Juice Press in other cities:
Me and my GF went to grab a quick coffee before heading to workout and we noticed that a truck was delivering some product outside the juice press store(4pm ish), while we walked in the employees weren’t acknowledging us and we had to get their attention, once we finally did after 2-3 min, we asked if we can order some cold brew or coffee to go, to which the employee responded there’s a 20-30 min wait..basically to offload the truck, to which we replied what if we grab a coffee from the fridge so they wouldn’t have to prepare anything, and they said they couldn’t because there’s a wait(obviously because they were offloading the truck) but being that there were two employees one could’ve continued stacking and another could ring us up which takes about 1 minute to do so…not a very friendly customer first experience and they’ve lost our business just for the simple fact that they had zero interest in ringing up anyone during that time…I imagine a GM or manager wouldn’t simply turn away customers because they weren’t in the mood to do so…it was very unprofessional and will no longer be buying from them. If you have to close shop anytime you receive product then it is a very efficient way to run a business. Close your doors then if you can’t ring anyone up.
Love their juices but their soups, oh man, its like they go right where you need them to go, and their ginger fireball, even though it doesnt taste that great, kills a cold and I would even be so bold to say the flu, in no time flat. After giving up coffee, I switched to their vegetable broth, and thats a thing of beauty too, it clears my head, and makes me feel like Im having something hot in the morning.
Juice press is so great, I often order a drink every day for breakfast or lunch. The food options are also good. Ive been trying to avoid meat during lunch lately and they have a lot of tastey options, like vegan noodles, bowls and soups. The staff at this location are so bright and cheery too.My only gripe is about their Android app. There are some serious navigational issues that I wish they would fix. You cant just browse the menu without starting an order. The Saving of favorite locations isnt working, so I always have to search for the same location to start my order. I always go to the same one and after try to order ahead as I am walking there. The Saving of favorite items isnt working either. Then, if you are building your order in the app, the UI is confusing to the point I often back out to change my mind and have to start over by searching for my store again. Very annoying. Please fix soon!
The food isnt bad. I prefer juice generation but thats not in this area and they dont deliver. About the delivery system. It sucks! Would you believe they sent my order to a PO Box which was my billing address. And didnt record the shipping address that I gave so of course I spend the night without food. And I, first of all, no one calls me. I left my number you would think that they would see that something is wrong but who knows who or what they have working there no one calls me. I try to call I cant get to anybody. I have to email... send an email and of course their business hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. needless to say Ive sent emails tonight and well see what happens but they do need to return my money.
From a customer who used to drop well over 100$ on each visit, splurging on my favorites, I am never going back to this place. I had one bad experience that was dealt with really terrible customer service- the chia pudding on my 120$ splurge turned out to be bad. Told the manager at the Williamsburg location on my visit that came after that. He looked at me as if Im trying to scam him and gave me really bad attitude. Wrote the company, got a replay from Leah, the vice president. Said twice she will send a gift card (for the 8$ worth of the chia pudding, forget about compensation for the disgusting treatment I had to go through). This was nearly two months ago. And still nothing... A company that does not care about their customers, about the quality of their products and about the overall customers shopping experience is not a company I choose to support. To bad since I really did like their products. But now I get a sour feeling when ever I pass by a store.
This location apparently closes at 8 pm. I showed up between 8 and 9pm (per googles posted hours) and although the door was open and there was an employee inside, he refused to sell me a juice and gave me lip about how a business operates and told me I should reassess my life because I was frustrated that I drove there and didnt get a juice. Maybe the other employees are better here but this guy really spoiled this place for me.
Give the three stars first. I just passed by. Ill get to know the store later, and I will elaborate.2/14/2020, I finally found Juice Press today. It turned out that the shop is in the back seat of 124 Montague. It is a small store with only one bench for three people. It is backed by kitchen window glass. The place is neat, clean and quiet. , Beautiful, service is good, the waiter works diligently, prepare food in two or three minutes. I sat there for less than five minutes and three guests went shopping and took them away. Four-star upgrade. There are no public toilets and no outdoor seating.

2022-07-20I live in the area and due to the heat I was dying for an açaí bowl.Right off the bat I was unimpressed by the lack of toppings. No strawberries or bananas? Really?I put that aside and still had high hopes. After our first spoonful my fiancé and I looked at each other puzzled. It was extremely watered down. We quickly discovered bits of ice? Not sure why that was there. Overall bland and underwhelming. Anyways, we were pretty disappointed. Won’t be returning.Didn’t know it was possible for me to dislike an açaí bowl until I came here.

2021-09-09I live literally around the corner and would be here constantly, if there was really a “here” to come to. The food is downright amazing, but 4 out of 6 times I’ve been here they’ve either had a problem with the supply chain (no bananas on multiple occasions, which are in every menu item except one and mean no food) or their equipment isn’t working (which means no food). The lady who runs it is the absolute sweetest, and Brooklyn Heights is such a food desert that if they got it together, they could be great for the community.

2022-08-09I usually wouldn’t post a comment like this but I am just beyond angry right now. I was waiting for the red light at the cross street of Montague and Henry Street around 9 pm on the night of August 8th, 2022. An employee came out from this store (juice press) and throw trash in the trash can on the street very recklessly and the juice ended up splashing all over my legs. It’s so disgusting! She didn’t even say sorry and just went back to the store. I rushed to the store to request an apology. She did say sorry very unwillingly with a bad attitude. I can’t believe that’s the attitude of someone who needs to apologize. Because of this bad experience with this rude employee of this juice place, I will probably never go there. I think the place should do a better job demanding their employees to be more professional and overall just BE NICE AND DECENT! I’ve read other comments about this place and it seems that I’m not the only one who thinks the stuff here is super rude. I would recommend people to avoid this place!

2021-10-04Their address is misleading. It shows 124 Montague st which anyone would assume it’s right next to Haagen daz, but it’s not. The store is located half way on Henry st, right next to Kheils. If it wasn’t for the folded sign in the front I would have assumed it was closed. The place is very small, no indoor/outdoor seating. Just a grab and go. I ordered a clean green smoothie. It was okay. Taste more like a juice instead of smoothie. The consistency isn’t thick at all, very liquidy. It taste good but I wouldn’t buy again, for the price I was expected something more thick based.

2022-08-09I always buy the Avocado Greens smoothie, the banana chocolate protein drink and the plain, vanilla almond milk drink! They taste great and are nutritious! Also, if you become a member, you get good discounts! Love this place!

2022-04-15Ive never actually been able to get a smoothie here. I just get called sweetie and honey by the lady then she always lets me know how busy she is and how many orders she has ahead of me and how long Ill wait before mine. It was the same a year or so ago and I told myself not to go back here and thought I would stop in and give it another try, nope...Honeys still sixth in line.

2022-09-04Food and juice are great but the lady at the counter is really unpleasant. Does not say hi, no smiles, she just tried to kick you out of the store and make you wait on the pavement. She seems like she hates her job, she should give it to someone else then.

2021-07-18Not worth coming here. Walked in for a quick smoothie bowl. Was just told 15 minute wait and was not acknowledged again. Nobody took my order, I was ignored, so were several other people that came in. Walked out and put in an online order. Came back twice to pick up, with 15 more minutes told to me each time. Took 45 minutes for my order. It was missing additional things we added and it was completely melted. Not worth it, just go to the nearby market and grab some fruit and blend it yourself.
