This studio does not know how to operate a business. I called 4 times and sent an email wanting information about booking a session and receiving pricing rates. Everytime I called, the front desk said that the booking manager would get back to me within the next few days. The booking manager did not get back with me at all after I had tried to get into the studio for a month. I do not know what kind of business they are operating, but I do know that someone is not doing their job. The fourth time I called, I asked the front desk what time the booking manager usually works at the studio. The front desk guy said he didnt know, and he was completely useless. Not to mention, the same front desk worker, Nathan, was very rude, disrespectful, and uneducated Based off of my experience, this company does not care about customer satisfaction or equipping their employees. They did not even care about my money or business. After this incident, I am not spending a dime there. I will use my creative ability elsewhere, and they will be wishing they had my business!

I tried to get a call or email back for over a week about booking time at this studio. Spoke to the front desk twice, and only got the run around. Both times I was asked if I was on a major label or representing a major label band... Like money isnt money. Recording studios arent exactly the booming businesses that they used to be.They are not the only game in town, but want to act like it. Maybe they are building their reputation, but who has really heard of Jungle City? Doesnt carry the weight of The Hit Factory (R.I.P), Magic Shop (R.I.P), Avatar, etc... I found them through a Google search of studios with a piano, not because I heard about them and HAD to record there.So what, they have worked with some big artists. Most any studio in NYC can say the same.Ive recorded in many bigger name studios in this city, and have never had to beg someone to give them money. I found their approach very off putting, and booked elsewhere. I promise I will NEVER spend a cent here now or in the future.

Amazing studio. They were able to mix my songs from flat to dynamic. Really great gear too. They know what theyre doing at Jungle.

The gentleman in room 1002 greeted me with a very nasty attitude and used the excuse of him being on the phone to reply in such a manner, he needs to work on his social skills and know you should treat even the doorman with the same respect as the CEO!
