great staff.
Oh my goodness... DELICIOUS 😋 I believe the owner was on sight, making the pizzas and calzones. So GOOD!! This place was discovered by talking with a co-worker, after my complaining about no good pizzerias around, anymore. Hence.. have you gone to JTs? Its the best pizza, I promise you wont be disappointed. And let me tell you, Im NOT disappointed! Im still full from eating ½ my calzone, and I swear... the other half is calling my name and begging to be eaten. Self control girl, self control! Tomorrow is only a few hours away. Lol...Anyways, thank you for your deliciousness!
After getting home upon the night of my original order from here and trying the food (and multiple 100% pleasant returns) I am happy to say Ive removed my original review berating for slow service on a busy phone order night. The food is amazing, prepared promptly 9 times out of 10, gotta give em slack if theyre busy, theyre just human after all, and the service has been nothing but wonderful everytime Ive come back since. This has become my familys favorite place to get plates. Wonderful food, great people, and good prices. Couldnt recommend more 👌

Wings were awesome, and Im usually not crazy about salads at pizza joints, but these folks used really good quality ingredients, and I was impressed overall. Would definitely go back for more.
I ordered a special pizza for my son because he has food allergies. I went in there to pick it up and they had a section of the pizzeria shut down almost it seems like and they were doing anything and everything they could to make sure that his safety was being considered. His allergies are very severe. They also went above and beyond and found other food he was able to eat which is a difficult task and included it as an act of good face I think they felt bad because of how limited he was, he is allergic to a lot of the major food groups. I have never had a problem with my food either everything has always been made as I ordered it ready on time the prices are good the people are friendly and theyre always working so hard whenever I go in there.
This was my first Rochester plate and it was one of the best meals Ive ever had! Everyone was very accommodating and made sure I had an order that I would like. They even had me sample their specialty wing sauce (wolverine) to make sure I liked it before ordering my plate. I highly recommend and will be back!!!
Ordered a cheeseburger plate last night from JT’s and it was hands down one of the best plates I’ve ever had! It tasted homemade but a uniquely delicious taste! The cheeseburgers were grilled to perfection, the home fries were outstanding and the Mac salad was great too! The meat sauce and condiments were perfectly portioned. I highly recommend JT’s pizza if you haven’t tried already! 😊
They are so kind!! I ordered over the phone for pickup. They told me what I was ordering was actually a combo so I could get a 2 liter of soda at no additional charge. I thought that was so nice and my boys were happy to get root beer! The pizza was great with lots of cheese!! If youre looking for wonderful customer service and amazing food this is the place! Ordered two calzones for pickup. Realized once we got home that one was only cheese. They promptly sent a driver out with a new one despite my insistence of just leaving a credit for use next time. Talk about going above and beyond!In terms of the food the dough was well baked, toppings fresh, and the garlic butter with parm was a nice touch on top of the calzone. Will definitely be recommending JTs for a good Eastside pizzeria and look forward to trying some of their other offerings
To begin with, the service here was great. The food was outstanding; good portions especially with the calzones and absolutely great dough. I honestly do not know what type of sorcery goes into making such fine dough-craft, but this place has got it all going on.Dont order the fried dough though for you will eat it all and may regret/hate yourself(jk its great just get it). The bacon chicken ranch pizza is phenomenal as well.Overall, really high quality ingredients and all perfectly made. Good pricing too. Definitely worth it, 10/10 would recommend.
The pizza is amazing!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 10/10 best pizza in Rochester and that is saying something as my family is an avid Marks Pizzeria supporter. We were super impressed with the service at JTs, the pizza was hot and stayed hot the whole way home and it was ready when I got there. The wings are fantastic as well and pricing is definitely comparable. It was actually cheaper than what we pay for Marks for a similar order. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast! We will definitely be ordering from JTs again!
The only problem with the garbage plates is that by the time youre finished you wished there was more! seriously the best plates, amazing, prompt, friendly service. so many choices for wings from sweet to savory, and if youre a fan of spicy they have an option (atomic ) that actually is spicy.
I went here with a friend for the first time and ordered the JTs plate which I would highly recommend. The food is good quality and fresh. My friend ordered the philly steak plate which was also tasty. The owner and employees are friendly. Cant wait to go back and try the pizza.
We have ordered here plenty of times and always enjoy the food, but I am exceptionally happy with the customer service last night. We had some food delivered and they made a mistake and mixed the order up, after we called they fast tracked the correct order out to us. Awesome food all the way around!

We have ordered from them 3 times so far, different items everytime and it has been amazing so far. Pizza, burgers, mozzarella sticks, chicken sandwich and the Mac n cheese. All very good. Probably gonna make this a regular place.
This was the second time I experienced JTs and, as previously, greatly enjoyed my pizza. Also, I asked if maybe they might have a veggie slice or 2 but they didnt. When I explained that my aunt had requested the veggie pizza because of health reasons, unbeknownst to me, he prepared a veggie medium size pizza for her and added it to my order for free. I do not believe that would have happened anywhere else. Thanks Matt for your generous spirit and delicious pizza.
My wife and I were running errands today to get estimates for kitchen and floor renovations so she mentioned JTs Pizza and Plates in East Rochester. Ive always liked white pizzas and my wife preferred calzones. She ordered online and the food was ready in 15 minutes. Thats pretty impressive. I got the Pesto Pete and added anchovies and my wife ordered the Pepperoni Calzone Most white pizzas are pretty oily and generally a mess to eat especially if you order a bunch of toppings. This was not the case. The toppings were generous and the artichoke hearts were cut into quarter pieces. The anchovies were evenly distributed. The pizza was crispy and delicious. A nice chewy crust almost like fresh Italian bread. The pesto sauce was light without being greasy. My wife loved her calzone. In an area that is heavily saturated with Pizza shops, this place stands out. Highly recommended.
I ordered the chicken wings and a pizza. The wings were PHENOMENAL! The pizza on the other hand, was just ok. The best way I can describe it is that the dough seemed over-worked. But overall Im definitely planning on ordering from them again.

