First time there and Food is great as advertised from my co-workers. I had the poutine burger. And my partner had the keep it plain with a gf bun. Both burgers tasted fresh from the patties, the toppings and eve the bread. The fries tasted fresh cut too! Prices are great for what you get. Service was good.Parking is a bit of a pain if you are not from around there. Not there fault, but, over all I would highly reconmend! Support a local burger joint that wont disappoint especially if you are a burger fan like myself.
The food was really good. I had the poutine burger which was amazing. The patty was huge. I also had I side salad which I really enjoyed as well, it was simple yet delicious. For how slow it was we waited for are food longer than we should have and yes I understand that people are also ordering take out but a good manager should be able to forecast these things. They had a good beer menu with lots of local choices. If I was able to Id give them 4.5 stars.
Amazing meal, and the service was fantastic. Wonderful atmosphere. There’s only one downside to this restaurant- it may ruin other burgers for you, once you realize how good they can be at Juicy!
Usually, Juicy is great. However; today my wife and I tried to sit down for a lunch meal. Hostess told us it would be a 10-15 min wait due to short staff despite the patio being mostly open tables. Fine, no problem, completely understand. However, we are then seated 15 minutes later only to sit at our table for another 25 minutes and having no one even offer water. As soon as we left, the hostess came out to the patio and started to wait on the table that had just been seated next to us.Completely understand the short staff situation, but to be ignored like that is just not acceptable. Just don’t sit people if you can’t serve them.
As for Juicy Burger in Hamburg, wow the service was terrible. We had a miscommunication at the beginning of the meal and the waitress pretty much embarrassed me into paying for 2 extra appetizers and then she charged us for stuff that came with the meal. It was like her whole focus was driving up the bill to the point where I didnt order what I wanted. We were obviously celebrating and never once did she offer any sort of celebratory greeting or dessert although she probably charged me for one. I get prices have been raised since the pandemic but going to a restaurant shouldnt feel like a robbery. As was pointed out to me by my family, its the owners/managers who set the tone. If they taught their servers to be gracious, we would have ended up spending more and enjoyed our meal rather than feeling like our pockets were getting picked.
Got a burger, fries, and milkshake while sitting at the bar. Bartenders were very nice (didnt catch their names), but the fries were mostly cold when I got my food, and the burger was more dry than watching C-SPAN. For $25 I was expecting way more than what I got. Again, very nice staff, but the food left a lot to be desired.
Food was good. Husband did not like the onion jelly on his burger. Manager stopped by table and Husband said he wasnt fond of the onion jelly. When the server brought us the bill she also brought a gift card from the Manager since he didnt like the jelly. That is customer service!
Burgers were pretty dry and overcooked despite us all ordering with pink. My bun was stale, but the 3 people I was with said theirs were fine. Would not recommend the cheese fries, it was like the sauce from off brand box mac and cheese except thicker and slimy. The sweet potato fries arent the best Ive had, but the maple butter is really good. I think its weird for a burger place not to have ketchup on the table, and they dont automatically give it to you unless you get regular fries in which case they put a few ketchup packets on your plate.If someone invited me out and really wanted to go here, Id do it. Id try a chicken sandwich next time and definitely not cheese fries or anything with thay cheese sauce. But Im not going out of my way to go back. Especially with the prices, it was over $100 for 4 burgers and 2 drinks (the other 2 got tap water).

2022-07-05Excellent burgers: crispy edges with a juicy center. Wife brought home half of her Yolks on You, but I managed to eat my entire JuiCy Burger (dont ask me why they spell it like that). I added onion rings, which were larger and thicker than normal onion rings - delicious. Atmosphere was modern and clean. Definitely worth a visit!

2022-04-24Delicious and innovative burgers, Great place to meet up with friends. Too loud for kids/elderly. Service leaves somthing to be desired as our food took just under an hour to get to us. Shorthand serving staff has been taken into consideration, but there where tables getting their orders before we did. Would try again with a smaller party than 9.

2022-05-13Food was great and price very Decent also the drinks was perfect didnt taste too much alcohol so it wasnt so strong. Workers was very nice and helpful if you had any questions. It does get packed around 4 pm I noticed.

2022-03-20There was 5 of us that ate here. Burger was cooked as we requested and they are seasoned well. Service a little slow as they were busy, maybe to help speed up things let customers go to the front check in desk, to pay for there check in lieu of waiting for server. It did take a while to get and pay for bill. Would come back.

2022-05-14Skip it. I haven’t been here since 2017 after running a tough mudder, and things have definitely not improved. The “host” was just a seater. They had the personality of a doorknob and just tossed the silverware on our table and walked away. We waited 14 minutes to be greeted by our server. She had a slightly better personality: think potato. After taking our food order at 6:43, our food finally arrived at 7:38. 3 ice cold burgers with a little basket of similarly frigid seasonless fries. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the onion jam on my burger was absolutely fantastic. I would eat that stuff off the bathroom floor (which would probably be better than the burger). Go to Butera’s or Coyote Cafe and have great food and some fun.

2022-05-03This was my first time having juicy burger, and man I must be Patrick star over here living under a rock!! I ordered the smoke out! Holy moly was that jalapeños slaw SMACKING! that burger was so darn tooting good.

2021-08-09I enjoyed my lunch at Juicy Burger Bar on a beautiful summer day. We sat on the spacious, well-treed patio which was very pleasant. I ordered a black bean burger that was delicious as were the fries on the side. I will definitely return.
