They said about 10 min car came within that time. Car was clean, fare was comparable.
Price was reasonable and driver was very friendly and accommodating.

2022-02-07Was able to reach out to the owners of this business for a last minute emergency trip. The price quoted was very reasonable. I’ve used the service a few times before and was pleased. I advised the owners this morning that I wanted to retain their services for 2 more mornings due to abrupt changes in our work schedules. I was reassured that I would receive a confirmation call by end of day. The call never came. Called as soon as I got home this evening and the person who answered the phone was very curt,unprofessional and rude. I was also very surprised that I was charged and quoted one price this morning and was quoted much more this evening. I clarified again the amount I was charged this morning…she was insistent that the price she quoted was the correct price and offered no explanation. Instead she proceeded to tell me to have a good evening and hung up. I’ve always believed that lack of professionalism and inconsistencies is what kills any business. I’ve always tried to support black and Caribbean owned businesses…but there are too many options out there to tolerate such shockingly poor customer service.

2021-04-21My mom and needed a ride from JFK airport to Philadelphia really fast. It was really easy to set up over the phone they told us the price upfront (that l think was reasonable) we didn’t have to pay until end of the ride. Driver was very nice guy and helped with our bags too. Thank you!

2021-07-14June 2021: The driver whom picked me up was very professional and friendly. Vehicle was clean and well maintained.I placed them as first to call, however the next trip which was in July 2021 I called them upon my return and they was unable to provide a car. I will try them again but they will not be first on my list.

2021-03-29It was my first time using them. Due to miscommunication on my end I didnt hear that I had to pay my fair prior to be taking to my destination ( my boyfriend was going to pay once we got there) Im assuming its because Im in a shelter and well Im sure theyve had people not pay their fair so I understand. Anyways I was heading to bk. Thankfully the driver I dont remember his name, decided to take me to where I was going (thank you). Other than that small mishap, the service was great. I will be using them again. Oh and there prices are good also

2019-11-05Excellent Service!Had an early morning airport trip & was fortunate enough to have found Juns Car Service.I made a reservation the night prior and my cab was right on time.They are very reliable ,rates are reasonable,car was clean and the driver was very polite. Will definitely be using them again.

2020-03-20Needed a cab nearby because my cab service was out of cabs , got into the cab the first thing he says “they told you the price?” Then says you have to pay upfront ?! Would not recommend, professionalism sucks and so does customer service

2020-01-01Called then at 2 something am on New Year’s Day, they cane but I dropped my wallet. When I called back 10 am they lied and said they never dispatched. However I have two incoming calls from them , 2:33am and 2:44am, and they are trying to pretend this never happened. They are Thieves!!! I wish I can post the picture of the incoming call .
