Julian went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment in NYC. His professionalism and honesty made the typically daunting experience enjoyable and stress-free. He guided us through the entire co-op application process and was available for questions 24/7. Even after closing, Julian continued to check in and made sure that I found a great company to do the required renovations. He is a skilled negotiator, trustworthy, and exceptionally kind. Above all else, Julian was a trustworthy and reliable real estate professional when it came to the purchase of my new home. He had a deep knowledge of the market and helped me negotiate a great deal. Often times it felt like Julian was my psychiatrist more than my realtor as the process can be long and he was always available for a call to help walk me through the process!
