Excelente place for dental care. My husband came in with an excruciating pain from his wisdom tooth and was promptly assisted. Personal very kind and welcoming. Great experience and definitely recommend!

Service is not good at all . I came in at 11:30am it’s almost 2:00 pm still I have not seen and people came after me they have been seen by doctor and left I think they care about there people more then anything.. I will never comeback agin this place
This place changed a lot , receptionist has very little tolerance and acts as if she was the boss of that place,very unprofessional anyway the only nice person is the dentist she hears you out with any concerns you have. THEY DO CHANGE YOU TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST EVERY TIME YOU GET YOUR CHECK UP
Junction 82 dentist officeI had excellent experience, the staff were nice and very helpful. The dentist was very polite and informative. I recommend everyone to come and get that white smile that we all deserve.

Today was my first visit in this dentist and I must applaud everyone for their kind curiosity. The dentist himself has gifted hands he is such a patient, ready to listen to any of your questions and very friendly person. Im looking forward on my next appointment.
I’ve been patient from this office for many years now. Doctors are very professional and explain the treatments your teeth need. All my family loves to this dental office. Sometimes a little bit of waiting but a very good attention from all the team. The young ladies in the front know what their doing.Always with a good attitude and an smile in their face. I’m about to start a treatment and the good part is that I know exactly how to take care of my teeth in the future.

I came to this clinic for braces. I was beyond please with the way Dr. Fong treated me. She was patient, charming and answered all of my questions and covered all of my concerns. I would 100% recommend this clinic. Lastly, the asistant Adielmy was charismatic and joyful. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
After looking around for so many years, I have found an amazing office. I went on Tues afternoon. The office was a little busy but because I had an emergency, the doctor saw me right away. I actually understood what Root Canal is. I never knew that it needed something called a post and crown afterward. The doctor explained to me with pictures so I knew what to expect and how much the cost would be. I did get the root canal done and now I am in the process of getting the crown. WOW!!! I am taking my brother in next week. I am VERY PLEASED and for the first time know what is happening in my mouth. For anyone who waits on fillings - do them now- before it turns into a problem. I am glad I found a solution with this nice office. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Lousy attention! They made me wait almost 2 hours to see me, then they make me go into the office and leave me waiting there for about 40 more minutes, and if I dont stop and go over to ask whats going on, they leave me there waiting longer. And the worst thing is that they tell me that the doctor went to lunch to wait half an hour more, finally I asked that another doctor please see me because it was just a cleaning. And this doctor did not last even 5 minutes that process and he tells me to leave, I told him to recommend something for the sensitivity of my teeth and he gives me a toothpaste. I left and after a couple of days of using that paste my teeth got worse, I look at the paste and it turns out that it was already expired. I thought about calling to complain but didnt. To make matters worse, months later they start calling me to make another check-up appointment and I kindly explain to the lady that I do not want another appointment, after several days another and another call to make the appointment with them, finally I had to tell them that I wasnt going to do it because the treatment was lousy and the “Miss” who must have been Dominican or Puerto Rican for the sake of it, very rudely started talking to me with queminportismo and hung up the phone on me. Sirs! One does not go there for free, one pays an insurance that pays you and by the way very expensive! On top of that I realized that the poor people tired of waiting who already wanted to cancel the appointment because they had to go to work were told that if they canceled they had to pay $50 for the cancellation ahh but nobody fines you for your treatment and bad service . Be a little more professional and train yourselves! I dont know take advantage of people thinking that we are naive. Nobody go there, they are freeloaders!
They are thieves I paid for a treatment and they did nothing to me and they did not return anything and the managers are very rude.
Terrible service. Clearly all they want is to get money from patients. What a pity that they make us waste our time in this way.

Excellent service, excellent staff I have a little more than two years of knowing this dental office, I am currently with orthodontics and everything has been very good Dr. Fong s very responsible and attentive with patients. I recommend them !!!

The service offered by dental junction was very bad, they take your insurance information and then they make an allegedly bad dental cleaning, and without me having any problem in my teeth they assured me that I had cavities, and they needed to fix 5 teeth, please Dont let these people hurt their teeth 🦷 Be careful, its just for charging money to insurance. I love this dental office because the doctors and receptionists are all very friendly and every time I have my 6-month review they call me to make an appointment and they are very efficient and they dont make me wait to take care of all my family prefer this I am very happy with your service and that is why I recommend it to everyone.
My husband went to this clinic, the insurance approved him for a deep cleaning, the day of the appointment he left and there they told him that he had to pay $ 600 more co-payment because the insurance only paid a part, so we called the insurance and they told us that everything was covered. This clinic is the only thing that interests them is money

2022-05-10The staff members in the front are helpful but not the women with the curly hair I didnt get a chance to ask for her name. A side from that I waited for 2 hours and 10 min. Just to get the cleaning done which I didnt even get because I had other things to do. The dentist asked if I had pay cash or had insurance I said insurance and the moment I said that she just left and didnt do the cleaning. I guess if you dont pay cash you need to wait more than 3 hours to get the service done. I honestly wouldnt recommend to get your teeth fixed in this dental office. The experience was just not the best. Also if they think you dont understand English they would just call you names thinking you dont understand.

2022-08-08Dr. Max was rude, dismissive and was rushing throughout my visit which has led to an improper filling. The procedure is supposed to be simple and pain free and I was incredibly uncomfortable throughout the experience. As if the actual visit wasn’t nightmarish enough, she did not polish my tooth after the filling and left it sharp and jagged. I came into the visit without any pain and left with severe discomfort, pain and need to go to another dentist to fix the filling. This is the last time i will be going here and I would recommend everyone else to look for another dentist to take care of your teeth.

2022-06-10Awful service. My husband went to get a filling done. Until now he is still having pain on the area that was worked on. Went back to get it checked all he was told is that since that area was worked on he was experiencing some discomfort but it was gonna go away. We are almost 3 weeks in and he can’t even eat any hot or cold food due to the pain he gets when he bites.

2022-07-15They had bad service the translater didn’t even know how to tell the doctor what I was saying in English and then after I left my teeth hurt a lot and that normally dosent happen so I went back and then the doctor told me “oh yea I’m sorry I wasn’t paying much attention” like tf she is supposed to be paying attention.

2016-01-30Although the dentist herself was fairly courteous and professional, the main staff member at the front desk was incredibly rude. Not only was she curt when she talked to me, despite my willingness to pay cash up front for an urgent tooth situation (I just moved here) she also gave me the wrong change (a difference of fifty dollars) then tried to laugh it off, only after realizing that I had caught the error.This place seems like an example of an office that is actually more interested pocketing cash than taking care of ones actual dental needs.

2015-05-19I typically do not write reviews, however I would like to share my wonderful experience. From the office staff to the dentists, I was treated with the best care. The office staff was welcoming and wait time was minimal. The dentists were knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. My procedure was quick and painless. I would recommend anyone to come here as I feel this is top dental care.
