Got my ears done here. Super nice and friendly but I went the other day with my brother and the woman with the purple hair up to the shoulders is sooo rude! It caught me off guard. Everyone else in the past was so sweet. I was shocked !
I went to find body jewelry, Bryan was extremely helpful and patient with me because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but he had patience with me and displayed many options for me! Also my friend got pierced here and she loved the customer service, definitely will be coming back.
They are very clean and sanitary! i suggest this place as your permanent spot to get pierced!
Okay, I would just like to say how rude the purple haired girl is she’s like so rude it’s extremely shocking and she literally made me get up like 5 times for no reason and she just has to keep asking so much questions
Not my first visit and definitely not my last. COLLEEN pierced two holes in my upper cartilage. I couldn’t be happier. She was so helpful and gentle. Highly recommend.
I went to get my cartilage pierced today. At first they didn’t have the stud I wanted but I’m very flexible when it comes to choosing. Colleen was extremely nice. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and she was very thorough with the after care instructions. Once this piercing heals, I’ll be going back for more. Thank you, Colleen.
Anthony was awesome with my young daughter! I went to this place because of the great reviews and I could not have been happier. Very clean, sterile, and Anthony asked questions about my daughter before starting and explained procedures in detail from the paperwork (proper identification required for children) to actual ear piercing. I was impressed and would highly recommend!
Colleen was awesome! She was knowledgeable about piercing and what issues may arise by piercing in different spots of the ear. She was also excellent in analyzing the ear and piercing the ear exactly in the spot that you want and where it looks good. I recommend going to Colleen over Claires.
The jewelry I bought for my piercings turned green in less than a week. Some of the rings are impossible to put in on your own of the style they sell...Im better off buying authentic SURGICAL STEEL body jewelry on Amazon
The expierence of getting piercing itself and girl who did it were fine. My issue is that place needs at least another worker there because it was only her and clearly that place isn’t setup to have just one person helping multiple customers at once. Took almost hour to get piercing out this place that should never be.
I’ve known the sales associates at this particular location for about 2 years and I am always pleased with their selection of jewelry and prices. The manager Maykelin always helps me out with the best quality of jewelry and service. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for fast and affordable piercing services. They also give you 10% off when you’re a returning customer which I gladly am!
The lady there had a terrible attitude. She was so mean, but the guy there was so nice. He was gentle while piercing my ears and went easy. When my mom ask for a break on the ear piercing solution, the lady said she cant because she doesnt make the prices. Im definitely not going there again!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. The mask mandate in NY was lifted for those vaccinated so tell me why this lady working here has the audacity to ask where my mask is and proceeds to kick me out and tell me to “stay back”. No other worker at the mall or person had anything to say to me. Just so rude and unprofessional. I get it but the mandate to wear a mask was literally lifted like come on. Wish I got her name but she had brown wavy hair with highlights and wearing sunglasses
I don’t appreciate that no matter who the worker is behind the counter they have a snotty attitude and ignore the black customers that approach. I wanted a simple hoop for my nose ring after waiting to be helped in the first place. She was very upbeat with the young white girl answering all of her questions but when it was my turn to be helped, she cut me off every chance she could and rushed me to get what I needed. She didn’t treat me the same way she did the white girl and that is absolutely unacceptable
I got my ears pierced by Bryan, he was awesome & extremely helpfultold me everything i need to know & a lot of helpful informationwill definitely be coming back
I got my nose pierced by Maykelin yesterday and the experience was amazing. She explained everything to me so I understood the process and then how to properly take care of it afterwards. I will definitely come back to see her for future piercings

I went there looking for nose earrings I ask the young lady for the earrings all she did was stand there said nothing I felt discriminate I wont go there any more the two woman that work there just talk didnt care about the customers I was there today Sunday the owner needs to know Im black felt discriminate because any other person came they were treated different I went back to just pierce it I talked to a woman there she apologized she was a nice person thanks I had to come back and give it more 🌟 because I did love my ears pierced there the first time I went there I will go back

I got my travis pierced there and the woman who did it was super sweet and i would really recommend to come here whenever you want a piercing done!

Purchase something then I went back the next day to ask some questions and I received nothing but attitude. I was going to let go but after reading these reviews I had to voice my opinion. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
I took my sister to get a nose ring and at first she was very very frightened because she taught would look ugly but then we went she choose one and then the woman doing it was Maykelin she was very nice and pretty and then when she was done with my sister my sister thought she looked hideous but Maykelin told her that she looked cute and then my sister looked at herself and then she saw she wasn’t ugly and said thank you Maykelin you rock.🤟🏻

2022-07-17I got a navel piercing here last week and I cannot recommend it enough! It was my first body piercing and I was so nervous to get it alone but everyone made me feel so comfortable and safe! It looks so perfect and cute too. Healing perfectly too! go here for your next piercing!!!!

2022-07-19Overall great experience. Person at the front desk was nice and helpful and had cool green hair. Piercer was super friendly and made the piercing enjoyable even though I was getting a hole poked in me. Only downside would be the cost of the jewelry itself but that wouldnt stop me from going here again.

2022-07-19Managed to get my tattoo in before covid shut down. I saw him, who is absolutely fantastic. The more I look at his work the more I see tiny gorgeous little details that really make it something extra special. This is a very personal piece for me. I feel very lucky I found Just Pierce It @ Roosevelt Field Mall. I couldnt be more pleased.

2022-07-13Attempted to have my daughter get her nose pierced here as a birthday gift. I had to leave due to the employee with purple hair that was extremely rude. She keep cutting me off and saying the same thing as I explained I had my daughters birth certificate along with my state ID. Not many minors have state ID, she wouldn’t accept school ID from previous year. Upon checking multiple review it appears many customers have shared experiences with this same employee. Such a shame this business will lose potential customers because of one persons actions. Please speak with your employee her demeanor towards shoppers should be more positive.

2022-08-10The person at the kiosk, May, was one of the rudest, most ill informed people I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. If you’re not familiar with your company’s policies, just say so, don’t make stuff up on the fly and make contradictory statements. Much better service at Piercing Pagoda, 1 minute walk to a much better kiosk with friendly customer service reps.Regarding your policies, no one asked you to change any policy. The issue was that she provided contradictory information and didn’t seem to know what your policies were. You got bad info from your rep.

2022-07-20I walked in about 15 min after the store opened and was greeted by professional and friendly staff, I came in to change my jewelry that was in my nose from a stud into a hoop and the worker who changed my jewelry was very patient, nice, and informative. Will return again to get my future piercings.

2021-04-26LOVE THEM ALL!!!!!This company has been in almost every mall Ive shopped at since I moved to NY and I couldnt have asked for a better place to shop for my body jewelry.This particular location is my favorite because they have so many different things. I come in with a budget and walk out with a bag full of jewelry that I didnt even plan on buying.I do have to say since its a kiosk and not a piercing shop I was weary enough to shop let alone get pierced and I had an outstanding experience for both.Not only do I know that the products Im purchasing are great quality, but I also know that NO ONE HAS RETURED THE SAME ITEMS IM PURCHASING! Ive shopped at countless stores where they offer refunds and exchanges for body jewelry but not this one! As someone who always fears buying used products, this little kiosk will always be a stop for me when I visit any of the malls theyre in:)