Just took a bite of my plate. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 one of the best I’ve had no joke. Mac salad isn’t bland, meat sauce has the right amount of heat with not to much cinnamon, and the homefries are crispy. Highly recommend, and I will be back for the wings next time
In terms of the food though? Absolutely phenomenal hats off the the crew !
We love JT’s in East Roc! The Mac-n-cheese, the N.Y. style pizza, and tater tots just to name a few favorites. Love that they have the option of a Beyond burger, and the best grilled cheese in the area. Super friendly, efficient service. Really appreciate them.
First time at JT’s last night. Giving A RAVE REVIEW!!! A friend & I shared a delicious veggie pizza on their cauliflower crust; their boneless chicken wings (garlic parm & honey habanero); house salad; deep fried cinnamon & sugar bites; and each of us had a bottled water for under $30. The food was excellent and everything was SUPER FRESH. Loved the artichokes and broccoli with our other choices on the pizza. A MUST-TRY for those who haven’t yet been there.
The Mac n Cheese bits were absolute 🔥, highly recommend plus garbage plate are phenomenal!! Best service Ive had in a long time, super polite. Plus that freckled kid, super cute. 😉😂
Tasty Pizza! I would definitely prefer my wings extra crispy and should have mentioned that for my first time ordering... BUT, the garlic parm sauce was WAY better than that greasy liquidy barely any cheese stuff other places put on their wings... These wings had GREAT garlic parm sauce... the pizza was steamy hot and just right, I will definitely reorder.The person who met me at the counter, Ray, SUPER friendly and I really enjoyed his introduction when I first walked in. Its nice to have a personable experience when trying a new place for the first time. That really stuck with me. Thank you!!
My first time ordering from this place was on Super Bowl Sunday. I must say I was very impressed . Delivery was lighting speed and pizza and wings was great. Plus you can not beat their price. Where can you get Pizza , Wings, and a soda for $25 ?
WOW!! Can i just say... it is so hard to find places that make food this well and with this much effort. Most of the time you order food and u go meh its ok... but i could make it better at home. that is so not the case here. I got the bacon cheeseburger and this is legit gourmet level. and it was HUGE ... mac salad on point (which i am hard to please with that mac salad) perfect for a plate. SUPER IMPRESSED!!! DELICIOUS!!

My significant other and I went to a bar near by, and decided to try JTs to go. We ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch calzone, and a a JTs plate, both to share. To start, the portions were very large, which is never a reason to complain, only celebrate for leftovers. Both the calzone and plate were absolutely amazing and delicious. I found out tonight that JTs is new, and let me tell you, this place is BANGIN. Great bang for your buck, friendly staff, speedy, and they even send you a text when your orders ready. Stop in and see why we love this place and will continue to order from them in th future
Everything was FRESH! Nice big green leaf salad with crumbly blue, 12 Supreme pizza loaded with fresh vegetables, cajun wings were hot and crispy. Fast and friendly service. Happy to have them in ER, will definitely be return customers. 👍

2021-10-17It’s a great place. I’ve never been here. They are giving good quantity for reasonable prices. We are three members ordered 20 wings, chicken finger plate, mozzarella sticks and large pizza. Everything tastes great, and they are really hot. Worth a visit.

2022-06-12Great food, even better people. We are in town from Utah for the week and found this little gem on google reviews. The pizza was amazing…. Some of the best we have ever had. There was also such a good vibe from the people that worked there. As we sat a waited for our food, we watched as customer after customer entered and we’re all greeted by the owner with a heartfelt “hey brotha”. Several regulars came in and he knew their orders by heart before they said anything. Best food experience we’ve had in years !!

2022-05-02Wow! JTs was incredible. First time trying it out because the menu looked amazing- had such a hard time deciding what we wanted because there were so many great options. I got the boneless wing plate (country sweet) with Mac salad and Mac and cheese. One of the best plates I’ve ever had! My fiancé got the Philly plate and was obsessed. The ultimate tots were also a must get! Can’t wait to come back :)

2022-03-17I was staying in the area at a hotel and my wife found this place online. The staff was beyond nice and the food was very good. Cant emphasize enough how nice the staff were and how quickly our food was delivered. It always a pleasure when employees go above and beyond for their customers.

2022-05-19Their food is always delicious and great portion sizes. They are friendly and courteous. I love that theyre open late and dont just stop serving food when they feel like it or it slows down (seems like some restaurants do this). I would highly recommend them.

2022-06-05I only rated them 1 star bc of personal preference. I ordered a medium cheese pizza for delivery. This was my first time ordering from them. The pizza looked amazing. However if you are like me and not a fan or garlic stay away. I could smell the over powering garlic from the moment the delivery person handed it to me. It was so strong I took one bite and knew I couldn’t eat it. I wonder if they use a garlic oil or butter on the crust as well bc even after washing my hands I could smell the garlic from the one piece on them. If you like garlic you are good. If not I recommend something other than the pizza.
