Terrible place & worst way of running business. The Management needs to realize that if there is a demand then you need to produce more!!! I can’t get cleansing supply 2 days in a row despite I am at the store around 10am daily. Unbelievable! Arrived yesterday & got only 1 day supply & they committed that they will put aside 3 days supply for me next day. Arrived today (spending 40 min in traffic) at 10am and guess what: They didn’t have anything for me!! All is sold out before 10am. Stupid way of running biz without any logic - very unprofessional & I highly recommended NOT to visit this specific store of Jus by Julie. You will be very disappointed. Better use Amazon & other brands.

Just your average health food spot- some salads , oatmeal , and fresh squeezed juices perfect for the trending juice cleanse.Ordered myself a oatmeal with banana and blueberries on top ( see posted pics) - packaging and presentation was good but oatmeal itself was bland. Thankfully there was some cinnamon on the fruit which gave a touch of sweetness to the oats. Just wanted to try store to see what hype was about- if your into kale and cayenne pepper - this is the spot for you- wouldn’t recommend for someone- especially a picky someone - as a breakfast spot or anything other .

Would rate it zero stars if I could. I ordered a 3 day juice cleanse on 12/30 that was supposed to be delivered Tuesday 1/7. I worked from home that day to receive the package and the package never came. Ive been tracking it every day and it didnt even leave NY until Friday 1/10. The tracking number suggests the package is now in my city but it still hasnt been delivered and Im positive it is now ruined. Ive emailed, called, emailed, called...no response. Ive now filed a claim with UPS who is now investigating. The owner of this company is a thief and lacks integrity. I just want a response and my money back!!! Ridiculous.

Wow, should have looked here before ordering. This company is THE WORST. First of all, customer service is a joke. They NEVER answer the provided phone number. The 48 hour response is not accurate either. I have multiple issues with my three day cleanse. I was supposed the same 6 juice for three days but instead I had two different discrepancies. ON TOP OF THAT, I got the bonus three power protein juices and they were both peanut butter (I hate peanut butter in my beverages) and the the one was a number six green juice. So I didnt even get my third protein juice as I ordered.Now onto actually trying the cleanse....it was bad. Like really bad guys. Ive done a cleanse once before and this one was just terrible. The juices were hit or miss. Some of them were okay, some of them were bearable and some of them were just straight up disgusting. After my days I had the straight runs after every juice. I had a constant raging head ache and my stomach constantly cramped. I tried to power through and go onto the next day thinking maybe its just my body adjusting... but no. Every single juice I had gave me diarrhea. I had an intense raging headache and stomach ache all the second day as well. I decided to freeze the third juices because at this point I just couldnt make myself miserable any longer. This is when I turned to customer service to see what their satisfaction policy is, and if theyd even do anything to fix the mistakes that were made.In one email response they stated they dont do anything if you dont like the juices. So I guess I just wasted $100 on a cleanse that put me through hell.Save your money. Shop elsewhere. I included some photos of the juice I got. One of their bottles was also completely jacked up with their logo and nutritional information.They really need to get it together.

I am so so so happy I decided to do a juice cleanse and happened to find Jus By Julie on Groupon. USPS delayed my delivery two days because of the snowstorm. Some of the bottles were leaking and bloated and they immediately sent me a brand new order free of charge. The juices and soups are absolutely delicious and I feel great. I had a terrible experience with a separate company in Miami and was hesitant to doing another cleanse, so happy I did!!

Ordered 2 sets of the 3-Day Juice Cleanse plus Soup package. Paid $198 for this and only received 1 set of juices. Was told they had some logistics issue with switching warehouses, but from reading the other reviews, I know this is not true. I never received a refund despite multiple email requests. The phone number on the shipping label has an answering machine with no one who responds or calls you back. COMPLETE SCAM. Plus the juices are loaded with sugar. More sugar in one juice that you are supposed to have in an entire day. I am very disappointed and feel completely ripped off. I am also submitting a complaint to the BBB.

I went there today for the first time and it was a horrible experience I felt so judged and singled out because I’m a African American woman , I’m 6 months pregnant and I had to wait about 25 mins for 1 piece of Avocado toast and a juice! While people were making orders in store and served right away ... I’m upset at how the manger because I felt she was being very nasty and unprofessional which is rude I will never order from there or go there!

I’d give less stars if I could. Ordered a cleanse from here & it arrived pretty late in the day with only a single ice pack (which was warm) in between 2 of the juices. It’s August so you think they’d take extra precaution in delivering things like this that are perishable. I opened one of the green juices which was totally warm & it sounded like the fizz you hear when you open a soda can & smelled horrible. I reached out to customer service online & they gave me the run around not trying to fix their mistake. They request pictures of the juice before giving you any kind of refund(understandable) yet how am I supposed to prove the warm temp/disgusting smell of your juice through a picture...? I won’t be ordering/recommending this to anyone again. Save your money!
