Since switching to HPP (High-Pressure Processing), the quality/integrity of the juices have gone down. It’s a shortcut to extend shelf-life, but this impacts the benefits of the product. Unfortunately, the price points are the same regardless.
I went to get a smoothie yesterday. All customers were wearing gloves and masks. The person at the counter making the „fresh“ smoothies was not. I kindly asked him to wear a mask while preparing my order... he looked at me, rolled his eyes and put a mask on. Wouldn’t talk to me after that. I couldn’t believe it. Was that too much to ask for??? I guess I should stay home and make my own smoothie. Lesson learned.
Staff member told us we had to wait 15min because they had other things to do??? No other customers in the store. They were just looking at boxes. We waited 5min, still just looking around at boxes. We just left. Go to pressed juicery instead!
I’ve gone there numerous times where they insist that they close at 7 and will not make smoothies. It clearly says here and on their website that they close at 8pm. I do not plan to return - always so much attitude.
Used to be regular, but no more. Shopkeepers are too busy talking to each other that buying a single bottle of juice with no line takes 5 minutes
A okay 👌🏽 speed up service a little please. Im sure theres plenty of hard working fast paced individuals thatll make customers feel better. Love the juice.
Great selection and health food options. Unfortunately their service is terrible. Not to mention overpriced. $3 for a scoop of açaí? I’ve been there twice this week and only one girl actually knows how to talk to and treat her customers. I will not be going back to this place!
Visited here because Casey Neistat told us it was good... and I wanted to experience raw, vegan, NYC juice for myself. Juice/smoothy was deliciousness if a bit pricey, but I get that quality costs $$$. Would visit here or another of their gagillion locations again.
I love this store I buy there often but I was very upset as they close at 8 PM and I arrived at 7:40 to buy some juices and the cashier told me that he washed everything already 10 min ago and there is no more juices tonight
The staff is so helpful and informative! The girls always know exactly what I’m looking for there, and it’s always fresh and delicious!

Went after smorgasburg. Fresh produce nice staff great service. I would recommend it for everyone.

2022-03-22I never write reviews, but I felt inclined to after my experience. Not only was the staff incredibly rude to myself and another gal that walked in, but the açaí bowl itself was basically soup… not at all worth $12. Would not recommend.

2019-10-13I just experienced the best customer service probably in my entire life. Way to leave an impression on me Juice Press CEO.I tried to contact Juice Press to find out if they would have a product at a certain location after not finding the product in abundance at another location... as a gift they sent me the amount I wanted to buy and more.. to my door which isnt near any of their Juice Press locations. The team in communication with me about the delivery was really nice as well. Im not sure where to post this review but I do wish there was a central location to praise Juice Press for this type of customer service.I also wish I had a better picture to post, such as the sweet delivery guy with the warm smile and the Juice Press truck parked across the street. Pretty cool. Thanks again Juice Press! Youve got yourself a loyal customer. (My partner too- although we were pretty loyal before! ;)

2022-02-27Ive been a loyal customer of juice press but not any more. I sat down to drink my juice with my husband after showing my vaccine card and the stor was empty the entire time. After about 15 minutes I was yelled at by two ladies behind the counter to leave immediately becuase theres a 15 minute limit. I understand if there were other people in the shop but there was no one. The rudeness of the staff is unacceptable. No customer should ever be yelled at. Done supporting this place.

2022-01-20I ordered a black bean soup and saw a girl who works there litteraly pouring hot water and adding a spoon of this khaki colour powder to it and just mixing it together. I was highly dissapointed seeing that their soups are basicaly just a yeast powder and other processed stuff. No sign of organicalt cooked soup. I remeber a year ago i loved going to other location in the city where they had a big pot of real cooked soup it was so fresh and delicious. Its dissapointing seeing them mixing a powder and hot water and serving it. Will never have their stuff again. :(

2022-04-02The worker invite me to fight outside just cause she was giving me 3 dollars in quarter nickels and dimes and when I see my daughter waiting for the change I approached and ask how much is my change and she was like wait and I was like can u just tell me how much u giving so I can know if I can leave it as a tip.she was just saying wait and I was like why can u just tell me . Then she started get mad and even invited me to fight outside when the right thing to do was to tell me before I purchased that she didn’t have any singles in her register and that I only got change,are u okay with that.

2021-07-07I came here to pick up a Too Good to Go order, and was given a sampling of food. I thought JP only did juices, but they do so much more. If you’re plant based or trying to eat healthier, they have soups, spreads, and meal items to choose from.I enjoyed their cauliflower soup and the chocolate cashew spread I was given!

2022-06-07Your staff is rude. They bark orders for people to wait in the back yet nobody can HEAR when they call the call the order numbers. So then drinks just sit there and melt.

2021-09-20Do not get an açaí bowl. Ordered in person and walked 8 mins back to my apartment to eat it and it was a soup. Pure liquid with fruit floating. They initially got the order wrong the first time so I imagine they prepared this at warp speed. What a bummer…spent $12 on it.

2020-12-01The Juices at this juice press are great but this store is consistently closed/unstaffed during the times they say are open. This is the 5th occasion where I have gone to get a juice during “open” hours and no one was staffing the store. This time the lights were on but sometimes they are not even on.
